I've eaten here quite a few times, usually between 12 and 2, and enjoyed my meals. This time, it was some time around 4, and I felt that the Kung Pao and mushroom chicken were the dregs of the bag they came out of. The Angus beef dish was ok.
The food was excellent. Chinese food can be hit or miss, and more often than not, it's a miss—but not this time. This was some of the best Chinese food I've had in a while, and I will definitely be returning.
Decent food… but you better bring EXACT CHANGE if you’re paying in cash… for the second time their drawer is a dollar short!! Everytime I get my change back they ask if I have any change for a 5 or 10… so then they have to give me the rest of my change in coins… which is fine with me as long as I get my correct change back.
I absolutely adore Ami and her crew here. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious! Occasionally something in the order may be wrong, but they are quick to offer a solution and fix it for you. I cannot recommend this place enough. I no longer live in the area, but when I want Chinese food, I drive over here to get it.
This is my go to Chinese place in town. Their food is extremely hot, fresh, and when you order spicy it’s ACTUALLY spicy. The people here are always so kind and friendly. Whenever I’m craving a guilty pleasure I go here. They are open later than most Chinese places too. It’s a no brainer.
I love getting the General Tso’s Tofu, Extra Spicy, with mixed vegetables added. They charge more but it’s like a hot and sweet crispy tofu dish with rice. Can’t beat it.

Tell me why I was told to pull around and wait 5 minutes for my mobile order; I pull around wait 30 minutes!!! So I go back around, and sit at the window. They see me, say nothing, and continue to ignore me until Max (he seems to be the only one with a brain) came to say just a minute. At least some sort of acknowledgment.
A full hour goes by, I finally get my food, take my time checking to make sure everything is correct. And continue to sit at the window waiting for someone to see that I am asking for a manager.

The food and service was amazing. One of the better panda express locations I have been to.
I ordered on line. My food was ready earlier than predicted. This use to be my favorite Chinese take out. The food is bland now. Not much favor and higher prices. They don't allow for special requests in preparations.

This location needs to be closed. Food is very dry and old looking as if it has been sitting for hours. No response from drive thru. Went inside and was told female worker couldn't hear me through headset. Ordered the food and was introduced to some juices on a taste test. Bought two with my order. So another customer asked for a taste test drink. The worker Mebona gave him a drink. And the guy said free for me. I stop and said oh you charged me for two and he gets his free? So the guy customer said I'll pay for my drink. The female worker says to me see he paid. This location is nasty and the food is not like other Panda Express locations. Spent $28.47 on food that I had to throw away. Out of all the Panda Express never felt sick until O hot this location. Sandy is a sorry manager for this location. Guess they're hiring anyone these days.
This place is humbly good, when I went in I was greeted by the employee who was extremely nice. She handed me my food and told me to pick out my sauces, napkins, and forks. What I got was the mixed vegetables which were extremely good, if they're any vegetarians out there then I defiantly recommend this place!
I come here constantly and the food is consistently delicious with great portions. This is definitely a take-out spot, but everything I’ve had so far has been flavorful. I use their online ordering which the food is usually ready in 10-15 mins.
I have never eaten here before and was pleasantly surprised. I had a plate with a side and 2 entrees. The food was outstanding. It is a small place, and lunch was very busy but we found a place to sit. I had lo mein, the walnut shrimp, and beef and broccoli. It was amazing. The lo mein: delicious. The shrimp dish was so good I can't wait to get it again. And the beef/broccoli? OMG. If you could just try what my local Chinese place makes!! I wanted to cry it was sooo good at PE. The meat was so tender and flavorful. Not like shoe repair material. I get the crowd now. There is a store in the neighboring town(I was in Nashville for a doctor appointment) and I can't wait to try it. AAA+++
The food is as good as fast food Chinese gets. My only complaint is that if you don't pay attention, and a particular dish is getting low, they'll throw the remainder in your container and won't ask you if you would like to wait for a fresh batch. That's how I ended up with 3 small pieces of beef and a plethora of broccoli. I'll still eat there, but I'll pray more attention next time.
Got my first and last meal from this place today (bourbon chicken), very dry and no flavor. Totally disappointed
I didn't enjoy the lo mein as much as I have in other places. I live in Miami, Fl and I've been a bit pampered by some amazing "Chinese" food. Honestly it was not bad for the price and I will eat from here again next time I visit my friend who lives 8 minutes away.
Amazing establishment, I've been eating here for almost 20 years. Hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Nashville. I've never had a bad dish, and they treat me like family. If you haven't tried them, I would encourage you to.
This is an amazing Chinese restaurant. The orange chicken is perfect. Some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Big portions for left overs or sharing. Try the lo mein, egg rolls, bourbon chicken, orange chicken or anything! Oh and the crab Rangoon is delicious too!
My daughters love Chinese! And since moving to Sugar Valley we order at China King ALOT. We used to live up the street so No 1 Chinese was our fav. But China King is always fresh. We get the beef & broccoli and the sweet & sour chicken. The flavor is there. The reason behind the 4 stars for food is sometimes the Lo mein has little bristles all throughout. They Lo mein has also been a little bland but that’s not always! The place is really clean so I’m assuming they are using some sort of brush for flavoring the food. We ordered orange chicken once and the bristles was there as well..Overall the place is really decent especially on a night when you don’t feel like cooking. Also, the customer service is superb especially the wife.
Best Chinese food I have found in my area! (Antioch) It was really good and good quality and quantity for the price! I got chicken Mei fun and chicken lo mein and grilled chicken and fries for the kids and fried dumplings which btw were the best and the sauce that comes with them is soooo good! All of it was $40 and that's not a bad price at all!

So, ordered the food and charge more than what actually the price was, asked her about increment price for food and said I used the card so, its 3% fee for total amount. And there is already state tax deducted. I don’t think she will treat every one like this but she think I don’t know much about it so she charge me more. I always tip people. I was about to write $5 tip but she missed it. Careful
I understand Employees tired and want to get off work. But how I come over 30 minutes before you close and you tell me you have nothing but two egg rolls, a wonton and rice and noodle. This is not acceptable.

I’ve had Panda Express a million times and this was by far the worst experience. I placed an online order and arrived 2 minutes before it said it would be ready. They were fairly busy which I get, but there was absolutely no communication. People with online orders were just standing around waiting for some kind of direction and they checked out like 6 people before getting to us. They were pretty rude and couldn’t find my order even when I showed my confirmation screen. Then they just walked around for a while and didn’t tell us anything. Literally just looked at us with blank stares like they had not a clue in the world what to do. Finally after a while they called my name but they made me feel like I was the problem. It was an absolutely terrible experience and I would never come back to this location. I understand working in fast food/fast casual food sucks. But they could have at least been nice/apologetic, etc. I’m really patient and understanding but from the moment I walked up to the online order area they were so rude and just looked like they didn’t care. It was two people in particular, one who looked like maybe a manager (black uniform) and the cashier. The other 2 people waiting for their orders also gave their names and the manager just said “we don’t have them” and walked off. I do think they got their orders made but there was nothing said of maybe “ we can’t find your order can you show us what you got? Or give us a moment to troubleshoot we’re so sorry for the wait. “ I am not one to complain usually but this just left me in a sour mood after working 9 am - 9 pm. The food was also sub par to what it usually is. The flavor wasn’t there, things seemed a little stale (and I love leftovers that are room temp and I just drove these 10 minutes home). This was just not good.
One or the beat Panda Express outlets I've visited in the US. Fast service and great quality food b su an excellent temperature.

I have been ordering from this place for well over a decade. The food is always hot, fresh, and flavorful. General tso and lo mein are always some of my favorites from here, but haven’t tried anything from here that I don’t like yet! The best hole in the wall Chinese food in Nashville for sure!
I have never been to a Chinese restaurant where I have to pay for my sauce for my eggrolls. I got eggrolls, but no sauce and you have to pay for your sauce that’s crazy. I understand getting extra sauce but not even one pack of sauce for my eggrolls.
Placed a drive thru order for chow mein and honey sesame chicken bowl. Portion was way off with it being mostly chow mein and 3 pieces of chicken. Also, the chicken was disgusting and way overcooked, or possibly from yesterday.
Fantastic! We recently moved to the area and the last couple Chinese restaurants have not been up to par. We saw China King when went to Food Lion next door and had to try it. I love BBQ spare ribs which are hard to find in TN. These were fabulous with fried rice, not greasy but flavorful. Excellent sweet sauce. My son had Pork Lo Mein which he said was great. The egg drop soup was excellent! We have found our weekly go to with nice lunch specials and friendly staff. Our pick up order was ready on time and still warm when we got home. Thank you so much!!
Some of the best Chinese that I've had. The chicken fried rice is on point along with some Bourbon wings. Their Chicken Lo mein is great every time I eat here the food is great.
I don't think I've ever left a bad review for Chinese food in my life, but don't eat this. Tastes and textures were all wrong, from the thick dumpling wrappers to their odd sausage-like stuffing, the heavy cornstarched, globular sauce on the beef and broccoli (undercooked), all just yuck. Temperature was okay, delivery was fine. They sent no cutlery or hot oil even tho we asked (and paid for the oil) , but sent a mountain of mustard, soy sauce & duck sauce. We didn't expect fancy anything, just regular takeout Chinese and this was inedible. We settled on a bag of chips from the hotel lobby, which was far superior. Never again.
This was once my favorite restaurant, not sure if it is under new management but today was my worst experience..Sweet and sour shrimp was to hard to est bones spare ribs large pieces of fat..I traveled at distance to be very disappointed.
I've came here multiple times and the first 3 times they were great. These last few times they have messed up my order every time, one time they even argued with me about MY order in which I know what I told them. Today I was over charged on my card in which they did fix. But my food had onions which I clearly tell them everytime I go that I don't want onions. Eggroll was undercooked, and my bourbon chicken had crunchy stuff all through it, seems like whatever was left in the grease. Don't waste your time or money. All of these mishaps happened at lunch.
Two times we got carry out and there were ZERO vegetables with the order. Greasy as an oil slick and just nasty. Will never, ever order again.
Egg drop soup tastes more like egg flavored salt. Took one bite and spit it out. There is 3 to 4 times more salt than needed. Waste of money.

This place is terrible. I asked them what comes in the vegetable fried rice, they told me "onions and carrots". They failed to tell me that mushrooms also come in it, I don't like mushrooms. It wasn't "fried" rice either, it's just white rice with no flavor at all. The spring rolls didn't taste right either. I definitely won't be back.

0 stars for ripping me off $35 on an uber eats delivery! China One Donelson does not work the app right as a restaurant! App shows food cooking, you call and they say its on its way. The driver is supposed to come straight to your house after pick up. Today my order was on the way, the driver drove past my house 2 Miles and sat a Mapco probably eating my food. China one won't do anything except give you Covid. Uber Eats won't credit my account. I had to cancel. I got a driver with a 4.99 rating which means he's new. Do you really want to eat food rolling around in the floor board of a dirty KIA w no hubcaps? I grew up in this neighborhood since I was a kid. it's amazing a local restaurant treats you like that. No respect. Hope Good Burger boy got food poisoning and the russian sh-ts! Save your money and go eat at McDonald's around the corner.

This place is amazing! The food is always fresh, the lady who runs the show is very friendly and efficient. This is my family's go to spot for dinner when we don't want to cook!
Food was ok but man rang me up was rude & gave other people their food in nice brown paper bags then in plastic bags as to ensure no spillage. Handed me my food to me in just a plastic sack and said "hmpf" when he handed it to me. Won't be back... No one gets my money ever again when I'm not treated like others. He exhibited racist behavior by not treating customers equally.
Saturday night, DoorDash Delivery. We got Orange Chicken, Chicken LoMein, and Sweet & Sour Chicken. Great portions! And Omgosh the Orange Chicken was possibly the best we’ve ever had. Going to order from here exclusively going forward!!! So good, highly recommend!

This was the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been too.. The dumpling sauce is absolutely amazing.. I moved away I wish they would give me the recipe.. They used to make my large orders of it to take home!
Food is amazing! The place might not look super appealing from the outside but the food is very fresh and tastes great!

Never had "misorders".
The workers here are all about serving their food, to you, with whatever accomodation(s) you find yourself fancying.
Professional staff with an obvious good work ethic. Example? Sure. Just about a week ago they posted a sign changing their hours - they take Tuesdays off now. I'm glad they're finally taking a day off of their 7-day work week.

The lady working the front is so rude. I work for extra money doing Uber Eats. I was picking up 2 orders for 2 different people. The lady handed me both orders and demanded me to “confirm” the order. I asked her to first separate the orders since they were going to 2 different houses and as the delivery person, I cannot be digging through people’s food. The lady literally yelled at me and told me it’s not her job to separate any orders. Like ma’am, yes it is your job.
WOW! Very impressed. Ordered general tso’s chicken, 2 egg rolls and dumplings via doordash. It was delivered hot and fast.

Best take-out around. Kung Pao chicken and Szechuan chicken - just outstanding. Spring Rolls and dumplings seem to be made in-house and we’re excellent too. Giant portions, usually get three meals from a single order. Definitely my go-to place for takeout.
THIS FOOD IS AMAZING!! They always give huge portions and it always tastes so good! This spots has been my go to for more than 4 years! I will say the service is not the greatest but the food will always be worth it ! I have been getting chicken and broccoli with white rice. 10/10!

We drove by this area and wanted to try some Chinese food today so we ordered Shrimp Broccoli and Combination Fried Rice. The Shrimp Broccoli was really good and the Fried rice was good too, but if only BBQ Pork could taste as fresh as I was hoping for. I think overall the food was pretty good and fairly affordable. I would be back if we drive thru the town again.

Walked in to order first time take out and order was taken promptly. No one else in restaurant and food was received promptly. Food was hot and large amount of food. However, the chicken sticks did not taste freshly cooked - more frozen and microwaved.
I tried the vegan orange chicken and I am hooked! It was delicious with the same tangy, sweet sauce as the original. I highly recommend as your vegan go-to spot.

Ordered through Uber eats. Combination meal plus hot and sour soup. $20 including delivery fee. So much food, I kept half for next day.
The bourbon chicken is the stand out dish here, the chicken had crispy edges, was moist, saucy and delicious. It's not deep fried, just pan fried and crispy. The fried rice does not have any veggies at all was a bit of a let down but the lomein is good. The General Tso and Sesame is just fried chicken and sweet sauce. I'd recommend ordering the Tso medium heat.
The service was great, and they got my order correct. I ordered the sesame chicken extra spicy with pork fried rice. The sauce on the chicken is very good. Not as spicy as I would like, but still good flavor. The fried rice is flavorful and has lots of meat and veggies in it. The price is a little high, but worth it. Will buy again.
I’ve gotten food from this place at least 20 times. Always get my order done super quickly and they are very nice. Food is always great and very warm.
Horrible experience! My husband got extreme food poisoning. I believe it was the beef and broccoli. The cleanliness of the restaurant was awful as well. A gentleman emptied the garbage can which was located right next to our booth. He left a puddle of garbage juice on the floor followed by a trail across the whole restaurant. We had to bring it to their attention as we were leaving. We will never eat at Panda Express again. 🤮
Absolutely no nonsense Chinese food to go. You order and pick it up. No seating available to dine right now-just a few seats to wait for your order to be ready. We ordered and in 10 minutes it was ready. A lot of places use plastic trays for the takeout condiments but often they look dingy-here they use the cardboard box the packs came in. Like I said: no nonsense! Good food at a good price.

Best Chinese food in Tennessee! We drive all the way on this side of town for their food! They season everything Soo good!! The vegetarian options are incredible!!!!!! Plus excellent above average customer service!!!! BEST CHINESE FOOD!!!!
The portion was good for the price, but I was moved by the flavor at all. The dumplings were so weird! Not sure what was in them or how they were cooked, but I didn’t like them at all. I wished the specified in the menu their not traditional dumplings. Overall, I don’t think I will be returning here.

Really good Chinese food; a lot of these places look the same and many taste the same but this place really stands out. The cook on the chicken with snow peas and especially the fried rice was fantastic. The dumplings were superb too, very meaty with a great dipping sauce. I'll definitely visit this place again when in town
