Super Salle! Bel esprit. Loin de l'ambiance des autres salles.. Esprit famille, entraide. Coach sur place si besoin.
Cette salle de sport est parfaite. Même aux heures de pointes, on peut s'entraîner tranquillement et rarement besoin de tourner sur une machine. Le personnel est sympathique. Je recommande !
Première inscription ce mois-ci, notamment intéressé par le cours de yoga animé par Aline (compétente, pédagogue, charmante et n'hésitant pas à vous sortir de votre zone de confort ;-)), j'ai été totalement convaincu.
La salle, spacieuse mais à taille humaine, est très bien équipée en machines et accessoires, l'ambiance est conviviale et l'accueil excellent. On se sent "comme à la maison".
Il n'y a pas de débat, c'est la salle de sport où vous devez venir !

Salle de sport au top avec une offre très variée aussi bien au niveau du matériel / machines, des cours proposés mais aussi des modèles d'inscriptions.
Les coachs sont toujours disponibles et à l'écoute pour vous orienter et vous aider dans votre pratique et ils sont très professionnels.
Tout le monde y trouve son compte. Je recommande !

The Montigny le Bretonneux Fitness Park gym is a pretty good place to practice strength training and fitness. But since April 2023, when my first comment was written, things have gotten worse. The Fitness Park boss and his employees act like they don't care.

I’ve been in this gym during a work trip and I needed to workout at the end of the day.
Perfect place to workout and everything you need you can find it here. The manager of the gym was really polite and helped me with all the necessary info.
