My family and I had a great time on the Whale Watch. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer food and drinks to purchase on the boat. We saw many whales, but it was chilly since we were the first boat ride for the season. I highly would recommend doing this Whale Watch due to the amazing staff.
Was a great time out on the water. We enjoyed all our time out there, and the whales didn't disappoint! I do wish I had known we could bring our own food on board (just no alcohol) would have made it even better. I'm not sure why this isn't mentioned anywhere on the website that I saw, but lots of people had been before and brought coolers with them.
Fantastic experience!!! My husband and I were camping at the Salisbury Beach State Campground and decided to take advantage of a Groupon for this experience. We had a wonderful time! The crew was wonderful and well-informed as to where the whales would be feeding. To our delight, we were joined by a female humpback and her calf, who she was teaching how to search for schools of fish. We will definitely go again and we even bought T-shirts for a souvenir. What a great afternoon. The trip was 4 hours, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. The whales are a lot faster than you would think, so keep your camera handy!
We saw a mom & her calf. It was wonderful. The staff was knowledgeable. The boat wasn’t crowded so we were all able to see the whales’ behaviors. Worth the time and money for sure. I would (& have) recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area!
I've done many whale watches, and this is a great one! Nice big boat with plenty of seating and a bar area with cocktails, beer, drinks, and food. The naturalist was great and learned a few things I didn't already know! We saw many whales and it was a fantastic day!!
This was my first whale watch excursion and I couldn't have asked for more! The staff was extremely friendly and informative! I learned so much about whales and especially humpback. We saw at least 6 different humpback including 2 Mama's with their calves. The boat was clean, with plenty if room and it was easy to move from side to side to get the best views. It was AMAZING!
We went yesterday and had a great time. We got to see Momma and baby humpback whales and pod of Harbor Porpoises. The whales suprised us and came super close to the boat for a brief moment. The only thing I wish was better was the quality and loudness of the speakers. We were on lower deck and between the sound of the motor, ocean and people we couldnt make out any of the facts and info on whales or other wildlife we saw. I would definately go again.
Such a fun experience! We saw so many whales and great guide to tell us all about the whales we were seeing. The boat was definitely filled to the max which made it hard to find seating so get their early to get in line to get a seat that’s in the shade. It was about 1.5 hours before we saw whales so it’s a nice ride on the boat to the whales and back. Very fun way to spend half your day!
