The food taste so clean, it suitable for children because the broth feels so light, there's a lot of variety of vegetables and meat that you can choose, especially after fasting, x.o suki the best choice because it can replenish our energy that was wasted when we fasting. 👍👍👍

XO Palace is the first Chinese restaurant that I was taken to by an associate as soon as I landed in the land of Indonesia. Located in Kota Satelit, one of the well-known and expensive address in Surabaya, we proceed to have a good dinner here thanks to his generosity of being a host.

It is arguably the best Chinese food restaurant in Rungkut area. The food quality is above it's price with enough varieties in their menu. The meal portion is good, not too much. They serve the food in timely manner, and the hospitality is good.

An authentic old chinese food in Surabaya, ine of the very best chinese food restaurant in surabaya, decoration is just plain and simple, service its kind of slow , not that slow but roughly after 30 minutes the order start to come out, the taste was extra ordinary worth the price and the wait, I always enjoy the food for every visit, I will most definitely coming back again
Tucked away off the main thoroughfare of Jalan arjen Sungkono, this place has delicious herbal soups. I didn't manage to try them but had the Mie Ayam instead. It is thick cut, great texture and delicious. The soup on the side is simple with some dong guai in it. I will be back to try the other offerings but do wish they had vegetables on the menu.

When my family and i was eating there, there was a mouse in the first floor. Mie tokyo should do deep cleaning in the entire restaurant to continue its star
Food and dessert are delicious and worth the price. My fav are bakkut teh, lo mie and es sago ru ie. Service is good and fast. Hopefully they will finish renovating the 2nd floor so will be more spacious space when lunch time.
Not many old style chinese restaurant left in Surabaya and this restaurant won't disappoint you. The service is really quick even when it's busy and the dishes are deliciously authentic. Highly recommended!

This is one of the restaurants I like to visit when I'm in the mood of eating their dish called "Ayam Nanking".

One of the best Chinese restaurants (home cooking) in West Surabaya. Though the restaurant is located around the neighborhood of Darmo Permai, surprisingly there was always Take - Away using the Food App from other parts of Surabaya. Their food often amazed me, and tasted very much like home cooking. The food 🍲, service and atmosphere are great. Personally, I often ordered their Hot plate kangkung (morning glory), Lumpia Udang 🍤 and Ta Mee (dried fried noodle with gravy & seafood 🦞🦀🦐🦑toppings). Those three are my favorite foods besides their signature Red Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng Merah). The restaurant interior may not appear as attractive but most importantly is they are clean, well lit and air - conditioned. Try to drop by this restaurant if you are searching for a Home - Cooked food 🍲 with quick service by friendly staffs and simple cozy corner for family or friends meals gathering with a small to mid budget. It's worth trying for 😋😉

We ordered Ayam Goreng Pandan, Cumi Goreng Salted Egg (not in the menu), and Cah Brokoli. All of them were delicious, but the highlight of our menu is Ayam Goreng Pandan. The chickens were well seasoned and still juicy. This restaurant needs more exposure. Definitely will come back here! :)

Always crowded, no more space when you go there with your family for big events like CNY because many people come there.

We ordered for 7 menus to take away, however there were only 6 packs served for us. When we called, they insisted and now they just want to compensate after I upload in the review.

A legend chinese food restaurant with authentic great taste.
Their kolobak, lorbak, fried cap chay, butter chicken, all performed in generous portion, with flawless taste, fragrant and yummy. Service was good and fast.
Price are worth it, no complaint at all.

Restaurant that serves food with gigantic portion. Perfect for a group of people. I came here with my mom, we ate just a little bit and ended up taking out the rest of the food. The taste is so-so.
Not given 5 stars as the food came out haphazardly so that was annoying, as well as the typical aging interior. Food coming out before the drinks then having to wait 15min for the rest of the food to come out, and we were the only customers there!

Service is quite good, hope they keep focusing on it. But it would be a "plus" if they also increase the menu varieties, no matter if it is about the food menus and/or beverage ones. They also did kinda promotion of a crispy product, which I think personally should be put on public as well, so we can witness what are the varieties of the products you want your customers to buy. During our meal, we can consider whether or not we wanna buy more of the crispy products.

Amazing authentic Indonesian restaurant, they aren’t Halal but serve various and many meals for a reasonable price, the rice portions are slightly small but the meat and flavour is top notch! Overall highly recommended

Good place to have a family dinner. Various meal are available to choose from beef to seafood, mainly cooked in chinese style. There’s also an option for the bigger portion, so don’t worry if you wanna eat “big”.

If you love big portions this is the place for you. Food is tasty and quality is constant. Service is friendly and luckily it was always half empty whenever I visited ii but I suggest to avoid meal times to get better and faster service. Price is more than affordable and this House of Wok serves Halal food.

Their speciality is Mie Ayam. Their Mie Ayam is the best, super tasty, and have the right portion. This resto also available in GoFood, so you can order it from home. Other than Mie Ayam, their Angsio Tahu Jepang is also tasty. Easy parking access for car (but only for 2-3 cars) and motorcycle. I think this resto has been known as its speciality in Mie Ayam. The price is standard for such taste.

But in my several times visit there, the food and the service were horrible.
First, I ordered take away fried rice. Then I and my friend waited them to finish. While we were waiting, few customers came along after us. I counted more than an hour we'd been waiting and those later customers (around 5) were served before us. We waited for more than 1,5 hour then I asked the servants, while they dodged my question about my food one to another. Then few minutes later they ran out of rice and another excuse brought up, that they would serve the customers who eat on place first. Finally when our order come, the taste was horrible, the rice was so wet might be because the used hot rice to cook my fried rice. And they did no apologize for us. Can u imagine? Do I not pay? Do I ask them for food? No. I pay the same with the rest of customers.

Portion is huge, can be shared for 2 or 3 persons. Many kinds of fried rice, and none of them is bad. Noodle and vegetable menu are also good and tasty. Fair price considering the portion. Place is quite spacious and clean, around 20 tables. Good staff, pleasant service.

Ordered ikan 8 rasa and capjay. My family is really satisfied with the food. Ikan 8 rasa is totally recommended, crunchy fish with plump and cloudy fish meat, you can taste the freshness of the fish. Capjay is really good with fresh and sweet vegetables, the sauce is not overpowering the vegetables to highlight the ingredients quality, definitely will come again.
My favorite Chinese restaurant in Surabaya and I always visit every time I come to this city… it’s like a “legend-old school” Chinese restaurant. The place is spacios though you can see the ages around the place. The price are very reasonable with a good portion to share but most importantly very tasty.

Menu is good, delicious and plenty menu. I went to this restaurant with my family and reserve 3 menus, sapi lada hitam, koloke and sapo tahu. The price is cheap, my child very very like it. The serve is good and fast. Only need 15 minutes, all menus were ready on the table. We are very satisfied. Thank you mie tokyo, I hope can coming again next time.

If you want to try some crispy roasted pork belly or char siu, you may pay a visit to Siobak Fu Siang. The food is okay but the price is almost too high. Also, this dinner almost hard to find. Several times I failed reach this place because the name sign is hard to read. You really have to slow down so you can find the direction placed on the corner.
