Looks run down for a new build.
Nice place to relax and great pool to swim on.
Too much chlorine. The place is nice. The comfort room needs more ventilation, it’s suffocating inside the shower room. Worth it for the price.
Our fave go-to swimming pool in Davao. Very accessible, not too crowded, beautiful and spacious pools, and most of all delicious food at very reasonable prices 🌺🌺🌺
Had a fantastic evening here. The place was empty so had the pool mostly to ourselves. Pools are great as well as the food and service. Prices are not on the cheap side but you do get what you pay for. Very good experience overall.
They have a very poor customer service. The staff won't let us get food again knowing that there's a lot left. Since the company ordered a buffet set up. After the event, crews packed all the foods that's left for themselves. That's depriving us of what is rightfully ours.
Resort was clean, rooms were okay but the food was not really that good. Parking was very big and no problems.
The place is a family friendly facility, pool is quite a decent size, it has villas and casitas for family or guest wants an overnight event. Breakfast served is quite an average and downside is the WiFi is really bad.

Great service, great food, great dessert options, great pool area both for kids and adults with plenty of space.
Only issue was the "no outside food" rule which was too strict, they took my green apple magic chew candy. They did return it upon exit so all is good in the hood.

Devastating place on my stay. Experiencing the most humiliated treatment from my business dealing and personal life in itself. Moreover on my being a senior citizen were unprecedented occurrence happening when senior association president in connivance with cssdo deleted my name on the list being a member as a critical person to a falsefied management, full of corruption. It resulted even my spiritual life dealing being an Islamic. Embracer, Harassment left to right if I invoke my depth faith in my true worship of my almighty Allah(God). Maintaining my status quo being a true worshipper. Patience, perseverance has to be exercise but sometimes it may be a loose of patience due a humanly calling. To be continued on my next issue. Nice court madilim lang, dalawa lang ilaw, at may butas butas na canal near the court. Need repair.

Very poor water source, Brgy is too slow to make a solution.
