When your primary physician is on vacation and you need immediate medical attention on Christmas Eve day... this is the place to go. Friendly bilingual front desk staff, PA Kristy Nenadal was extremely attentive to my sick son and provided all necessary medications from their onsite pharmacy. She followed up a few days after to find out my son was in the hospital and continued to check in a total of 3 times later. This type of care is above and beyond what you typically get at traditional urgent cares or your primary physician's office. I am forever grateful to have come in contact with Ms. Kristy Nenadal. She is an excellent and caring nurse practitioner.

Visits here arr always great because you get good medications up front, no games. All staff is friendly from front desk to assistants and doctor herself. Keep up the great work!

When I took my daughter to this clinic on May 1st, they treated us amazing. As we walked inside the staff treated us nicely and took care of us early and there wasn’t much of a wait which is always good. As they were taking my daughter’s measurements and etc, they were making small talk with her to assure she was safe and to make sure she was comfortable. When we got the results the staff made sure to let her know she was ok. The place was overall a great experience and we would go back! I would like to appreciate the staff member named Alejandra which was the one who helped us that day and she was super kind and nice! This was a 10/10 experience and I would recommend because it wasn’t expensive!!

delivered my daughter here in September 2022 with Dr. Koning and my experience was amazing! all the nurses were angels, so sweet and helpful throughout my induction, delivery, and postpartum. the lactation consultants were more than helpful and so sweet, can't wait to deliver at this hospital again!

I will say the Doctors,Nurses,CNA,and other workers provided excellent care and service. They have very committed employees with excellent services. Would highly recommend you to any one. Found employees very compassionate and caring when taking care of patients. A great support for people dealing with health issues. Dr. Chin is a dedicated and conscientious Physician. Also has a great medical history.

All the staff was friendly, and made me feel comfortable at all times. My nurse Virginia was extra nice and cheerful. She made me feel relaxed and well cared for. She smiles a lot and is nice to everyone. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is. Please give her thanks from Beverly and Elmer

Nurses were very attentive, loved them! Giving birth at CR has always been a beautiful experience. I just wish they gave more supplies to take home for baby’s and that cafeteria food was tastier but other than that I had such a wonderful experience, RN Pamela was so helpful she was the best! But all were so kind and helpful, I couldn’t thank labor and delivery team more for such a beautiful experience.

Professional staff. Doctor was attentive and caring to neededs. I bring my kids here when they get really sick because they get the care they need.

They need to call names louder or add a microphone somewhere so they can speak louder. Can barely hear them and some of Nurse's whisper the name and go back to the back like nothing. No one is going to hear you. Please be better.

My mom was a patient at Corona Regional. She received a great care, nurses and doctors are very attentive and caring. The level of expertize is at a high standard. Room was always clean and neat. Even food choices where pretty good ( salmon is really tasty!). Leadership team made their rounds regualry, making sure my moms needs where addressed timely. She had a 5 star stay.

My experience at Corona regional was typical waiting room.
The staff were attentive and understanding. I do like the speedy check in process. Fast and efficient.

My nurse was sweet and she pronounced my first name correctly. After hour wait
I finally got my diagnosis, I was very happy that the Cat scan did let me know something was wrong. High white count and anemic and my potassium are low. The discharge was fast and efficient.

This was my first time at this medical center and if ever needed to won’t be my last. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and my nurse Margie made my experience so stress free. This was my first time going to the hospital alone for a big surgery and she took me under her wing and made me feel like i was her own daughter. I really hope she sees this because she deserves all the recognition!!! THANK YOU MARGIE 💗

Went in the ER for kidney stones. Staff was fantastic and treated me right away. They gave me something for the pain and it worked almost immediately. After some tests, they wanted to keep me overnight for further observation which was fine. They moved me to a hospital room and that’s where the problems started. The person in the bed next to me was in constant agony and moaning and groaning in severe pain, constantly ringing the nurse and demanding more pain meds. He was constantly talking ( to me and or himself) and hacking and spitting up. After a few hours I realized he wouldn’t shut up and asked the nurse to be released so I could go home. I’m not blaming anybody it’s just one of those situations that we find ourselves in every once in a while.

I found the staff to be professional and they took very good care of me. From the admissions check in clerk, Danny my RN in the Emergency room and all of the support staff. My DR was knowledgeable and took care of my problems. They were all professional. So if you need Emergency care in Corona California this is the place to go

I’ve never written a review an any particular place or establishment but I felt the need to make this statement known. Not only for my own conscious but for the welfare and care of the California residents who have been or will be treated at Corona Regional Medical Center, specifically the Intensive Care Unit.

If there was enough preponderance of evidence for the following statement then this review would be unnecessary as this would be a criminal and civil issue in the courts. Also, forgive me as this review will be shrouded in anonymity to protect the informants who have provided the information.

A group of ICU nurses forms a clandestine cabal, utilizing sedatives as their tools of control. These nurses, driven by malevolent intentions, administer sedatives to unsuspecting patients without proper approval. Furthermore, those sedatives and controlled substances belong to other patients and do not belong to the recipients of the sedatives. This can cause a number of health issues such as heart failure or liver failure. The reason? To ensure that the patients, who may be in distress, do not disrupt the group's coveted silence while on duty.

This forces us to question the very core of the hospital's values and ethics. It becomes clear that vacations, sick leave, and compensation time off are rare commodities for nurses who are not part of the exclusive 'clique' wielding power within the ICU.

I hope to expose the darkness lurking in a place meant for healing and I hope someone has the morality and integrity to look into this matter. Every nurse should look at their patients as if it was their mom, brother, sister laying in that bed but instead are more interested in popularity and currency within their own unit.

It’s no wonder Corona Regional Medical Center is known by other hospitals as one of the worst health care facilities in Southern California.

Avoid Labor and Delivery here at all costs. We told them what was going on with our delivery multiple times and were ignored multiple times from different nurses and doctors. Rushed into an emergency C-section which could have been avoided easily had they listened to their patient. Put our baby at unnecessary risk. Corona Regional is 100% responsible for our traumatic birth. I'd rather delivery our baby in the back of the car than go here again.

Having to go to the emergency room is stressful enough, the kind thoughtful staff made sure I was comfortable and I felt well taken care of. Once inside the emergency room I was checked on and made comfortable by the whole staff. I was brought a cup of ice and a blanket. They really seemed to care that I was receiving the best care possible. Thank you for making my time in the ER so enjoyable.

This was the first time I had gone to this clinic. My son was sick and I wanted to go somewhere different, as most clinics have a 2-5 hour wait. We only waited an hour and the staff was incredibly helpful. I don't speak Spanish, but they had a great nurse who translated everything for my son and me and both were incredibly helpful.

Corona Regional is was of the best hospitals I’ve been to. The hospitality was amazing from the front main entrance to the back of the hospital. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My mom had surgery and was obviously nervous, but they created a great atmosphere for her she forgot about her anxiousness. The doctors were amazing thank you all.

My daughter was born at Corona Regional Medical Center. I planned to have a natural birth, but I couldn't push her out, so I needed a C-section. I was very nervous about the surgery, but the doctor and nurse explained everything to me and made me feel more relaxed. They were all very caring, professional, and attentive. I appreciate the care they gave me and my baby. I want to express my gratitude to Nurse Bree, Natasha, Jasmine, Juanita, Pam, and everyone else who looked after us.

Someone I know came to this clinic due to back pain. The doctor asked her to bend down several times to assess her range of motion ( we assumed that was the reason). The last time he asked her to bend down he smacked her buttocks then proceeded to leave the room and say the nurse will giver her a prescription... this was the doctor.. She was so shocked and embarrassed and did not say anything. This did not happen recently but I thought it was important to write it here for others to be aware. Unfortunately, I do not have the Drs name.

Updated review based on the clinics comment/response. This patient i am referring to is my mother. I drove her to the appointment therefore i am sure it was this clinic. I can also confirm no female nurse was in the room.

I have recommended so many people to this clinic because i love it so much. All which have only thanked me for letting them know about Clinica mi pueblo. I know if myself or my family is sick, once i come tola clinica by the next day, I will be better. Thank you to Dr. Love and all the staff for what you do!

I saw the Podiatrist there. It's a medical center so many varied specialists are there.
