My first club and a lot of nice emotions here. It’s queer pop in the main floor most of the times and the atmosphere is very welcoming. People are younger here. Also has a techno floor most of the times, but it’s not so full most of the times.

It is really a great club and I come there all the time, but in the last few days the security does not allow me to enter and they ask me for a residence permit or passport and they also ask for a ticket to enter

THE gay club of Berlin. Great music, great sound system, great atmosphere; for a fair price. Either you can go in before 10pm for free or after 10pm for a fee between 10-20€ depending on the event.
Quote an experience - a good choice of songs, with lights and smoke. We were 4 guys and it was... cosy in there. But highly recommended!
Best club in Berlin for sure. We felt so safe the whole time, we were explained the rules really well and we were welcomed with open arms instead of pretentious people making us feel uneasy like in Tresor. We got to party to the best songs in the pop room, and made friends too! The only minus for me is that they don't really make any drinks, because they don't have the ingredients, so you get what you get and it will taste pretty bad.
I love it here! The nicest staff of any club in Berlin, which makes you feel safe and cared for. Great music over 3 floors - techno, charts, pop - and the place is always full and really good fun. Recommend to everyone!
Went to see our favorite dj (acid pauli). they had an outside area with food & drinks and they allowed easy in and out. At one point they changed it and anyone that went outside had to wait a line for almost an hour. Many people had no idea of this change and were just stuck outside and even if they didn't wanna wait the hour and just go home they couldn't because their jackets were in the wardrobe. They door ppl were just the usual Berlin-club-self-important-douchebags, why not tell the ppl the policy changed... Club itself is OK nothing too special

I went to see the DJ Acid Pauli yesterday, Saturday the 21st of September 2024, with my friends, and I had the worst experience with the people at the entrance. I went to have a cigarrete and to the toilet in the garden, as the toilet inside was full, and when we tried to come inside again the bouncer and the girl at the door didn't let us in. They put us to wait in a queue and we were waiting for more than 20 mins with a lot of disappointed people, so in the end we decided to go home. Dear Ohm managers I hope that you read this message, I am 50 years old and I don't party a lot, but if you request to smoke outside and there are toilets in the garden, please don't ask the people to wait and to queue to come Inside again. I tried to talk to the bouncer and to the girl at the door, but they couldn't be ruder and more aggressive, I was scared. We paid 15 euros to see the DJ Acid Pauli ,but they
didn't let us in again, even when we had the club stamp to go to the toilet and to smoke at the garden. I only saw the DJ for 1 hour, sorry, but this is not good. I paid 15 euros and I was treated very badly. Very disappointed, we won't come again to Ohm!

Club didn't allow to re-enter without queueing (again). Not ok, they should at least make that clear
We had a very nice time here. It’s probably not what you would expect from Berlin as it’s a pretty standard gay club, charming nonetheless. There are three dance floors playing different styles, as well as two bars, one wardrobe and a smoking area. Oh, and a small dark room, which is something new according to what I’ve been told. Prices are OK for a club, not cheap but not expensive either. If Berlin has been a bit overwhelming to what you are used to, then this is a good place if you want to escape one night from the more alternative Berlin scene into a more “traditional” one.
This was a nice industrial dance space! I had a lot of fun on the main dance floor. The place is pretty well thought out. They offer folks small lockers to store their belongings, ear plugs and pretty good drinks!
It is great fun to disco in this small booth, with different light effects and fog. Only cash and one song costs €2. Would recommend to experience at least once.
Great fun (my sister and I chose mr bright side to dance to) and there is also good ventilation incase you press the fog button too many times. Very worth €2 for a little bit of fun while you’re out and walking in the market. Tucked into a corner too so it’s not embarrassing walking out after singing your heart out!

Another club where they say "not today". Honestly, not a bad thing but only if they provide an explanation. Their lazy excuse is "not today". Do better
The club is nice and has a good atmosphere but sometimes the songs don’t really fit the vibe and seem a little random. However, I still recommend going here. But pregaming is very important since the prices inside are high. One shot would cost you 3,5€. There were some weird people there but overall it was nice. It does get very warm so I recommend not wearing a lot of thick clothing.

Ein Kumpel wurde fälschlicher Weise am Nacken aus dem Club gezerrt, weil ein anderer aus unserer Gruppe an 'ner Tür geklopft hat im Bereich der Tanzfläche. Kein Spielraum für Aufklärung oder Richtigstellung gewesen. Sehr armes und nicht rationales Verhalten! Ich dachte es wäre ein netter Club mit netten Personal, aber das war/ist ein No-Go-Verhalten. Er hat sogar Kratzspuren am Hals mitbekommen!!!!

Wenn Menschen diskriminiert werden (von Clubmitarbeitern), aufgrund ihres Aussehens und vom Inhaber das Kommentar "Das wird schon nicht so gemeint sein, wir machen öfter Witze" kommt dann weiß man das dieser "Fisch" von Kopf bis Fuß stinkt!
PS: Es ist mir egal wie der Inhaber sich wieder rausreden will aber es ist schon sehr komisch wie viele Personen von den "gleichen" Erlebnissen erzählen!

Sehr cooler Laden mit guter Musik zum Mitsingen. Die Jungs an der Tür sind sehr respektvoll und sorgen dafür, dass das Publikum sehr angenehm ist. So eine Tür gibt es leider selten in Berlin. Ich hatte meine Jacke vergessen und sie haben mir sie mehrere Tage zurückgelegt, sodass ich sie ohne Problem abholen konnte.
Wir wurden erst Mal nicht reingelassen, weil wir nicht „reingepasst“ haben (wir waren noch 2 schwarze und 1 Asiate), aber die Hälfte unserer Freunde die weiß waren wurde direkt reingelassen. Wir wurden nach 3 Stunden rausgeworfen, weil eine von uns gevaped hat. Was eine Doppelmoral, wenn die Hälfte der Leute da drinnen geraucht und gekokst hat. Die Musik war lame und für das was der Club war habe die Begründung wir „passen nicht rein“ garnicht nachvollziehen können.

Voll schade, eigentlich gehe ich super gerne in die alte Kantine. Aber wirklich an jedem Abend, an dem wir dort waren, versuchten die Barkeeper uns mit der Rechnung abzuziehen. Nach ein paar Runden an Drinks wird die Runde plötzlich teurer und als sie merken "ops, die sind ja garnicht so betrunken" diskutieren sie noch oder tun so als hätten sie sich verrechnet... ist jetzt mehrere Abende so abgelaufen. Die Musik ist auch seit einiger Zeit wie eine gleiche Playlist. Sehr schade, weil eigentlich waren alle Abende immer sehr lustig dort. Schämt euch Barkeeper, so wird kein Tip mehr fließen, auch nicht in der 1.Getränkerunde...

Ist schon lustig wie die Kantine hier mit den schlechten Kommentaren rumlamentiert... Ihr habt ganz offensichtlich ein Problem mit euren Türstehern. Meine Freunde und ich durften auch deren 'charme' genießen was mit Einmischung der Polizei geendet ist. Die haben sich nicht im Griff. Unnötig aggressiv. Sofort handgreiflich ohne Grund. Man wird beleidigt und bekommt Prügel angedroht. Ist schon klar, ihr haltet zusammen. Ändert lieber was!

So sad that my ever favorite club back when I used to live in Berlin bounced me because "I was not on a guest list". And it was the first time ever I was bounced back from a club. And the club was half empty and no line at all.
I have beautiful memories of my nights spent there and I was so frustrated and angry that I could not enjoy again the vibe and the people cause the only reasonable explanation I can give to me is because I don't speak German. I can understand the whole story of wanting to be exclusive and avoid unaware turists but I also think you can investigate more about the motivation of the crowd that wants to enter it, rather than dismiss with a simple "no guest list, no entry" thing, which is applied against who the bouncer decides since very random people entered the club after me and none asked them about the guest list story. So if I had answered yes -even though no guest list exist!!- you would have let me in?! Try to maybe find more convincing way to avoid unwanted people and making your club exclusive, like password or something to say at the entrance not a silly and plain question to ask to all those who do not speak German and hence immediately stigmatized as unwanted and felt utterly discriminated just because I'm not fluent. I was ready to give you the most convincing reason why I not only know by heart the club itself but I spent my best days there if only someone asked me.
For years I have sponsored GG as the best club in Berlin to anyone living there. It will no longer be the case.

How could I even start a conversation with him and explain the whole motivation? He literally not even looked at me in the eyes and told me 'no guest list no entry' (It was only me and my partner, no large groups or whatever, polite and stuff). I didn't even had the time to take it personally honestly as he entered the veranda dismissing me by telling me he spoke no English. Really guys, foreign welcomed...?

Celebrated 2023 Diwali here the atmosphere was good. But they lacked the traditional touch.
First time clubbing in Berlin, we decided to go to Golden Gate.
The bouncer gave us the whole "You need to be on the guestlist" and "Do you even know which club you're at" before eventually letting us in a bit reluctantly, but I guess it's part of the game.
A part from that, the experience was amazing and the DJs absolutely killed it.
The place is on the smaller side, which gives a more cosy and underground atmosphere, it feels like you're part of something intimate. The crowd was really chill, positive energy and good vibes all around. There's also a place with couches for chilling out if you feel like it, which is a nice touch.

Heard good things about Golden Gate from a German girl while on the train in London. The venue is great, good music and nice vibe. A smaller club but more intimate and relaxed compared to going to a mega club.
Katastrophe. Hier wird Hausverbot wegen "unrhythmischem Klatschen" auf der Tanzfläche erteilt. Die Geschäftsführerin verwies uns an der Kasse und drohte sogar mit der Polizei. Wir würden den DJ irritieren - hä, der hat doch Kopfhörer auf und hört nix von der Umgebung. Sie müsste uns das Verbot erteilen, sonst würde sie Ärger mit dem Chef vom Laden "MAXXIM" bekommen.
Dass der Geschäftsführer einer solch grossen und erfolgreichen Disko, derart kleinkarierte Massstäbe an seine Gäste anlegt, ist kaum vorstellbar.

It's a really low-level place and still blocks you based on what you are wearing.
Amsterdam is much more high-class, drug friendly, and almost all places allow you to enter even in sandals.

Small bar/club (was told this is like a bar/club and not a real club. In any other city this would be considered a full on club I'd say). One room with a bitlg bar space and dance floor, and a bit of chill space inside past the bathroom. Honestly one of my better experiences in Berlin. Non-choosy door, let us in though we were coming from a wedding and breaking every Berlin dress code. Patiently explained the safe space policy. Most of all, the music and set was very interesting. They weren't all to my taste and not typical hard Berlin Techno, but they were creative, a little out of left field, and had good energy.
All in all a low stress and worthwhile night out here. Would recommend.

Mega Musik, aufheiternd, Pop, Charts, 90er, wenn man einfach Club besuchen möchte, dann diesen! Lichter überall und soo toll. Zwei Bars gibt es dort und DJ ist echt gut.

A South African, a Tunesian, an Iranian and a Dutch walk into a German bar... We are 4 colleagues looking for a nice dance night at a bar and we had a great time last Saturday. The theme was 80's, 90's and disco, and the DJ really made our night. Great sing alongs (only a few German songs) and dances, the place was packed. Just check their website for their theme of the night, for us it was really great. Average age was about 35 which was also perfect for us. Really nice audience too. Entrance was €10pp. Wish we would have these kinds of bars in the Netherlands

Definitely an experience that is worth trying… that is if it doesn’t eat your money (the people after us ate their money) Paid for the song/photo option (4€ , only takes coins) but didn’t get the photo printed (which it was suppose too) but luckily I emailed it to me. Really loved that it was Spotify based so the song options are endless. It’s pretty cool but inside can get confusing but after you figure it out, it is a blast 5-3 mins !

Over time, we began to realize that Berlin's clubs simply do not favor tourists, a sentiment that was reinforced by the accounts of foreign workers we encountered in the city. I was shocked to discover that our enthusiasm to experience the local nightlife and immerse ourselves in Berlin's culture was met with such cold rejection.
I cannot help but think that this is a form of xenophobia that affects those who, like us, seek to have an authentic experience in the heart of Berlin. I was shocked to discover that our enthusiasm to experience the local nightlife and immerse ourselves in Berlin's culture was met with such cold rejection.
I cannot help but think that this is a form of xenophobia that affects those who, like us, seek to have an authentic experience in the heart of Berlin. It is frustrating that a city, which enjoys an international reputation as a cultural and cosmopolitan center, would display such an unwelcoming face towards tourists.
In conclusion, my stay in Berlin was overshadowed by this disappointing experience in the clubs. I hope the city takes serious steps to eliminate these discriminatory barriers and promote an inclusive environment for all visitors. While I appreciate Berlin's cultural and historical richness, I cannot ignore the negative aspect I encountered during my stay.

Really disappointed. We are massive Schlager fans from UK and are in Berlin for Helene Fischer concert. We were recommended your Friday Schlager party and arrived around 10 mins after opening.
We were refused entry as "there were too many men inside" However a group of four men were let in after us.

Eigentlich könnte es ein schönes regelmäßiges Clubevent für Leute über 45 sein. Ich werde dort jedoch nicht mehr so schnell hingehen. Die Musik richtet sich überhaupt nicht an die Altersgruppe. Statt Disco-, RnB-, Funk- und House-Classics der späten 70er bis 90er hört man meistens eher aktuelle Remmi-Demmi-Musik mit lauten Bassdrums oder entsprechend verhunzte Oldies. Dabei weht einem ständig Zigarettenqualm aus dem offenen Raucherraum daneben um die Nase. Dem offensichtlich mit dem Far Out gealtertem Stammpublikum scheint das aber nicht zu stören. Insofern wird sich an den Zuständen dort auch nichts ändern. Für Feingeister also eher nicht zu empfehlen. Eher etwas für Leute, die geringe Ansprüche an die Musik haben und hauptsächlich danach gehen, ob es tanzbar ist.

Update : I went there again, this Friday it was only German Music. I didn't expect that to be honest. It was a new experience for me. We had fun though!!!

Wir waren zu 6. und es war trotz vieler leute ausreichend platz um zusamme zu tanzen. Die Musik war klasse, auch preise an der Bar mit viel Auswahl.

Wer das alte Far Out am Kurfürstendamm mochte, wird das neue Far Out lieben.

I d give it a 5 stars if there the 2 guys I'm the club didn't catcalled me. I liked the music and I liked most of the people. The reason of - ⭐ is because I expected to feel safe in this type of clubs. Now is not like the security can check the morality of the people that they let it, but I d be more careful if I go again there. The music is cool (coming from someone that doesn't enjoy techno often)
This was my second time coming to to this club. We were 2 female friends who decided to revisit for the music as it was previously good. When we arrived we found a table to sit at near the dance floor which was perfect for about 2 hours. A random extremely drunk man came over to where we were sat and started slamming an almost empty bottle of Hennessy on the table . He was extremely intimidating and swearing at my friend for no unknown reason . We reported this to the security and they came over to see who the man was. They witnessed him raising his voice and using foul language asking my friend how dare she report him to security. For whatever unknown reason , the security team left him in the club and instead asked my friend and I to move over to sit the other side of the club but they chose to leave the abusive man in the club. Of course we refused to do this because we shocked that despite this drunken man’s threatening behaviour and the fact that we paid 10 euros entry fee we were the ones being asked to move away from where we sat for about 2 hours before this man approached us. We then decided to cut our night short and leave this place. There was a lovely lady who was sat by the door collecting entry fees so we told her what had just happened to us and she had welcomed us earlier. We told her the reason why we were cutting our night short. She apologised for what had happened to us and advised us to speak to security but we had already done that and go no help. The security man did not seem to care about our concern and for whatever reason he chose not to kick out the man who had harassed us. Perhaps he was the owner of the club , I don’t know as it just didn’t make any sense. We will not return to this club ever again as we genuinely felt very unsafe . If you are a woman attending this club alone think twice about this as you are likely to get harassed without any support from security. This is Very disappointing as all we wanted was a good night out like everyone else.
Spacious club with very good prices for drinks. When we entered it didn't really feel like the crazy, loud Berlin I am typically used to. It was more like going to club in a small town. There was a Schlager floor and a Hit floor. It was a Saturday and not that many people were around. What gives this the 3 star rating was about the dj, that was just not able to feel the small crowd.

Was there quiet late so perhaps the crowd were exhausted. Low energy but good music with two dance floors. Drink prices were typical for the area.

I had a great time. The music was so great, DJ Timothy really did a great job. It was generally such a FUN experience.

Ich konnte es nicht glauben wie auf Details geachtet wurde - ein professionelles Team, angeführt von Pascal Fofie und seinem Berater Samir.
Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, der auf RnB Soul und Hip Hop steht, dieses Events nicht zu verpassen

Far Out kenne ich schon von früher, als fast alle noch im "Klamotten Orange Ton" herumgelaufen sind. Auch heute noch locker, tolerant, gemischte Musik, von neu bis alt, gemischtes Publikum. Meiner Meinung nach für alle Altersklassen geeignet. Tanzfläche könnte größer sein, zumal voll besetzt in der Regel mit tanzfreudigen Menschen.
Maßlos überteuert!! 20€ Eintritt!! 7€ für nen Tequila Shot!! Nie wieder !

A great wee bar in Berlin. Had a really great time here back in October and will certainly be back next time I am in the city. Got really drunk but not super drunk and didn’t spend a lot of money because the other patrons were really cool and took pity on me as a foreigner. The staff were unbelievably helpful and courteous and were one the highlights of my time in Berlin. When I got up on one of the tables and started belting out Eternal Flame I only got one complaint and only had to be asked once to get out - that’s what I call friendly. The banger I brought in with me was very great too and I regret leaving it in the middle cubicle, will definitely be looking for this on my next visit. All in all, 5 stars ⭐️
Great club, no racism & the bouncers were super friendly, even the lady at the coats counter.Great Tekno music, why they played Macarena in 2019, I do not know, but I loved it still! Loved it, 👍 Too much smoke inside though
