Das Essen ist gut. Aber der Kundenservice ist so mit das schlechteste was man sich vorstellen kann!
Wir hatten zu dem Essen einen Eistee, welcher offensichtlich schlecht war. Selbst nach 10 menütiger Diskussion mit der Inhaberin, wurde uns ein Becher Wasser angeboten! Da sie die Getränke ja nicht selber herstellen, können sie auch bemängelte Getränke nicht umtauschen!
Unhöflich und arrogant.
Schade, denn wir sind bisher regelmäßig hier essen gegangen. Nun nicht mehr!

Food is not fresh, Sushi is warm- Soups cold. Service is terrible; We either got food that we didn’t even order or sometimes we didn’t get our order at all. We got multiple weird and unfriendly remarks from the stuff.

The only positive point was the atmosphere, we sat outside and it was really good!

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Wir waren gestern essen und das, was wir gestern erlebt haben, war unterirdisch. Der Besitzer, Bediener oder was auch immer kann wirklich froh sein, dass ich mit meiner Familie da war. Sonst hätte ich die Polizei gerufen. Unfreundlichkeit bis zum geht nicht mehr. Lästern in ihrer eigenen Sprache über uns direkt vor unserer Nase, weil wir nach mehr Besteck gefragt haben (2 Hauptgerichte bestellt für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind). Im Bild sieht man, wie viel "Besteck" wir erhalten haben. Wir wollten dann das Geld zurück, wo wir nachgefragt haben, ob der Mann an der Kasse immer so unfreundlich bedient, das ginge nicht, weil das Essen im Hintergrund schon angefangen wurde. Keine Entschuldigung und am Ende auch kein Besteck. Also wenn ihr für euer Geld gescheites Essen und FREUNDLICHKEIT erwartet, nicht hierhin gehen. Essen war leider auch nicht der Burner.....

Achtung ... Das Fleisch ist nicht halal !!! Der Junge man an der Kasse hat mir zugesichert, dass alle Fleischsorten halal seien, bis ich den Lieferanten persönlich kontaktiert habe. Der Lieferant hat mir mitgeteilt, dass Asia Van lediglich Hähnchenschenkel von Ihm kauft. Sonst nichts !!

Open buffet was amazing! You have a lot of varieties of food including sea food that you could have grilled. You will find a food suitable to any diet plan. Moreover, atmosphere is authentic and staff is friendly.

Ein Stern ist viel zu viel. Wir stehen an der Kasse, sagen die Nummer der Box, der Mann an der Kasse (ein bisschen verwirrt) fragt zwei Mal nach welche Nummer genau wir wollen, wir antworten (auch ein bisschen verwirrt) und in diesem Moment werden wir von einem anderen Mann ANGESCHRIEN - ,,heeeyyyyyy, Box 3 oder Box 4” - ich erschrocken, bitte den Mann an der Kasse mir mein Geld wieder zurück zu geben, danach drehe ich mich um und gehe. Der Mann, der uns angeschrien hat, guckt zu und fragt noch ein letztes Mal nach der Nummer der gewünschten Box. Ich sage: ,,Wir wollen nichts mehr.”
NIE WIEDER !!!

Ich esse dort gerne und schmeckt auch sehr lecker, es ist etwas für den kleinen und großen Hunger da. Bei Nachfrage landet sogar etwas mehr auf dem Teller.

Nie wieder, Drecksladen. Teuer , minderwertig , Personal lästert über Kunden. Hab noch nie so schlechtes Zeug gegessen, würde das selbst meiner Katze nicht zum fressen geben ! Hoffentlich macht einer den Laden zu.

Sushi is not fresh, comes straight out of the fridge, and always 1% filling and 99% rice. The warm dishes are also far from reality, I'm posting the picture as an example.

I highly NOT recommended if you are expecting to eat some fresh Asian food.

Mit Abstand die besten Frühlings rollen die ich bisher gegessen hab.
Rezept von der Mama und von der Mama selbst gemacht, wurde mir gesagt und so haben sie auch geschmeckt.
Alles hat lecker gescheckt.

Diesen Laden vermeiden!

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal in dem Restaurant. Habe gebratenen Reis mit Gemüse bestellt. Vegetarisch!
Nachdem das Essen zubereitet war und ich es an der Theke abholen sollte, habe ich gesehen, dass es gebratener Reis mit Hähnchen war. Ich habe die Herren ganz freundlich darauf angesprochen und sagte, dass ich extra gebratenen Reis mit Gemüse bestellt habe und nicht mit Hähnchen. Erst einmal wurden sie sofort sehr wütend und unhöflich dann aber sagten sie, dass sie den Reis noch mal zubereiten werden aber es lange dauern wird. Nach etwa 2 Minuten war mein Essen fertig und ich sollte es an der Kasse abholen. Beim Essen ist es mir jedoch aufgefallen, dass sie das Essen einfach nach hinten mitgenommen haben, das Hähnchen mit den Fingern rausgeholt haben und es mir Neu an den Tisch gebracht haben, was eine absolute Unverschämtheit ist.
Wenn man vegetarisch bestellt, dann aus einem Grund.
Vor allem ist man dann zumindest ehrlich. Geht nicht mit den Fingern an das Essen der Kunden und holt da ungewolltes Hähnchen raus. Nach dem ich das angesprochen habe, schauen sie sich nur verwirrt an und sagen „ähmmmm ok“.
Jeder dort essen geht, wird leider enttäuscht rauskommen.

Although the food is amazing the service is terrible. If you can wait for hours you would get the food after the rude attitudes of the waiters... they do not even care to say sorry after one and half hour of waiting... totally terrible... and the reservation does not mean anything...

A few years ago, this was one of my favorite restaurants, but nowadays it's so bad that this was my last time going there. We reserved a table two weeks earlier and yet we still had to wait for our table. When we were lead to our table, there were still people sitting there, who were told to hurry. Our table consisted of two tables being put together and it was so tight, that we could barely get up. The food was mostly okay, but there was such a commotion that you were tightly pressed against other people. It was loud and messy and you were stressed, because you could only sit there for two hours or employee's would come and ask you to leave. I don't recommend this, if you want a romantic or calm atmosphere. It's too stressful. This was definitely my last time visiting this place.

A fantastic place if you are looking for excellent Sushi. The staff was friendly, but the place is PACKED all the time because the food is great. So consider coming at off-hours, and reserve a table.

To eat what you can. The price-quality ratio is good.

The food is good hence one star… But with the rude and shrewd behaviour of the staff the good food doesn’t taste good anymore… The staff don’t even do eye contact and the way the speak is like they are some big tycoons …. They don’t have to be good but atleast polite in their body language and speak properly

Absolutely the best japanese restraunt I've been to. The service is amazing, they have the kindest servers. The food tastes AMAZING. The restaurant is decorated so beautiful. They have an outside and inside area. I can only recommend.

I am a regular customer. Every time I am in Germany, I will hit THE EAST! I love the concept and style of the Taste 120. You sit together longer than usual and talk and enjoy the surroundings. Service is friendly too. Maybe design a little kid-play area?

Been to a lot of Asian places around the world, this one is definitely one of the most interesting, from the food Selection to how you select the food, and amongst the most flavourful and best staffed!

Delicious food and great service. Wish it were real tempura but the cutlet were also great. Very impressed!

When we ordered our food we were informed that they've ran out of avocado, which was really unfortunate. They allowed us to replace the avocado in our pieces by other ingredients so it was OK...
The waitress was always in a rush and in the end got our facture with items that we didn't order. We paid for them and then were reimbursed.
I will give it another try one day since the place seemed to have a lot of potential and the drinks were great!

Outstanding japanese restaurant in Hanau! I would recommend for everyone regardles you like raw fish or nor you will find anything for youself. Its not cheapest but I would say it is good value for quality.
Staff is very polite! and welcoming!

Words Hallo, Bitte und Danke dont exist in this place. They serve you without one word spoken. Never experienced something like that in my entire life. Uncomfortable and very rude!
Food is expensive, small portions and dissapointing.
Avoid at all cost..

The Food was soo nice- I ordered the lamb and veggies And my friend ordered something lemon Garten. Both Were succulent.
The Steward was amazing and funny

Hello I just would like to say that the service at the AsiaPalast has always been good.But because of the Pandemic me and my family decided do takeout and everything was super.

Für Bubble Tea kommen wir immer wieder gerne wieder, daher 5 Sterne.

Haben aber auch das erste mal das Essen dort probiert. Geschmacklich jetzt nichts Außergewöhnliches und, aber i.O. wenn es mal schnell gehen muss.
Gut gemeinte Portionen zum relativ günstigen Preis.

Love the Sunday buffet. Ofcourse it is always crowded ( before corona ofcourse ) but food is always available and love the sushi buffet! Totally worth the wait. Cant wait to go have sushi again after they reopen due to renovation.

Die neuen, alten Besitzer haben wieder Ordnung in das Restaurant gebracht und die Speisekarte aktualisiert. Daher unterscheidet sich die Nummerierung nun leicht. Geschmacklich top!

Had lunch on Sunday here. Nice atmosphere and service. Ordered 3 dishes. The presentation of food was good, vegetables were crunchy, but they used too much meat softener on the beef (common practice in Chinese restaurants).

This place is really nice. My favorite thing to do here is get the Taste. It's basically like endless Asian cuisine tapas. It's nice to do with small groups or a date night. They give you an ipad menu at your table. You choose your selections for each of your rounds, they bring your selections round by round. You have to wait between the rounds a few minutes to order the next round. But the food comes in a timely manner and it is really delicious. I've been here for multiple date nights.

Small restaurant. You can get Chinese, Thai, Vietnam food varieties.

Nice place, nice food, but prices have climbed too high. Last visit was 30 EUR per person with only 1 softdrink.
