I had an amazing experience at the Four Seasons Spa in Toronto for Thanksgiving weekend. The spa itself is luxurious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to unwind. I had a massage with Greg, who was absolutely fantastic—he was professional, attentive, and made sure the whole experience was relaxing and tailored to my needs. The location is perfect, offering a serene escape right in the city. Highly recommend Four Seasons Spa and will definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Had a lovely spa day at the Four Seasons. Spent some time by the heated pool before my service. Had a relaxing facial with a wonderful face massage from Kathy. Then relaxed with a chamomile tea in the lounging area. The amenities are beautiful. There are
crystals in the treatment rooms as well as in the water decanter. The robs are soft and fluffy. They have truly thought of everything. Highly recommend.

Exactly what you would expect from the 4 Seasons.
The amenities are first class.
You get to wear a 4 Seasons robe to die for.
The massage starts with a choice of aroma oils. The massage is wonderful. When it's over, your robe has been warmed. Steam room,

showers all with excellent products. Not cheap but worth it.

My favourite spa in Toronto. They have all the amenities and staff are friendly. There are small bites and tea at the lounge.

I highly recommend a facial with Monique she is highly skilled at explaining the procedure and is very good at what she does.

Relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Been going every 7 weeks or so for the oxygen 3-in-1 facial. Absolutely love Julia & Sophia for aestheticians, great relaxing experience

cheap place to relax and unwind. spa is nice. only complaint was the tv didnt work.

In the past been several times and loved it. We come from the states. I am visiting Toronto this week and looked on google and it says it was open 24/7. Also checked the oficial website to double check the prices and it says it was open all year round. We get to the front door and there or a sign saying that they are closed due to renovations. We would have loved to learn about this on the website and not wasted our time.

Reception was ice.(it was a recent Thursday) The only words spoken by the cashier were "have a membership?" . A tip seems to be expected but when I tip there is not even a cursory "thanks" . I know it's tiresome working with the public but this is the first person encountered and a minimum of politeness would make him more money. Perhaps better suited as a room attendant.

Best crew. Get your fitness on.

Never had a bad experience at any Steamworks facility, Toronto included. Got my 🍑 torn up good there a couple of months back. However, I don’t understand the “no bags” policy. I like to bring toys, lube, poppers, etc and need a bag for all of that. If the goal is to keep drugs out, then the policy is failing miserably.

I have been coming here for years and I absolutely love going here! The staff is incredibly inclusive and friendly. They go above and beyond to make their clients feel included and are so thoughtful even down to providing healthy snacks for their clients.
They have a wide range of classes with wonderful instructors who always make sure to meet you where you're at in your pole journey and accomodate you.

This place has really gone downhill. The amount of drug users that are allowed in is absurd, doesn't feel safe whatsoever. And I'm not talking about guys smoking weed, every other guest seems like they just came out of a homeless shelter. Save your money, go somewhere else and stay safe.
Most of the staff is amazing, but there are some really awful ones. A bitter fellow who works the counter named Andy was extremely discriminatory to different guests based on their color, which I was astonished to witness. I can't believe people like that can still have a job serving guests.

It’s a great place ! However, I would advice to cut down prices whenever they are doing repairs for instance ; there was a time the jacuzzi was off which is understandable and they apologized because they were repaying it , why would they charge the same amount of money ? I would such to reduce a few dollars in such scenarios. I love the place though, good hygiene, nice customer care !

Absurd experience. Rather than this being a friendly place for the community to meet, I experienced the worst customer experience in a long time. Having flown in overnight and having my connecting long haul flight only tonight, I thought it would be a great idea to spend the day here mixing relaxation with some fun. First surprise: They had a sign out that the wet area is closed - not exactly what you expect from a "24 hour" bath house. A friendly young guy told me that they need to clean after the weekend but the shower would be open again after an hour or so - which is totally reasonable and understandable, so I said that this would be no problem. At this point, an older, shorter, and chubbier guy took over and corrected that it would be at least 3-4 hours, for the jacuzzi maybe even 4pm in the afternoon (7 hours later). Wow! But OK, I also had planned to work out in their gym and to take a nap, so I anyhow proceeded and indicated that I would like a standard room - indicated at $34 on their website. Except that the guy quoted a price of $50! Maybe a surcharge because the room would get used more if the wet area is closed? When I still indicated that I would like to go ahead and get the room, the guy grabbed a flash light apparently to check my backpack (another sign says "bags subject to random search" - it does NOT say "no bags allowed"). Before switching it on, however, he suddenly changed his mind again and declared that actually they have a policy not to let people with a bag in at all - they neither would store it nor let me take it to my room. He actually suggested, absurdly, that I get a hotel room just to store my backpack (after having explained that I just flew in this morning and would fly out tonight)!!!!! And in all modesty, I'm an athletic, presentable and friendly guy frequently praised for my good looks and kind attitude, so this isn't a case of me being an arrogant a**hole or rude, quite to the contrary, after being offered a standard room at a price higher than advertised and being told that this "24 hour" bath house has closed its wet area, I still politely said OK. The neighborhood does seem to have a problem with homeless people but I don't think that homeless people customarily have an overseas passport and credit card to pay for a room when intending to illegally move in, nor do they tend to wear clean clothes and have a brand new backpack, so I really don't know whether the guy just had a bad day or whether he wanted to keep the premises empty for whatever reason. In any case, I wasted the over $50 cab fare and can only warn against this establishment. Both a pity and a disgusting experience!!!

I’m not sure who you have working behind the cash, or hire But to treat someone poorly becz they don’t want to tip you is a joke. I’m not obligated to tip anyone just for processing my check in and giving me a towel. He’s even so petty to the point he will give u a locker in the halls instead of the main area where everyone else is. And yes there were many rooms available, as I have friend who was also working that day.

We come here to have fun and give you our money to support your business. Manage those you hire with class.

Such a beautiful spa. I’ll definitely be back! I feel like they don’t overbook people which is nice because often I had the whole pool or sitting area to myself so it was ultimate relaxing. I also went on a weekday which could have been why. Everything from the music to the ambience was so relaxing. I did the lime and macadamia 90 minute scrub and wrap and my god was it absolute heaven. The staff are amazing. The facilities are so clean. For anyone that’s going with the opposite gender, the pool and hot tub area in these pics are shared which is nice. The steam rooms are in the changing rooms. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Staff was nice, offered to explain how it works. The hot tubs, sauna, steam room and showers where great. Clean. Lots of dark places to have fun in.

Huge installations, clean, with enough staff.
You can feel comfortable with being yourself there.
I use to go after a gay bar, and take a relaxing time in the hydro massage.

I've always been slightly intimidated by dance classes.. but UV was amazing in making me feel welcome and totally comfortable. I had my intake with Christine, she was so kind to take the time to review my skill level with me so that I would be placed in the correct level for classes. In as little as 5 classes I learned SO much and it made a huge difference in my fitness, each class is so impactful and 10/10 worth it!

I’ve been meaning to come to this spa for a very long time and finally I did a few days ago.
I started with 1 hour deep tissue massage and I loved it!!! My RMT, Marius, was excellent, welcoming and very professional.
The facilities are amazing, I specially loved the steam room, it was super super hot!! OMG and the bathrobes were so cozy, especially all warmed up after the massage!
I relaxed on their beds, their lounge areas as well as by the pool.
All the staff was extremely welcoming and super friendly, I had such a wonderful time at this spa.
Definitely a must try spa in Toronto!!!

Had a wonderful experience at this place, it was my first time going to a bath house and it was wonderful. Quick bag search and we were through. Although it was a bit of a maze we found our room quickly. It was a bit small but I didn't mind since I was going to be sleeping there all night. The hot tub was magical and the sauna was just right. I highly recommend this place if you want to have a nice time with a partner or a hookup.

This studio is gorgeous and pole instructors are very friendly and attentive. This studio is also used for events, so the space is very open. Super close to Lansdowne station! The owner provides tray of treats and juice (dried fruit, cheese, crackers) for students/clients.

There are times when catering/rental equipment are left in the space. I had two gentlemen picking up chairs in the middle of the class, meanwhile pole dance class is occurring with music on the other side sectioned off with curtains. No sound proof. Lyra class happening behind. It was too choatic for me to focus! If you plan to look for more professional setting to learn, I would NOT recommend this studio.

Updated review - Thank you kindly for your reply. Please check your email. Reply was recieved more than a day later from your studio (I purchased sept 10, your reply sept 12. I did reply back after mentioned to check with my cc company (SEPT 12) when it was not my cc or my fault at all it did not go through and it turned out to be your studio app that caused the issue . There was very little apology for the difficulty of this.

Can not seem to even get a package to join. Studio was really slow in getting back to me. I am sure once you join they are great. But rating is based on my experience so far with them.

The instructors are amazing but the owner (Dawn?) is kind of rude. She was very short with me in every interaction I had with her for no apparent reason. Very off-putting. Was willing to spend a lot more money here but now I’m not so sure. You think you’d be a lot nicer to new clients…

I’ve been going to UV since beginning of Jan, and I haven’t looked back since. I am forever grateful for this studio, the teachers are very skilled, kind and supportive. It’s a safe space for everyone and there’s absolutely no judgment. I recommend this studio to everyone, and I can’t stop talking about it. Give it a try!

It's a beautiful studio, and they offer so many different types of classes. The instructors are all patient and kind, and it is a great, judgement free atmosphere to learn and have fun. At the same time, the instructors are all knowledgeable and helpful. I'm pretty excited to learn more each class!

After taking an introductory package I quickly decided that their environment is amazing, the instructors are top-notch and the person on the phone who does the admin went above and beyond to make me feel like my business was valued and appreciated. I’ve since become a member and I love this workout! They break everything down and really give you instruction on what you should be doing! Highly recommended to anyone!

Absolutely LOVE vitality!! The instructors are so nice and so talented! Not only gained so much flexibility but also so much confidence taking their online classes these past few months and only getting better. Truly recommend this place!

LOVE UV! I thought I'd come and try a class just for fun, but ended up finding an amazing community of supportive people and an amazing new hobby. They have a variety of classes that cater to a variety of interests and goals, and can't wait until in person classes are a thing again. In the meantime, the virtual classes are great. Would 10/10 recommend!

This is the best of the best when it comes to pole studios!!
I felt at home the second I stepped into the warm and stylish industrial environment.. I did not want to leave, and I cant wait to go back for a masked class once they open again.
Vitality pole dance & fitness had such an accepting and diverse environment of students and instructors of all shapes sizes, disciplinaries (dances) and orientations.
The best instructors for every skill level, extensive online classes
Definitely a hidden gem, and so close to Landsdown station, (which is good because most of the street parking get occupied quickly)
As a Male dancer it is hard to find a studio that doesn't discriminate against me. studios usually turn me away, thinking that I am there with an alternate agenda
The warm staff welcomed me with open arms.. I have finally found a place that accepts me.
Vitality is my studio, once they open up for classes... Or once i get enough space to follow along with an awesome and engaging, interactive online class.

After taking 6 beginner classes here I think I can leave a review. I highly recommend this studio to everyone. Great location (feel super safe compared to some other studios... ), great instructors (really cares about each individual), reasonable class contents for beginners, and great environment. I feel so lucky that I found this place.

I have been to several pole studios in the city, and UV is my favourite! It is a very tight-knit community of friendly students and staff. The intimate class sizes make it easier to get instructor-feedback and to make friends. While some other studios have either technical classes or erotic choreography classes, I love that UV has lots of both! Plus frequent showcases for students of all levels to gain performance experience :)

The most beautiful pole studio in town with 14ft tall stainless steel poles, tons of natural light and space, and the best instructors!! Everyone (teachers and students alike) are all very nice a supportive of each other and I absolutely love dancing here!
