Food was delicious. The owner is a Philadelphia eagles fan, so you can catch every sporting event there. The out door seating has the best views!

Rumba is now called The Kings Bar, it's kind of an open-air place. They have at least 30 or 35 ceiling fans to keep the establishment cool there are at least 15 TV screens with sports, and a great sound system (bring hearing protection if you are sensitive). The food and the food service was exactly mid, a five or six on a scale of 1 to 10. It's food is of descent quality and quantity that you won't hesitate to order, but you are also not going there for the food. There are all flavor of women coming in and out of this establishment because it is a night spot. I'll let that take you where it will. What I found as a general note is that servers rarely check on you after you've been served. Your food, Gratuities, and other strange charges will be on your bill, as well as the bill will reflect a cost different than what is on the menu( example I ordered soup with chicken, soup is $300 and chicken is a extra $100, when I got the bill it was $500!)(the math ain't mathing) which is a very minor annoyance but again it kind of is what it is. I edited this review, only because I wasn't as accurate as I needed to be. With regard to the atmosphere. This place is iconic, you can't come to Sousa, Dominican Republic without visiting Kings (Rumba) it still commands attention and is a must-see. However, in terms of The food and the service I stand by that.

The amount of screens in this place makes it a cool place to hang out. We came here every night and there were certain nights I just wanted to watch Hockey and Basketball. Rumba made that possible!

Great food, atmosphere, patio is fun to watch the people on the street. Lots of sports, an air conditioned area, they have it all.

Second time being there. Fair prices and staff was good. Super local spot. This time had a much better mix of music and I would go back.
