Has gotten considerably worse over the years. Even showing up an hour early won’t guarantee you a spot, as they turn many away. Doctor Wilson has always been good but I cannot justify dealing with the support staff any longer. Will be going elsewhere

The Dr Wilson is great, if you manage to get past the girls at the front desk. 7:00 am walking in they don’t ask how can I help you, immediately they say we are full. Since my husband works and their phones have been out of service I had to go there twice. All my husband needed was a refill and I just wanted to leave a message for the Dr to give him a call. To get that refill. I am sure these girls were trained in a hard Nox school.

For a "medical" clinic the welcome you get here is abysmal. The level of care is horrible, if you get Drm Robin, just turn around and go somewhere else.
Good luck calling too, they close their phone lines on a whim, and if you get through "after hours" which apparently is 1:30 PM,despite being a registered patient of the clinic, they charge for appointments.

Take your healthcare elsewhere.

Reception staff are so horrid and rude. Not worth the headache dealing with them at all. If you have the option to go elsewhere, don’t come here.

I am a diabetic patient and Doctor Robin gave me a standing order for blood test each 3 month. I went for consultation with Doctor Robin twice and on my 3rd appointment, Doctor Robin was away and I had doctor Wilson to prescribe my medication.

And today, I called to get one appointment with Doctor Robin, the front dest said that am not Doctors Robin's regular patient and she cant book my appointment, I have to walk in.

Girl, if you dont know how to speak with patient, go and learn some good manners ! When somebody is calling you, its not that we are happy to call you and heard your rude voice. This lady does not even deserve to work there. She booked my appointment for tomorrow at 7.40 am but said she booked it by accident. What are you taking people to be? You do whatever you want. Get some treatment girl ! You need that.

For the staffs or receptionists : Please put a note on your door if one of the doctor is not going to be available in person so the people that lined up very early to see that dr can save their time on waiting. Be considerate!!!!

Walk in clinics are always a pain but this place is by far the best of a bad option. Doctors have always been great with my kids and have helped us through some scary situations. Even the front desk staff have been pretty nice which is not common for walk in.

There is no walk-in even though the giant stickers on the window say WALK IN CLINIC. Told me to call them so a doctor could see my 2 YEAR OLD. Useless waste of TAXPAYER money.

Everything good but only problem with receptionists. Both girl sitting on walk-in clinic receptions doing favor for there friends and family may be BF they let them go first and people who came early have to sit long just because of this thing. God bless canada

The medical reception staff was very unprofessional. I was trying to book an in person appointment and they put me on hold multiple times. They were not listening or answering questions clearly. They did not understand what I was asking, as I need an appointment for medical clearance. Zero clarity. They put me on hold and a different receptionist took over without understanding either. There was loud background noise in the office and a lack of focus. They asked if I was there multiple times? The communication skills and professionalism and medical knowledge is seriously lacking. I couldn't wait three weeks to see my regular doctor. She refused to give me an appointment with an alternate physician at the clinic who is familiar me and I have seen in the past. It's a huge disappointment and very frustrating because the job I am applying has a deadline for the documentation. Very disappointed in this experience.

Do not go to this clinic. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Dr. Anurag Saincher is not only the worst doctor you’ll ever meet but a horrible human being who doesn’t have any sense of how to talk to patients. He was so disrespectful. He asked me why didn’t I go to a family doctor for my concerns. When I told him, I couldn’t find any, then he replied that you might find one in India. He gave me an antibiotic prescription, and when I told him that it hadn’t worked in the past, he tore the prescription right in my face and showed me the door. Who does that??? Also those reviews about being called fat are absolutely right. I wish I had read them before going to this office. I am going to make an official complaint too so that he doesn’t do this to more people.

The doctors here are great but the staff are usually rude and arrogant. I wish i could find another office just cause the staff makes me feel super uncomfortable. Just to book an appointment with my doctor she asks 100 questions. If i wanted to share my health with the receptionist i wouldn't need a doctor. I have never dealt with anyone so rude and controlling I avoid my doctor for tests just cause who ever answers acts like she is the boss and if u don't answer to her standards then you can risk losing ur clinic. Not to realize people have mental health issues and do not wish to answer their surveys of why a doctor is required I hope the staff is replaced. Since covid people have become aggressive but to work in the healthcare you need to make it easier not more difficult. I cancelled my appointment online cause i don’t even feel comfortable gong to take care of my health. Also i don't think or hope the doctors are ok with this. No wonder the hospitals are full.

What a Rude Doctor! Cant even speak decently with his patient over the phone. He started to be nice, but true attitude appeared overtime ( not the nicest doctor ive ever met), i don't recommend him to anyone.

Had physio sessions at the clinic, the physio therapist was super friendly and knew what was he doing, also explained everything plus the post care. All in all i had a good experience at the centre.

Medical clinic won't reply to phone calls, it's TOO MUCH FRUSTRATING. I have tried calling them 7 times today but no one from reception answers the call. I called the pharmacy, which is inside the same unit, to ask if there is anyone in the clinic reception; the pharmacy lady told me that yes, she can see receptionists in the clinic.
If receptionists are there in the clinic, why they don't pick up the calls.
They are irresponsible for the work they are supposed to be.
REACHING THE CLINIC THROUGH PHONE CALL IS HORRIBLE!!!. 😠
RECEPTIONISTS ARE RUBBISH.

Dr Anurag Saincher, absolutely the worst doctor. He was grumpy and didnt even let me finish my problem. Started accusing me of faking my injuries. No sense empathy of any sort. Wasted my time waiting in queue. Started to make me feel like I had to defend my injuries and then proceeded to call me fat and said its the only reason why I have injuries and nothing else can cause it. How in the world could you be so unprofessional and made me feel like I’m an idiot because I got injured at work. He is unfit to be practicing medicine.

I was accepted as a patient in the clinic by Dr Parveen Ali in 2021. I am Bengali and so is she so we really had common ground. She is extremely professional and at the same time very kind, empathetic and listens. I love her and everyone that is attached to the clinic, they are all wonderful and call me by first name and recognise my voice when I call them, far away from home but in this clinic I truly feel homely. A special shout out to Ms Sudha who books appointments and is always very helpful to schedule appointments extremely efficiently and she is very polite.

I had a good experience at this clinic with Dr. Anurag, not sure why he has so many bad reviews. They let you know how long the wait time is so you can come back later instead of wasting your time.

Would like to thank a professional service provider specifically when you are new and don’t have a family doctor. The entire staff is so soft and welcoming and waiting time is less and all the docs are so professional and hear you out! Thank you for taking care of us!

Oh god! I never seen such a disgusting clinic they took first those patients who needs doctors note through which they earn extra cash money. One more thing even the recipients forgot to put me in a list. Seriously you will have to write like come here for doctor note not for a serious medical issue 😐😐..

Came here because the pharmacy is amazing and they have great customer service! However I was super disappointed with my appointment with Dr.Ali. She didn't take the time to listen to my reason for calling and wasn't willing to provide any relief for my ailments. She was in a hurry to get to her next patient and dismissed my concerns regarding my health. Wouldn't return to this clinic.

I've been in bed with the flu for almost a week. Today I'd had enough and made a virtual appointment with this clinic. Dr. Ko called me within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. Virtual appointments are one good thing that came out of Covid and this clinic has found a way to make them work! Thanks!

this office is the WORSTE excuse for a medical clinic!!! nobody will identify themselves including the doctor !!! MINDY GILL at the front is the worst of them ! very unprofessional and rude. the "Doctor" apparently that's what he is even tho he would NOT provide his Name or medical practice number (VERY suspect) ill be reporting the doctor and this office BEAWARE!!!!!! im told his name might be SEOKJAE BAHNG probably not even a real doctor

I have had the absolute pleasure of receiving help from Dr Greywall. I had booked an appointment with her prior to ever having any history with her or the clinic , regarding a shoulder injury. She has been extremely caring and helpful. She has gone above and beyond to help me with several different solutions and has continued to follow up . Im grateful for her and the clinic

Everything about this clinic has been a positive experience for me. All the doctors have been patient, thorough and non - judgmental. They take your concerns seriously and work quickly to get you referred to the right specialists. The online booking system is easy to use and efficient. The doctors have followed up on lab work even when it came up negative.

This rating is based off the inexperienced MOA’s they have working here. My doctor is great but majority of the MOA’s in Surrey need adequate training, customer service skills and just a little bit of compassion for their patients.

Dr addresses my health concerns with compassion and understanding. Better than my old family Dr. As a health care provider, I would recommend newgen. To get #bacKINmotion.

My experiences with Dr. Liu have been great so far. This review is about the clinic itself, and the reception and booking issues.

Reception/wait area is SMALL and masks are not mandatory (even though there is a sign saying they are). Very uncomfortable to have 4 other patients ALL within 6 ft of me, maskless. I was the only patient wearing a mask. Is this not a Healthcare facility?

For the love of your patients, PLEASE hire another front desk admin or use an online booking system that actually works.
"Book online!" But the service doesn't work properly, won't accept my Healthcare number, and apparently this is a FREQUENT issue patients have, yet they continue using the same awful booking service.

You call to book an appointment instead (cause you have no other choice) and wait on hold for 15 minutes.. by which time the appointment you were trying to book is no longer available.
They don't even have a voice-mail system for some reason? No way to contact them without waiting on hold until they eventually get around to you.

You ask to be put on a wait list for any canceled appointments and they say they don't have a waitlist.. but will call you if anyone cancels. They put a note in my file.. will that note even be SEEN by anyone unless they open my file? I doubt it.

We expect the problems to be with the lack of doctors in BC right now, but the issues start even before that. It should not be this difficult to MAKE an appointment.

Even though there was no Doctor available on the day I went, Kate, who I met at the reception was very empathetic and helpful. After so many tries, she was able to redirect me to another clinic that was accepting walkins on that day. It was such a relief as I needed a doctor for my son badly. Thanks again Kate!
