Always has fresh vegetables in my General Tso shrimp. Staff is friendly. My go to?
It was good Chinese food. Our regular place was closed for a family event so we figured we'd try Double Dragon out. It was good food but not the best Chinese food.
Beautiful place and ambiance. I had excellent customer service. I had the tuna steak with fried brown rice. It was very filling.
It was an amazing experience The first time here we made reservations for the hibachi tables and it did not disappoint. And the food was really good great for the whole family

We were visiting from Florida for a kung fu competition, was our first time in this restaurant. The food was delicious, the server, sadly I don't remember his name, was very attentive, had a lot of patience and he helped me decide which entrée I can pick, because i have a spicy allergie.

Ordered twice and disregarded my allergy requests twice. The product descriptions also never mentioned certain ingredients (crunchy) or I never would have ordered them in the first place. Received credit for the delivery service but will not give them a third chance. They do not take allergies seriously.
Had a great late lunch here. We shared the beef and broccoli, generals chicken and some sushi rolls. Service was quick and the food was very good. Great little place, will definitely be back
Over the years always providing top quality sushi, sashimi, hibachi and of course Saki! Highly recommended!
Good restaurant with great service. People are nice and friendly. The place was clean. Clean bathrooms. The food was good. Seafood soup was a great choice. Sushi were good as well. Sashimi, on the other hand, were not the best. Fish cuts were thin and small. Otherwise, we had a good time here. Hopefully, next time, we will get great experience here.

Sakura is usually an amazing restaurant and they give you a good amount of food. I ordered food Saturday and saved the salad and miso soup for my work week. Today (Monday)for lunch I opened the salad for the FIRST TIME since picking it up and found a cute little friend in there. (Lettuce aphid) I called the restaurant to inform them of the bug. The gentleman I spoke to was kind and polite. He advised that the manager was going to call me back that was at 1 something and it’s now 8:02pm for EST.
We had a fantastic waiter but the food maybe been better. The best shrimp shumai I've ever had and the friends rice and sushi was amazing. Can't forget the nigori sake; we will be back!
I'm kind of surprised this place has such high reviews. I'm assuming dine in is a lot better. I ordered sushi at the end of lunch time so I don't expect it to be fresh... but it was pretty bad. I still ate it, but it was the worst I've had in years. I would give them benefit of the doubt but their general tso's is not the same as other places. it wasn't great. Not sure who is eating here, but I've had actual Asian food from metro areas and California... this ain't it. I understand it's a Japanese place, but the sushi wasn't even good.
It was my first time visiting this restaurant. The food was delicious, but the portion was a little small. The drink was good. I was served a salad with ginger dressing on it.. I asked if they had ranch but was told that they only have that one. It was very good!
Definitely a great place, a lot or Asian variety food, I love this place since I first time visit on the previous location in 2015, want sushi, some fried rice, hibachi, pad Thai, no problem, this guy's will have a ton of different options. I do recommend this place 100%
Ordered take out sushi rolls and it literally looks like a 2yr old made it. Will still eat it. Probably still tastes good but like… why? You should put the same amount of quality into making presentable rolls for take out as you do for customers dining in.. smh
I recently visited Sakura Garden in South Windsor and had an excellent experience. The restaurant's serene ambiance added to the dining pleasure. The service was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend trying their sushi rolls; they were fresh and flavorful. The presentation of dishes was impressive, making the dining experience enjoyable. Overall, it is a delightful place for Japanese cuisine enthusiasts.
New to town and thought we’d give Double Dragon a try since it was recommended and the reviews seemed good. General Tso’s chicken- sauce is not typical General Tso’s sauce, not terrible but not good either, flavor was OK, no heat, “chicken” was very mushy and had a weird taste, not sure it was chicken.
Chicken Lo Mein was flavorless, noodles were over cooked and very mushy.
Crab Rangoons were over cooked and chewy, tasted like the oil they were fried in hasn’t been changed all year.
Egg roll was almost devoid of filling and apparently also fried in very old oil, very very old oil, it was gross.

Live hibachi was crowded and need reservation even on a week day evening. Felt dishes are bit highly priced , chicken didn’t taste fresh. Even the chef who cooked at the live hibachi looked tired and lack of interest.
Their spicy tuna sushi was top notch .

This place is a solid 10/10. The prices speak for themselves. The food was super delicious and there service was amazing. I had the swordfish (right) and my boyfriend had the tuna (left). I would recommend this place to anyone who wants excellent food and an awesome experience for a night out with your friends.
If you want a good hibachi I would highly recommend trying Sakura Garden. They recently moved into a new building and it’s really beautiful inside. I got the dinner hibachi entree that comes with a mushroom soup, salad, fried rice, and veggies. For my hibachi meal I chose sirloin steak and swordfish. The mushroom soup was flavorful and delicious. The salad was good but it had a tiny bit to much dressing for my liking. My meal was really delicious the steak was cooked to a beautiful medium rare. The swordfish had a beautiful color and I loved the fried rice. Before you come to Sakura Garden make sure you come with an empty stomach.
Enjoyed my lunch here. Miso soup is really good. Googled Japanese restaurant near me when I happened to be in the area and was happy i came to Higashi! Would definitely come back.
Higashi is open again for in-person dining! We missed eating here so much, and we enjoyed our recent meal immensely. The food is just as good as ever. We often like to order a selection of appetizers for variety. Our favorites are the sushi, California rolls, gyoza, edamame, tempura, shrimp shumai. Their sushi fish is always fresh. The miso soup is the best ever. Nice people too!
Double Dragon not only has amazing chineese food, but there customer service is great as well. Every time we order food from there they give us a free 2 liter of soda! Very nice people and great food!
Their food is really good, but there is one of the gentlemen who answers the phone and from the very beginning he is rude to you. He has a bit of an accent and it was hard for me to understand what he was saying so I tried to get him to repeat it for me, and instead of doing so, he yelled at me. On top of that, he was demanding tip and when I told him how much I was going to give them, he laughed at me like he wanted more of what I offered. First of all, as much as we appreciate the delivery drivers, a tip is not mandatory. Only if we can or we want. Safe to say, I won't be buying from them anymore.

Had the taste for simple Chinese food. Googled mapped and found this place. Walked in clean. Excellent customer service and our food was hot without any question. I will definitely order from them again
