I have been to every gym in lebanon mostly , because my parents move a lot , this is the best gym i have been into , the equipment is awsome , there are two high quality squat racks unlike most gyms in lebanon , The people and staff are nice and respectful , there is also a lot of space in the gym to do barbell movements and a variety of types of weight plates , I recommend this gym 10/10.

Very bad customers service👎👎👎i called to get some deals and infos about their classes and prices, the girl who picked up my call refused to help saying that this is the owner system. Are you for reaaaaal !!!!!!

A full fledge ‘Boutique’ gym, the concept is unique ... cozy underground theme, creative drawings on wall, very well designed ... all main functions are there; TRX, Weights, Machine, Cardio Machines, Studio ... it’s an experience!I highly recommend- Ahmad H.

Best gym ever in town. People are the greatest. Very clean and prices are reasonable. Coach Omar and Coach alAmir are the best. They do train you as if you asked for a personal trainer. Noura is the greatest. If you dont visit Barbell you have lost a lot!
The classes are effective, good place for an advanced workout
Spacious, has every machine you can think of, very welcoming, family run and you feel like you’re part of the family. Very reasonable prices 😊 Absolutely love it!

A great variety of weight lifting as well as cardio machines. Friendly staff and welcoming owner. They even have daily rates at a very acceptable price.
