Awesome gym! The staff were very helpful and offered me free day passes and a padlock which was extremely kind and helpful! I was only in Antalya for a few days and utilised this gym for every session. Although it could be quite busy there was a large amount and variety of kit meaning I never found myself waiting around. The equipment was good quality and maintained well and the space was open planned and allowed for some really good sessions overall.

Who can beat this? I came for a day pass and I got quoted 600 TL!!!! Needless to say I did not go for this. I recommend not to waste your time or hard earned money with thieves. Let it be known
Nice place to keep your body in great shape. Everything you need for training - all kinds of exercise machines and dumbbells. Excellent service, a lot of subscription options for any price. You can buy sports supplements there. Credit cards are acceptable. Thank you very much.

I like to go here, the only point to highlight is in the basement. So no nice view outside. Opening hours are ok, closing early on Sundays.

- Kullanılan aletlerin düzenli bakımı yapılıyor.
- Salon geniş ve ferah
- Çalışan hocaların üyelere karşı herhangi bir olumsuz davranışı yok ve hepsi işinde başarılı kişiler. Gönül rahatlığıyla hepsinden özel ders veya grup dersi alabilirsiniz.
- Kick Box hocası Kadir Uzuntaş ile çalışmışlığım olduğu için , özellikle başarısını söylemek istiyorum.
- Çocuklarınızı gözünüzü kırpmadan emanet edebilirsiniz. Bu cümlem Tunga akademi içinde geçerli. Çocuklarınızın enerjilerini en iyi şekilde atacaklarına emin olabilirsiniz.
- 303 kafe çalışanları gayet mütevazi ve saygılı.
- Wc - banyo - soyunma odaları normal.
- Olumsuz yanına gelecek olursak, sadece önceden deskte çalışan bir hanımefendi vardı, onun sayesinde gözle görülür kayıt azalması oldu. Salon ile kaynaklı değildi diye tahmin ediyorum. Neyseki desk düzeltilip , olması gereken kişiler görev aldı. Bu kişiler Sofya hanım ve Ecmel hanım. İkiside gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımcı kişiler.

3 aydır gidiyorum oldukça sevdiğim bir salon. 3 katlı -1 zemin ve 1. kattan oluşuyor. -1 biraz küçük orayı pek tercih etmiyorum genelde orayı yüksek ağırlık kullananlar tercih ediyor. Klima hep açık havalandırma da yeterli bence. Protein tozu, su ve takviye satışı yapılıyor. Hocalara ya da salondaki diğer üyelere rahatlıkla bir şeyler danışıp yardım isteyebiliyorsunuz ortamı sevdim açıkçası. Ücreti de gayet makul bence.
Batuhan hoca ve ordaki herkes çok samimi hoca hep ilgileniyor salon çok doluda değil sabah saatleri

Sehr unfreundlich der Besitzer isr ein abzocker !!! die Geräte sind veraltet und es ist sehr voll ich hatte mich für 2 Wochen angemeldet und bin nur ein Tag hin gegangen. Und habe auch kein Probe Training gemacht. Fazit ich empfehle niemanden hin zu gehen .

Friendly atmosphere
Came here on Sunday as my usual gym was closed. Quoted 500 TRY for a day pass. I’ve travelled Turkey for weeks and the maximum price I’ve paid is 100. There are good gyms in Antalya for this price. No need for tourists to waste their money here.
It’s an okay gym if you are staying in the old city. Does the job for a quick but heavy workout. The issue is the weight machines are quite old with limited adjustments that you could make, also the machines cater for men needs than women’s. The day pass was 150 lira which was okay, I guess.
Total disappointment. Owners aproach is money rather than hospitality. After ony one week usage of membership i cancelled it for their attitude, they cut the half money off which proves my thoughts.

Very good service, as a good place to train, there is a personal trainer that I want to thank a lot for her help her name is Elçin, she is the best trainers at the gym so friendly and she is that kind of person who gives motivation all along to keep continue training, for every person who wants to get in a better shape I advice to ask for coach Elçin, she is the best. As she speaks English Turkish

Good location for gymnastics
Pros:
1) Good selection of equipment and squat racks.
2) Nice art on the walls making the place look cooler (not a necessity, but nice to have).
Cons:
1) No disinfecting sprays are available to wipe the equipment after use. Clients are expected to bring a towel to lie/sit on during training (which is gross).
2) Clients should be returning the used weights/equipment back to its place after use, however, this does not happen often. Things can be all over the place.
3) The urinal in the change room should flush automatically because it seems like many clients do not flush after themselves.
4) Bench press setups could be more adjustable and higher in quality.

Asked 400TL per person for a day pass. Clearly a tourist trap. Not sure how they can ask this with a straight face but here we are.
For context a day pass in London would cost 100TL per day in a comparable gym. There are other gyms nearby that offer day passes for 30-70TL

I go to the different gym more than 15 years and never see 3 months minimum contract, overpriced gym. Stinky on the top floor. Gym looks very packed with machines, and it's difficult to find parking outside, there's parking spaces on old dirty car park.
Great gym with 3 floors. Be sure to check out all of them to avoid crowding and to see all of the equipment. Day pass was 100 Lira. They have open air windows around cardio equipment for a nice breeze. I think you need to bring your own towel though especially since there is nothing provided to wipe off the equipment.
Small gym with a decent amount of equipment. It's a little outdated, but for a price of 50 Turkish Lira for a day pass, I was satisfied. You should bring your own towel since there wasn't anything available to wipe off the equipment.
Overcrowded, small place. Russian speaking team member was not friendly. There are a lot better options near if you want to do fitness.
God "old school" gym
Paid for a week while I’m travelling. The AC is off most of the time and when on, you can only feel it in a few places in the gym. The exterior of the gym is almost entirely glass making it a greenhouse effect. Especially in the morning when the sunlight comes in. Extremely unpleasant to work out in a hot room.
Charged me 100TL for day pass. 3 levels of the gym. Wights and machines in the 1st and 3rd level. Cardio in 2nd level. No AC in cardio area so you will be sweating a lot. There is really good AC in other levels but they keep the doors and windows open so nothing cools down and gets very hot. No equipment to wipe down equipment. The toilets could be better maintained. As a visitor it was ok to use this gym
Ich habe mich vor paar Tagen mit meiner Frau hier angemeldet. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Das Studio gibt einen Feeling wie in den Arnold Zeiten im Old School Bodybuilding Gym. Ich kann es jeden uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr respektvoll und super nett.

Very good GYM. The machines are in good condition, the place is clean and stuff is friendly.
You are fully secured and a nice gym
Decent gym, though it gets crowded sometimes. membership cost is raising but so is everything else, it's still more reasonable comparing to some other commercial gyms though.
Friendly staff, nice variety of equipment and so far not too packed. As a foreigner I feel I was treated well and not gouged or paying a different price. I prepaid 3 months. As of the beginning of May 2022 it was 200 TL per month when going 3 month payment.

Fitness is quite good. Building consists of several floors where you can find all the necessary equipment. It's always clean and ventilated. I would like to pay special attention to the staff, who are always friendly and helpful.

I have been working out a gyms all over the world and this has some of the best equipment in a not too small space. There are three floors including two floors of weight equipment and one floor with the locker rooms and cardio. The people are nice they treated me with respect and I paid a fair price for a 6-month membership. It has now been 2 months since I've been going there, and I'm still very happy about it.

Büyük ve geniş. Neredeseyse herşey çift çift var. Klimalar çalışıyor. Akşam için birşey diyemem ama sabah gidecek olanlar için çok sakin. Hocalar gayet cana yakın soruya açıklar.
