Aimie won't let me upgrade the Sriracha loaded fries even I ordered the S3 meal, the thing is I used to upgrade it before with S3 meal but not with her that's why I don't know what is the standard should be. Treat me the same would be thankful.

The cheesy yumburger was really good . If you take the spicy Option it has a little kick of flavors😋
The loaded fries were also pretty good with the cheese sauce and fried chix chunks😗

The ambience was inviting, with a pleasant atmosphere that added to the overall dining pleasure. I would like to give a special mention to the staff, particularly Ms. Sharon, who went above and beyond to make the visit extra special.

Pathetic services and food. Burgers are normal which we made at home.ordered large mushroom burgers came with small thin chicken patty. First time I ordered as came from 7hrs flight and donot have other choice at 4AM. Will not ordered again.

Regardless of which shift you are in, if you are not ready to take orders or you yourself just knows that you are not ready to serve then by all means get help from your supervisor instead of showing attitude to people. Knowing filipino servers are one of the best if not the best, yhe cashier who took my order was worst. And also. Food on this branch is worst. From the macaroni soup to the burger steak, rice, chicken..etc... food here is compromised. I hope the management should have stricter audits on this branch. Disappointing.

For some reason it tasted weird and was really salty!

I love kfc but unfortunately kfc at T1 Dubai don’t serve fresh chicken as it was not soft as it is use to be in other branches of KFC in Dubai. Served cold and you can sense that they are serving not freshly cooked chicken and not worth eating at T1 Dubai. My humble request to Dubai food authorities should visit this branch for inspection.

KFC is KFC..... however not in Dubai. It's extremely expensive to eat here.

Cold burger, cold fries really disappointed with the food. Walked here so I can have a hot meal. Not worth coming these guys microwaved the whole food. No worth spending a penny. I don't know what they do with delivery order if they are serving microwaved food for dining. Extremely poor experience

Food is same like other places.
Cashier refused to take dollars coins 🪙, then I gave her 20 dollar bill and she gave me back my change in Emirati currency.
I asked her why all the rules are only for customers not for business owners or workers?

So dissapointed with the cold food.
I walked almost a kilometers, skipped all McDonald because I was crazing KFC. Unfortunately they served me cold food.
I saw then pick up an old burger, I did not complain but just then someone complained that their burger is cold so I requested to make sure mine is warm enough.
The lady at the counter went in the kitchen to get new burger but came back instantaneously.
I tried it but both my chicken and burger were cold , not even warm.
I complained again, did not ask for any other favour, just wanted to inform them but the girl at the counter did not even care.
I guess its routine for them.
Later I tried to explain but it was becoming a heated argument so I left.

Ordered a crispy pack and a twister, both mediocre at best. My crispy strips had nothing to do with the original KFC taste and feel, they were soft like a slime. Ok for a quick bite but that's about it, don't expect the iconic KFC taste here
