Food was mediocre at best and they forgot two major things on my order
Lovely food and friendly staff at a good price
This take away is 300 meters from our house. It was good food when they first opened. Tonight sadly is the last time we will order from them. Beef dish was OK but the chowmain was not good and the sweet and sour king prawn balls were soggy. Prawn crackers were ok. I called them back about the king prawn balls and they delivered some more. I thought great customer service. Can't wait. But sadly exactly the same. £28 we paid but im not happy about the food. I was looking forward to the meal most of the week. Will be looking for a different takeaway sadly.

The food is normally lovely but our last order last night was terrible. Chips and chicken balls were overcooked, I think they were refried. It all tasted burnt. Very disappointed
First time ordering, won’t be my last time. Food was so good. Quality!!
We Usually have a takeaway, but me and my sons decided to dine in . We all had different noodles , I had Udon with chicken, mushrooms and pineapple . My son, who is a fussy eater, had egg noodles with Sweet and sour sauce and he really enjoyed it , so they must have been good!
We also had two Milk-cakes - it was the first time I'd had these , they were recommended to me so, decided to try and they were lovely!

Sitting at the table as I write this. All 3 of us stuffed. Polite service, big portions of tasty food. Less than £60 quid for the 3 of us, including the tip.
Love this place, in my opinion the best food in Swansea. Their double dry chilli beef is stunning and done even get me started on the noodles! :D

We can build our own noodles by choosing the noodles , add ons, sauces. Nice quantity of foods. Add on cashew was so rich. Kids can create their own menu. Taste very good and reasonable quantity aswell. Prawns tempura and chicken goujons were awesome.
They are open until 2 am. Accept card and cash. Car parking in limited space. Easily identifiable from busy traffic.

I have had enough of this joke of a delivery service this takeaway provides I live on the third floor of a block of flats if you need to gain entry you use the number system to gain entry to deliver your food but not this takeaway they ring me to come down from the third floor and collect from the gate the delivery drivers are so lazy they pass you your food through their car window I pay for a delivery service and I am not getting it plus the food has deteriorated in quality it seems no one cares about a delivery to your front door once again of which I pay for just pure laziness I shall never use this takeaway again the food and service sucks 😞
Absolutely awful never will I use this place again they used to be one of the nicest Chinese takeaway around but our food was awful it was cold so me of the food was not cooked, did get free prawn crackers like stated chicken balls were soggy and un edible as was the chips the were cold and like rubber would definitely not used or recommend these. Very disappointed 😞 and unhappy
Always amazing food! I love the noodles everytime I order, much better than any other noodle places I have tried, so much sauce so the noodles aren’t dry, will always come here
The food and service is beyond awful. Promised a half hour delivery time, it came after an hour and a half. When we called to chase, we were shouted at by the owner who point blank refused to do anything to compensate. Then to add insult to injury, when our food came, there were items missing and the dishes were so spicy they were hardly edible (and we can eat spicy food!) despite them not being spicy dishes ordinarily and there being no mention of them being spicy on the menu. The spring rolls were the size of my little finger, like frozen ones you’d buy from Iceland. Terrible. Never again. And also, their prices are very expensive. So in all, feel completely ripped off! But the worst thing was the attitude of the owner towards a customer with a genuine complaint - why work in the “service” industry with an attitude like that?! Wish I could give it no stars!
Ordered delivery with estimated 30 minute arrival time given. After an hour waiting, and then several ignored calls, was finally answered 75 minutes later. They simply did not care. Food arrived 90 minutes after initial call. To be kind it was beyond awful and not what we ordered. Frozen spring rolls. Over spiced and nasty dishes. Meat awful. Before tonight this restaurant was in my opinion, the best, most authentic, Chinese restaurant in Swansea. Must be new owners, who would do better specialising in dog food, though that would be unkind to dogs.

First time ordering food from there, was Amazing! Will definitely be ordering again, it's been a long time finding the perfect Chinese, ordered from others in the past and it's honestly gotta be the best, by far 😁
Lovely staff, lovely environment and very tasty meals. Am coming back as you have won me over. thanks for giving me a lovely dinner, everything was on point. The lady in front and the chef were my favourite they listened to me and made sure they gave me my preference. Thanks again

Very rude and unhelpful staff , they proceeded to call my partner a lier when we queried a little food issue and then used colourful and threatening language before putting the phone down

Lovely Chinese restaurant!! We had the hot pot and had the best fun trying all the different meat and fish selection! The chef helped explain everything and the waitress was super friendly too
If you are looking for authentic northern chinese food, this place won’t disappoint you. We enjoyed the food so much after a day of travelling from London, that makes the tiring day perfect. The lady was very nice and served food super fast. We ordered dry wok intestines, 锅包肉，老厨白菜，all are excellent. Price is reasonable, definitely value for money.
I'm friends with the owner's son from school and I had the lucky house and was just amazing.
Had a takeaway from here recently, wow what an amazing choice of vegan dishes which is so refreshing!

The food smelt and looked atrocious, The waiting time was ridiculously long, i have never been so disappointed. We can’t forget the price that was disgusting. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again heads up guys!!!!

Not a bad word to say about the place, the people are so welcoming and the food is spot on especially for the price 😍 lovely food and lovely people :) the pork dumplings are my personal recommendation
decided to try the Vietnam restaurant in the uplands today.
I'm not familiar with Vietnamese food so thought I'd randomly choose some items.
I chose kimchi beef lettuce rolls and crack fries, both are starters but are enough for a main.
The beef, kimchi, beansprouts were amazing, the complexity of taste and texture was lovely.
The crack fries were perfect, they had a beautiful heat and spice to them and were a perfect accompaniment to the kimchi beef rolls.
The young man who served me was very polite and attentive and saw to my needs .
The decor, omg, everything here is bespoke, gorgeous murals on the walls, amazing lights and atmosphere.
I have to say that I'll most definitely be visiting again.
Highly recommended.

My partner and I waited a year for our favourite restaurant in Swansea to re-open and we were not disappointed.

Really nice food, also available on just eat and Uber eats however the Any beef/chicken All in One trays are incorrect on Uber Eats and ask for around double what they do on Just Eat - would be great if this could be fixed :)
Possibly the best meal we have had for years. The staff are helpful and friendly even though the restaurant was very busy and the host Dawn (Dao) is a delight! She is very knowledgeable about the food and ingredients which was essential due to food allergies. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

The best salt and pepper chips I've ever had from a Chinese. The crispy beef and chicken chow mein were also delicious. Would recommend to anyone. Definitely my new local.

The dry wok pork intestine is good. This is 6th time visiting and taste the same always. Very friendly lady serving. Clean and tidy area.
Has a traditional menu and a vegan menu. The vegan dishes are phenomenal. Possibly now some of the best I've tasted in Swansea. The chef was very happy to chat with us about how he put together the vegan menu. Seems like plenty of research went into selecting the right types of textures to mimic the original dishes. Top guy. Have been back and will go again.

The waiting staff get a 5* for not walking out they were lovely apparently one of them didn’t even work there and was just visiting her pal.
It’s not many times I’ve left restaurant hungry because of poor service.
It took 35mins to get our drinks after ordering, after 80mins one main course turned up followed by two starters 10mins later. We had to find our own cutlery and napkins. At 95mins we gave up and went to the kebab house.
Until they sort their Shi*t out avoid like the plague, there were at least five tables around us complaining about service, food, bills etc.
A failure on every level which was a shame as they one meal that arrived tasted ok.

Best Chinese takeaway in Swansea. Friendly family run business, really tasty food, and their always happy to cook my favourite meal which isn't on the menu.

Unbelievably good. Walked in for lunch this afternoon and was blown away. We ordered the mapo tofu and shredded pork with hot peppers. Best Chinese we’ve had in the UK so far, and we’ve tried dozens of restaurants. It was the perfect level of spicy for us (meaning we were wiping our noses the entire time, just the way we like it). Spicy, flavorful, fresh- I was full but had about two times what I usually eat. If I’m in Swansea again, I’ll definitely stop by.
Food portions were cut but they are still charging the same price. Delivery driver is very rude and moody. Would not listen to the complaint made by myself about the lack of food in the containers and they were adamant that the potions have always been the same. I have ordered so many times and have always been satisfied with the potions, until tonight. Same price, less food. Lost a good customer due to attitude from the delivery driver.
Cash ONLY!! The food was amazing, we had crispy deep fried prawns with shells on which makes it the highlight of our trip to Swansea, so much so that we visited a second time the next day just to repeat the same crispy prawns. The second night, the prawns weren't as crispy or fresh as the first night but the restaurant was busy and the server was not around so a friend of the chef was helping out in the restaurant. Bubble tea could be better though.

I can’t believe this town have a proper Chinese hotpot like this with unlimited meats! They have beef, lamb, seafood, Chinese balls and mix of vegetable. The soups are amazing, especially spicy soup. The staff also friendly and serving with a smile~ If you know Haidilao, this is the same taste ❤️
It's incredibly clean and I loved the decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and the portions were generous. This did not taste like any Chinese takeaway or restaurant I've been to in Wales. I'd say the food is definitely higher quality than what I've had in Wales so far. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant. The food was fresh and great quality. Highly recommended the sechuan duck pancake, steamed pork buns and beef chow mein. Absolutely delicious.
The food here is very good, different from a traditional UK Chinese takeaway, but moving onto some more authentic and varied choices of Chinese food. The food here is reasonably priced, service is quick and friendly, and cleanliness here is not an issue. Definitely recommend this place.
Absolutely fantastic. Have often walked past this restaurant and never thought about going in or looking, however when looking at the menu the other day, realised that it was all vegan. As a vegetarian I found this very appealing, and upon dining here was extremely happy with the quality and flavours of the food. It is very rare to be able to look at a menu when you have dietary restrictions and are able to choose anything off the menu. Fantastic and enjoyed every bite. Will definately be back!
Having spent time living in China, this is possibly the best Chinese food I've had in the UK. Such an exciting array of dishes to try - everything we had was completely delicious, all very fairly priced, and we were received with such great hospitality. I wish I lived in Swansea so I could go here more often!

The food is awesome. Feels like the best chinees cuisine in Swansea. Beef Chow mein is my personal choice. Both the dine in and delivery service is fantastic
Eat here on average once a week. Dining in is great, speed of food is incredible. Very prideful and hardworking owners. Taste is superb. Portion sizes are perfect. Best salt and pepper chips going. Our new regular place to eat.
I have tried different dishes from this restaurant, all dishes were fresh and tasty. The hotpot meals are particularly good because the facilitation is excellent and you can eat at your own pace in individual pots. I love the Chinese food here.

Not a good experience. The owner was being very shouty at me because of my youth . She thought that I was a bully to her daughter or something. I tried to order a chicken chowmein but I only received noodles and I was rushed out of the shop as soon as I received the order . Also the noodles were filled with stuff that was unusual like hair for example . I ended up feeling sick the next day
Had delivery from this takeaway delivery driver rude & unprofessional driver making noises as if no patience as we were bit late couple seconds meeting him at our door when we said we are good customers & won't be back again driver said no skin off my nose disgusting attitude.

The ribs were amazing very meaty, best we've ever had. However, the crispy shredded duck wasn't shredded, it was just cut up and the skin wasn't crispy it was slimy. And my hot and sour soup just tasted heavily of vinegar, I couldn't eat it either of them.
I love the restaurant. Delicious, fresh, healthy and reasonably priced food. Great for vegans too. The owner is lovely, attentive and the service is great. I recommend it to everyone (:

The beef curry was really bad. Hardly any sauce, overloaded with tasteless onions and the chunks of beef were like chewing on a flip-flop. I’ve never had anything so chewy in my mouth. And that’s not being dramatic. Horrible.

We usually go to this mom-and-pop place for hotpot but mixed it up with gong bao chicken, home style tofu, yu xiang eggplant and the sweet bean paste pork in wraps (a street version of Beijing duck)—all excellent and tasting of China. This for me is one of the two best Chinese restaurants in Swansea at the moment. PSA: even though there are helpful pictures on the menu, go with a Chinese speaker.

The treatment by the waiters has been excelente and they have also let us in for dinner just before closing. The stars that I have given them are mainly due to the food, the dishes that I ordered did not have much flavor. Of the three, I would only recommend the tofu soup. On the other hand, you can only pay in cash and we were not told before going in for dinner.
Love this restaurant, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, been so many times and never had a bad meal. The owner is super lovely. We highly recommend people to try spring rolls and Phở dish - tasty and authentic.
I ordered sweet sour chicken on Jan 1 and was very good. My family we ordered two today and they gave us two smaller containers. If put together maybe the amount got first time as they didn't even fill the smaller containers. The first time the larger container was filled properly. Therefore payed twice as much for maybe half the food very disappointed and sad my family didn't have enough food and our dinner was ruined everyone upset. I don't know if they ran out of food or what but was very wrong what we were served and charged. The store gave refund so I am thankful for this. The food otherwise was good and I am upping my review because even though there was an issue they addressed it.

Overall only okay. The kou sui ji wasnt the best but it isnt bad. The fried pork intestine was alright. The aubergine was good but it looked very different to the picture. Overall is fine but I wouldnt order these again. Customer service was good though, the lady serving us was nice and friendly.

This place is so good we have taken to going here almost every week. The food is on another level! It is run by such a lovely family who are very talented chefs. The service and advice we have had is second to none. Personal favourites so far... Hot and sour soup; prawns in egg yolk; Brocolli in hot and sour; spare ribs in sweet and sour and sizzling beef. But you won't be disappointed by anything you order, every dish is delicious. Amazing place with a great atmosphere and lovely staff!

Not just the vast choice but also this place is very good for your wallet. This place is a must visit for all who love their Chinese food.
I have followed them in Instagram for a few weeks and really wanted to try their food,managed to get there today and we were not disappointed. Delicious,good portion and we enjoyed so much we didnt take a photo of our food
This might be the best chinese food I have had!! Absolutely amazing, we ended up ordering so much food to share between us because there were so many options we couldn't choose. Its also really nice that there are so many authentic options. I had the pork belly grill bun and it was so tasty!! Highly recommend trying it. Also had chicken fried noodles, crispy chilli beef, chicken curry with fried rice (which was amazing by the way, I never usually go for chicken curries but this is genuinely the nicest I've had), and we also tried a few of the drinks. I had an oreo iced coffee and one of the milk teas (can't remember what it was called but it was purple) and 100% would also recommend. Genuinely can't fault any of the food or drinks, it was all so tasty I can't believe it's taken me this long to try Super Wok! Can't wait to order again <3
This has been my "go to " Chinese take away for almost 10 years. Always top class food, always worth the drive to collect.............until now !!!! absolutely awful , tasteless, over cooked. Whatever has happened here has ruined a very good takeaway. I sure hope the Management read this review. If there had been a zero star rating for tonight's meals it would have deserved it . Disgusting !!
This is a good Chinese. Great variety of options and not just 'british' Chinese food. It's also very reasonably priced. I've been here a couple of times, tried different things each time and never had a bad dish
Awful. Told at time of ordering that it would be here within half hour. 45 mins later it was still not here. Rang and was told it would be here within next half hour.. it was not. Finally turned up and the food was only just about hot and the prawn crackers were stale. Normally very nice but let themselves down. Lady and then man on the phone were very rude.
