Recently did the NYE fireworks cruise on Whale One. Great boat, great people on board. Very expensive though.

Very disappointing for the money. No Christmas decorations on the boat apart from some tinsel wrapped around the leg of the table. The wine was horrid with no bubbles (this is Christmas) unless you paid for it and the food was a wrap (meat or vegetarian) cut in 3. Definitely a money grab! Won’t be back!

Had a fabulous whale watching experience today. Apart from the outstanding viewing of whales, the crew were amazing and the boat was so well fitted out. Such a great experience and v relaxing with music playing between times. Excellent value for money.

The staff were great. Disappointed with the experience, unless you were up the front of the boat, you didn't see much at all. We have previously been on a different whale watch cruise, and that day we saw plenty, maybe it was the size of the boat. Probably wouldn't book this particular watch again. If you do go, get up the front quickly, otherwise you won't see much at all, like us.

We couldn't have been happier and had a wonderful experience. After going out earlier in the day with another company and being disappointed, we made the decision to go on Whale One two hours later. Best decision! Crew were amazing and the boat is so comfortable. Our day was topped off with multiple whale sightings and we will definitely book again! Thankyou for a 5/5 experience!

I had a great morning. For a while I thought we were only going to see a few cruising whales but we got quite a show in the end. Booking and checking in are hassle free. I would definitely recommend Adventure Rafting. The small boat is the way to go.

Just fantastic! Brendan and Jake were exceptional hosts and the whales we were fortunate enough to see were majestic. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a more boutique and intimate experience where every seat has a great view!

Such a cool experience! The staff were super knowledgeable, answered questions and found so many amazing whales to see! We saw multiple pods of 3 and a huge pod of 8 or so males! Even a turtle which I was stoked with! Totally recommend! Would 100% do it again!

What an amazing experience, it was the first time for me. I felt very safe but had an absolute blast riding the waves as we went searching for whales. Better than the theme park!! We saw many whales some were shy others breaching and slapping their tales. The staff were experienced, friendly and informative. I can’t wait to come back and do it again! Absolutely Fabulous

We had an amazing experience with Adventure Rafting! The ride out to find the whales was thrilling and we were fortunate to see a number of whales. The most special sighting were two humpback whales that circled the boat for quite some time giving us a spectacular close encounter.

The absolute best experience! Can’t recommend this boat tour enough. Not a fancy boat with a deck - we didn’t need that. This was FUN!! Fast, wet and the whales loved circling us. I want to go again next weekend. I mean, we could have just about jumped on for a ride if we wanted to. Just amazing!

An unforgettable experience!!! We saw many whales close to our boat…amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They talked about the whales behavior and gave us tips to spot whales. We felt very safe all the time and were able to make many videos and pictures. 10 out of 10 - we highly recommend!

We went on the Whale one morning whale watching cruise this morning, which was excellent. The crew were very informative, upbeat, professional and helped make it a great time. We saw quite a few whales on the trip, so couldn't ask for a better time!!

To see a whale out at sea was always a bucket list thing for me. I have tried several times over the years with no luck. We booked online with Sun reef in Mooloolaba because they guarantee a sighting or you can go again for free. The tickets were very reasonable $75 Adult for a 2 1/2 - 3 hour cruise. The boat Whale One was spacious two levels and had a bar, toilets and great viewing points also lots of comfortable seating. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable they were so passionate about the environment and all the sea creatures and shared that with all onboard. We unfortunately or fortunately had to do a second cruise as we were very unlucky that the whales didn’t come out on out first trip. They are very generous with their complimentary vouchers for another try on Whale One as the vouchers are valid for 10 years. We booked online again only 2 days later, an easy process using the code on the voucher at checkout. This time the lovely Captain Jack was at the wheel it did get a bit choppy out on the water and you had to hold on so may not always suit sea sick people. Not long out he got word there was a pod of whales and headed in that direction. Shorty we saw a pod of 4 whales and they put on a magnificent show for us. For over an hour they swam around the boat coming up to the surface making whale sounds and thrilling all passengers and crew. We were so happy with how we were entertained and treated by all the staff and would highly recommend Sunreef Mooloolaba
