Excellent gym to get a serious workout in!

They have solid old school style equipment with a good variety of free weights and machines, Punching bag, and boxing ring.

Day passes are reasonably priced. They have a front counter with bananas, protein bars, and a selection of drinks.

It is my go to no frills gym for whenever I am in Prague

This has decent single-visit prices. The gym is fairly small and there is not a lot of space to do free weight and core exercises outside of the main weight / equipment area. However, it was fine for one or two workouts. It was pretty quiet when we arrived (around 8am) and got noisier once the boxing ring was in use, but still uncrowded.
Cheap gym, 5€ for 1 session (student)
Nice place, with many machines
The floor was dusty
I came here for a day pass as a tourist. The gym was fine, not too busy, but a bit smaller than what I’m used to. The lady at the front desk was really unpleasant to interact with as I’m an English speaker. Asking her “where is the gym” after I paid for the day pass was way too hard. I’d try a different gym if you only speak English.

Trenéři i obsluha na recepci jsou milí. Jen by ti na spinningu chtělo opravit stroje. 🙂

I don't recommend this gym.. The facilities are old, the spinning class is small and super hot during the class, and the staff is very unfriendly - specially if you don't speak Czech. Last time they cancelled the spinning class and they didn't notify it, and when I was there the staff was saying it was my fault.. what a lovely experience!

Good gym for tourist with fair prices fitting to the interior. Most things are from technogym and compareable to the most other gyms. It is nothing special but everything you need for an good workout.

Fully equipped strength gym, 130czk Day Pass available. Has everything you need including power racks. Middle of the day on a weekday will be less crowded. The equipment is quite packed in as the floor area isn't massive, but it's quite comfortable. Upstairs has treadmills if that's your thing. Well worth it and quite cheap. Also has student rates that are 10-20czk cheaper.
Let's keep it simple. We go there to play badminton 6-8 times a month before work. The room/court is private, which is lovely..the locker room is fine... There is no AC in the court room ( I think??) I am not sure if it's an issue in the afternoon as we play there early in the morning. The ceiling is rather low, but we got used to it...
