Very friendly and helpful both receptionist and the doctor.
So glad that I stumbled across this lovely practice during a general search for clinics in my area. Despite the fact that I was a new patient and also enquired about an appointment without any notice, the reception staff were so polite, friendly & obliging, and made me feel instantly welcome. With their kind assistance, I was able to see Dr. Law promptly, and he was absolutely delightful as well. Very thorough and professional, with a lovely "bedside manner" (or whatever it's called in a GP clinic!). Would definitely recommend these guys, and congratulate them all for doing what they do so well 🙂. Thank-you!
The Gradasil 9 vaccine price is higher than other medical centres. Also some staff there are not nice and patient enough.
I booked to see the doctor Jacky at 4.15 pm but I have to wait more than 1 hour.
So disappointed for my first time here.
I had a splinter in my finger, and the Dr proceeded to stab the affected area with a needle until it was a bloody mess. No anaesthetic. I wasn't even sitting down while he stabbed at it. By the end of the 19th century treatment, I had cold sweat and dizzy, and needed to lie down. To top it off, another Dr thinks that he managed to break the splinter off and I would need additional treatment. He doesn't seem to care, and the nurse at another medical centre I attended were horrified when she saw the dressing. The wound was not cleaned, and the dressing sloppy.
It's horrible, tried to call them, they were really rude and mean. Didn't want to talk to me because it is Saturday. Unbelievable.
Family doctor for over a decade. Consultations are in depth and expedited. Medicines are not prescribed for no reason or poor reasons.
Disappointed with Dr Kiing Hsiang Law. $300 and I have not been helped at all.
Some doctors do not care.
