Best ramen I have ever had. Crave this place on a cold day. Portions are amazing and prices are definitely fare. I have even had it delivered and it did not disappoint. Packaged perfect for delivery!

The best Ramen you can find anywhere for a hundred miles or more. Top-notch stuff that tastes like we are back in Japan! I just can't eat in the restaurant; it is the quietest restaurant I have ever seen. You can hear people chew from across the room. Drives me insane, please get some background music or something! That said, we will always order to go if we are anywhere nearby!

We came in because we went to Panda Express to get wok shrimp. Panda Express gave us half a pint and made us pay for half empty container, and stated they can limit the amount of shrimp they give you upon their own discretion. I have teenage boys who want shrimp. Two of em. It was berserk. So we came down to Leanne Chin and were graced to have met Kim. She was lovely. She offered suggestions, and was a breath of fresh air. What a great experience we had, following such a traumatic experience.

There are many fast food options in Woodbury but Leeann Chin has some of the better gluten free options for some of my family members. The staff is usually pretty friendly and the food is almost always fresh. Sometimes you have to wait for an order, especially if they are busy, but I would rather have my food fresh than them make too much and have it sit out for long periods of time.

The food was warm and fairly fresh! The chicken wing appetizer was good with a crunchy crust, but they are still too salty. If they could simply reformulate the recipe with a touch less salty flavor, they would be outstanding. The Peking Chicken used to have more red peppers, but for some reason, they have taken it down to one or two small pieces per serving??? Really?

I find the server staff here always seem to be cranky, but you only see them for a few minutes, so I can handle that. I think it is because they are usually understaffed. Just corporations trying to make more profits by keeping staffing to a minimum. Once again, if the food is hot and fresh, you only have to be in there, five minutes!

Overall, I love Leeann Chin for a quick pick-up of Asia Cuisine. The flavor and quality are always better than Panda Expess.
The prices are still fairly reasonable compared to most restaurants, since the election.

The ramen is nowhere near the best I had. It was just okay. If I were taking someone who has never had ramen before, I'd look for a different place. You get a good amount of food for the price, but I believe there are better options. Atmosphere and service were fantastic.

TLDR; Not recommended. Go to Panda Express for better quality and quantity.

The good:
a. No tip "suggestion/shaming" screen during checkout.
b. Fast service
c. Clean and quiet atmosphere

The bad:
a. The food was COLD. The chicken was Chewy and the rice was not fully cooked. But it was Thursday evening. Probably a slow day. Understandable, but since we paid the regular price. Not acceptable - especially because I was hungry.

The ugly:
a. Ever visit a food place where they want your money but they give as little as possible in return? Exactly how I felt here. I always wondered why this place isn't as popular as Panda Express even though the quality is about the same.

Foods good, the people are friendly but they are cheap now on the food especially for what you pay for.

Went here with my 5 year old daughter for some lunch. We ordered gyoza, tempura shrimp, vegetable upon, and chicken raw with a raspberry Japanese soda and hot tea. Everything was delicious. I especially appreciate the Sriracha sauce and shichimi togarashi they provided on the table. The shrimp tempura was very crunchy and tender, the gyoza had such a great texture and lots of flavor. The vegetable udon and ramen were deliciously beyond expectations. Even the hot tea was on point! Great place!

Good riddance. Eden Prairie location just closed. This location will close soon. You guys had a good thing but greed is real. How to ruin a perfectly good business: raise prices, lower your standards...bye 👋

I do not normally rate places. But, today is different me and my girlfriend went on a late lunch date and it had just genuinely been tough week on me. The African-American lady that runs the place it's seems like and picked up on it. She called me and my girlfriend baby and it made us feel special. Then, as we were getting up to go she came and gave me a hug. I wish I knew her name cause she had no clue how much I needed that from a stranger. Whoever this woman is she is angel and deserves a huge raise. Thank you, kind woman for that today I will never ever forget it.

Ordered a big plate, fried rice, teriyaki chicken, beef and broccoli and sesame chicken. The good .. food was hot. The Bad..The rice was flavorless tasted like white plain rice. The teriyaki chicken has zero teriyaki flavor and was more fat than chicken. Beef was not chewable meat. The broccoli was yellow and not cooked just hot. The sesame chicken had ok flavor, texture was of rubbery consistency. Waste of hard earned money!!! To put it nicely it was disgusting.

First time here Shauni had fabulous customer service & that was the highlight of the visit to the establishment ordered 85$ worth of food pot stickers asked for fried still super doughy, bourbon chicken super dry, crab wontons cold & nasty just a no. Won't be back here. Just sell the brownies in store that's the only thing going good for this place. The rest is garbage & that's where the food went. Thanks again Shauni your skills can take you many other places.

I want to give the employees at Panda Express in Woodbury a HUGE shout out. They're getting slammed with both in person and online orders and are ROCKING it! They're like a well oiled machine! Very impressed by their hard work and professionalism in such a high stress situation. Great work all!

Woodbury location:
The Bourbon chicken was tough and tasted old. I asked to change it out. The woman behind the counter didn’t mind. My sister had gotten the same thing and didn’t want to be a bother. Before leaving she asked me to get it switched as I did with mine. The man behind the counter was rude and scoffed at me when I asked to have hers replaced. He did correct it but there was no reason to act the way he did.

Arrived at 5:17. The was noone in line. I ordered 3 orders of Spring Rolls. The girl shouts, "I need spring rolls. 15 minutes go by nothing. About another 15 minutes go by a different gal noticed the empty bowl and shouts"need spring rolls." Another 15 minutes go by. I ask the cashier and she shouts a THIRD time need spring rolls. 16 minutes later I get spring rolls. Not for free or anything for my ridiculously long wait. What is the deal?

Do not let the cashier touch or served the food.. the cashier was multitasking jumping from being the cashier handling cash with her hand and then without washing her hands she was also serving food and touching the containers inside (no gloves and no washing hands).. this was very UNSANITARY and gross.

A very clean and fast service place where you are guaranteed to get a good bowl portion of food. I loved the vibes of the place too! I ordered the beef ramen, my bestie got tonkatsu ramen, and we got edamame appetizer…10/10 coming back!!😛👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I had lunch here last week and was so impressed a Gentleman named Tim. I believe he is the assistant manager. I watched Tim as he went around greeting customers. Taking orders and almost constantly telling the staff what a great job they were doing. I had lunch there again today, and Tim was there again, Doing the same. In a world gone mad, it's refreshing to see true customer service once again. Thanks Tim. I'll keep stopping in for lunch, just for the great service you provide.

You guys need to re-train your people. I seem to always get lost in the shuffle. The employees don't even look at you, and the girl working to the left of the cashier tonight straight up ignored me several times. Please stop worrying about the fortune cookies and make sure you follow through. Never had an opportunity to ask for additional items. I didn't get sauce, or silverware. Love the food most of the time, but this round, mine had barely any sauce, and tasted like leftovers..... will probably avoid this location which is super disappointing.

Very good food, fresh and healthy, the only issue was that the portion was small for the price which probably is because of good quality , and they don’t want serve big portion with low price, so if you want to eat more you gotta spend more.

Horrible do not order online from here. From bad food quality to portion size and flavor is just terrible!

I order Asian beef and brown rice. The meat was somewhat cooked but not well done. The sauce was spicy and lots of flavors, decorate with 🧅 peppers and flavors. However, the brown rice was crunchy and undercooked. Customer service was amazingly excellent.

I frequently visit this establishment and are familiar with the employees. I would have to say that the employees are always welcoming, and since I always order the quart size meals, they are great at making a fresh batch for us. When they had a shortage of food, they replaced their noodles with different kind of noodles. I realized this when I got home. I contacted the franchise, and they explained the situation. They were very understanding and kind. From restaurant to upper management, Leeann Chin has had great customer service.

Pei Wei has always been a top favorite for me ever since I was a kid. The atmosphere is iconic, and the food is incredible, no matter what you get. The portions they give you are quite large too, so that's something to praise considering their competitive prices.

I love this place so much it’s insane. Take it from someone who’s traveled to Japan and tried all kinds of yummy ramens- this place is comparable if not even better. The food always comes out fast and HOT that is a guarantee. I tell everyone to go here and I bring countless amounts of people here too to try take out or dine in. My go to is the Tan Tan Ramen and cream cheese puffs and their Tempura tofu!

Update on 4/4/2023: I have updated my review from 1 star to 5 star. I have been to this several times in the past 7 months and never had the same problem. Seems like the issue I described below was taken care of. Good job guys!! Thanks!

Previous Review: I got brown rice with my bigger plate, the rice felt like stones in my mouth. The rice is dry and i think it was left exposed to air at least for half a day. I tried to call the restaurant, so at least stop serving that to other guests without success.

It was a quick service. Food arrive fast. A great place for a quick bite. Appetizers came out first and then the entree last. Takoyaki was okay. The pieces of the octopus were chunks. In my preference, I prefer the octopus to be minced and be smaller pieces. The gyoza was amazing. Great flavor and the dipping sauce worked well together. The shrimp tempura was okay. The ramen was decent. I loved that they gave me the whole egg. Other places, only give half. The portion were great. However, the tonkatsu needed a pinch of salt. The champon and the tantan have great flavors. If you love spicy, go for the tantan broth.

Rated 3 stars because we never got our water refilled.

We made a 35 min trip to try a new (to us) ramen spot. Although we had minor gripes with the overall experience, we agreed Ramen Station is now tied for our 2nd favorite Ramen place in the Twin Cities area.
We started with the Egg Rolls, Gyoza, Age Tofu. All 3 were piping hot, super fresh, and tasty!
I had the ground beef ramen and my gf had the pork belly ramen.
Both were delicious, piping hot, and very filling. The ingredients were good quality and the broths savory.
Our two small gripes were, my coke was flat. I had 2 and both were flat. No big deal though.
The bigger of the two gripes, however, was that the ramen, although tasty, were both on the bland side. Mine was a little more tasty, because it was the "spicy" ramen. Im not a ramen chef, nor any kind of professional cook, but I'd highly suggest throwing a little extra salt and spice in the mix to boost those flavors up.

This has got to be one of our favorite Leeann chin restaurants to go to. The people working are always friendly and the space is always clean. I love the colors on the walls and how warm and inviting it is to dine in. When we are unsure of what we are wanting to order, they are always patience and happily give us a sample of whatever we are wondering about.
The restrooms have always been clean and stocked.
I like that they have a small outside eating area for when the weather is nice. That is not something that is at a lot of Leeann chin restaurants.
I would recommend this place if you are in the area and have a hankering for Chinese food!

Excellent quality food, incredibly reasonable prices (particularly for the large quantities of food you get). The donuts are exceptional and a cheap dessert option. Easy access of the freeway. Friendly staff. Fast service.
