Family member was in a huge car crash and as been at this hospital for weeks and weeks.
I'm from out of town but the nurses and doctors have been extremly nice, understanding and patient with me every times I called for updates.
They are taking good care of my family member.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hospital seem under staffed in the weekend.

Wasn’t busy and was able to access my floor quickly

Mother in law came here for brain surgery on Friday. She was scheduled for Saturday at 1:00 pm. So she couldn’t eat anything after midnight. At 6:00 pm they told her she wasn’t getting her surgery and she could eat. But nothing after midnight again because she would receive her surgery the next day (Sunday). Sunday at noon they tell her she’s on the “add on list”. Which means she will only receive her surgery if someone else’s is cancelled. So she can’t eat all day again and she probably won’t receive the surgery anyway. Not to mention it’s a time sensitive situation and she was already scheduled before this. It’s stupid and someone making the arrangements should go back to school to learn how to organize stuff. Obviously they have no clue how to do this now.
Not impressed at all!!!!

My bf went to the hospital here for the first time yesterday, and all he kept saying that its the best hospital he went to. He had a work injury and they got him in right away. The nurses was great and same for the dr. Highly recommend this hospital. Thks again staff Josh appreciates it and so do I compared from coming up from the city.

Went on the weekend for a test and walked in... There was NOONE... No lines, no people checking in. I felt like I walked into a horror movie... Figured zombies were on their way... Lol But the service was great and I was in and out within 30 minutes.

The nurses are always understanding and treat me good. The doctors always fix me up. :) thank you to all the heroes in the health department. I'm actually in the waiting room waiting to be checked. Routine to get checked is well done in my opinion.

When you need to go see specialist place to go ....they threaded my son very good and fast ..they know your from other city. So the wait is short
