I ordered a milkshake yesterday and had some of it. I put it in the freezer to finish the next day which was today. It wasn’t until I was almost done with the drink that I noticed this in my shake and was immediately grossed out! I became sick about 5-8 min later. Diarrhea, nauseated, headaches and burning tongue smh. Sending to lab to get tested!

Great service. I love the walking tacos but it's all good. Had lunch with 3 others. We were all very pleased

Cooks and I guess it was the manager don't speak English and the rice not good at all . If you call in a order they don't cook it until you arrive. What's the purpose in calling in a order????

This is the best food joint to bring your family to get some food and not have to choose quantity over quality. You get the best deal for the best price and it is definitely something that will fill everyone up. Also make sure to try their milkshakes or floats, because they are definitely more than worth it 👌

Did drive-through at 1 AM and ordered a big double with cheese. I asked for crispy bacon and I got crispy bacon. It was perfect. The food was hot and fresh and the service was very fast, . The receipt says her name is ABRAYLA. Really good experience tonight and thankful to have a great burger at 1 AM from here.

Never again will I eat here. The cashier Mercedes was VERY rude, she rushed me thru my order. When it was time to pay she did not ask me did I need any condiments. When I ask for some, she rushed handing me the condiments and as I was placing my food down she informed me that there was someone else behind me and I’m holding up the line. Then the manager was right there and did not correct her tone. NEVER have I ever experienced any type of service like this even the Mc Donald’s has way better customer service than this. I was very shocked at the way I was treated and I had to share my experience because no one should spend their money at an establishment that does not care about the quality in their service.

This establishment has really lost touch with their customers. They got new management. The "ladies" at the registers have no respect for the customers. I am embarrassed to say I have spent money here. Horrible service! (The food is great and the cooks really hustle. I just can't get past the "ladies" that are customer facing)

I used to stop at this location a lot when I lived in McDonough. Now that I've moved, I stopped here on my way back to the city. It was 8:30pm and according to the website, this location closes at 11:00pm and they didn't have any chicken, nor did they have any macaroni and cheese or mashed potatoes. When I inquired about why, they said that someone had come through and taken all the chicken when they ordered family meals. She mentioned that there would be a thirty minute wait on chicken. When I asked about the wait on tenders, she mentioned that it would be 9-10 minutes, yet, here I am 20 minutes later. I just kind of feel like they need to be better prepared and drop the food in a more timely manner, especially when they know they are running low and they don't close until 11:00pm.

Beyond irritated. I must say that the American Deli you decide to go to absolutely matters!!! I typically will drive all the way to the one in the Fayetteville, Pavilion Plaza, where they make the food perfect every time.

However, Friday I allow my kids to pick their food of choice and I decided to go with a local location.
The wings are absolutely hard and crunchy. My daughter hurt her tooth from this crunchy flat. The fries were even overcooked. I’m sure they haven’t changed the grease all day but it’s unacceptable for the wait that the food is not dropped fresh. I usually specify this because my kids are so picky, but I wanted to trust that the food would be fresh.

You can absolutely tell that the wings were dropped twice or they sat in the fryer basket and then dropped again upon ordering. NEVER AGAIN!! I ended up having to take them out to dinner, which wasn’t a problem, but they really wanted American deli. You all ruined our Friday cheat meal.

* edit: finally spoke with someone, much better this time even though they forgot the grilled onion that comes with the burger.

Beyond disappointed and no I won’t be giving them another shot 🚮 I thought I bit into an actual hockey puck, and those fries are definitely not the same! Absolutely disgusting, and the girls in the drive thru window or whom ever was taking orders was rude af! If the customer service has been better, i might have given them another chance.

Service was super slow and employees didn't seem to know how to do there job they had to ask what I assume was the manager another young lady how to log in on the register in dining room and she had to tell them how to make a chicken sandwich. Everything took over 35 minutes atleast and I was the only one there. 1 chicken sandwich fry and chicken biscuit and a sweet tea that was undrinkable, I think the pot in the dining room must have been sitting days.

I arrived at 8pm to pick up a door dash order and they were all standing around doing nothing and informing customers all orders will be 30 minutes. Not sure why this location is open until 11pm. Waist of time and money.

There earlier today after vision appointment; total of two orders was 22 & change. I had to use ladies' room. Gave cashier $40.00. She only gave back $1.75; as if I had only given her &30.00. You're drawer will be over. Happy Holidays!

Really, really good cheesesteak. Price is higher but what is not these days. Two ladies I talked to SUPER professional, polite, helpful. Young black female with braces GREAT.
They finally have a couple tables open for dining in. This order was for a sick wife. She loved it.

I ordered online. We had to wait several minutes past the stated pickup time, and upon entering, I stood waiting before acknowledged. One of the chicken tenders was not done that my guest ate; however, when she carried it back to the counter, she was offered a replacement that she declined. My meal was okay.

I tried the Cajun Chicken Biscuit meal. The tator tots were big and there were only 4 but they weren't tasty. The chicken had heat to it but it wasn't good as a breakfast meat. The Bo Berry biscuits were the only enjoyable thing as they were warm, soft, fluffy, and delicious. Customer service was good even though they tried to make me come inside to get my online order, which made no sense being as how I was already in the drive thru.

Called to place a complaint about the food I ordered through a third party company. You can hear the loud employees in the background complaining. This place has become real ghetto since I haven’t seen the Asian women there. Who I believe is the owner. Food is usually a hit or a miss maybe it depends on who’s cooking sometimes wings are crispy sometimes they’re too hard or soft. Really miss how things use to be manager was nice, understanding & accommodating. Wicked Wangz here I come 😐

The food used to be quality food , nice size wings, now they look like parts of a hen. The cooks are not clean they put a divider up, so now you can't see they don't wash their hand or drop food and to see if they throw it away. They are on their phones with the gloves on and then handle your phone with the same gloves. The girl with the long lashes light brown skinned has the nastiest behavior. She needs to learn customer service. She has no clue. Neither do the cooks . This American Deli wasn't always like this they had some really good worker in the past. This knew owner doesn't even speak English he just waved his hand at me when I asked him a question. Something is always wrong in there. I have decided I will not buy anything from a place that doesn't know how to treat their customers and service decent food. This is my resent order and all my food was cold delivered by Door Dash American Deli is right around the corner food cold I mean cold. Will never order again. I'm done.!!

I have always loved their wings for years. The fries are great also when eaten fresh. Restaurant dining room isn’t big enough for groups and big families so it’s more of a solo or duo dining experience, order ahead for pickup, or quick drop in for lunch or dinner takeout. I like that they offer more than just wings at this chain as well (e.g., shrimp fried rice, salads, fried white fish). I would highly recommend and I am likely to return again.

Just opened up my chicken strip tray, to be met with stale chicken strips (like eating rubber). I was like okay, maybe my walking tacos are atleast good. No such luck...looks like someone really walked my taco on the street.

Half a teaspoon of beef + a tablespoon of lettuce. Disappointed is an understatement.

I’m from Michigan and was told about this place and decided to stop in.. Kisha’s crew and her customer service, (Kisha’s especially) was magnificent the food was on time and prepared fresh and made sure all our needs were met I’d definitely go back here staff were full of energy 10/10 for me

Place takes forever. After we were seated, saw a group of six or so walk out because no one ever came ro the counter.

We ordered the two dog, cookout special with two rings. Perhaps they missed the "double" and we only got single. A very forgettable experience. Hot dogs "dressed" nicely with slaw, chili, onions. and mustard. The weenie itself was tiny and tasteless.

Definitely not worth a second try.

Taste of food is diferent. For me is too poor. But still good if you get hungry and soon got food. Namsaying?

My son recommended we eat here, as we were driving back to Louisiana. It was really good. The food has the charbroil taste as the website states. I was so ready for my hot dogs🌭, I forgot to take pictures before I started eating 😅. I also tried the single meat cheeseburger. 😋 It was full of melted cheese. If I could give it 10 ⭐️, I would based just on that alone.

I am going to add this restaurant to a "must stop" whenever we are traveling. The service was fast. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The cashier was friendly. Y'all have to try it.
