This taco box was packed with LOVE. We come late on Saturdays and the team always comes thru with the best Taco Bell!!

Visited on 3/14th around 11:00pm ordered 3 power bowls. I didn't look at them until I got home. I ordered 2 chicken and one steak.

They only had rice and maybe 1 table spoon of meat. No beans, tomato, cheese or sour cream.

Very disappointed.

I order them many times from that location and not experience that.

This is peak Taco Bell. I’ve been to tons of Taco Bell’s and this one solos all of them. Best workers, never messes up an order, takes their time to make sure food is perfect. I love this location. They deserve a raise here.

This place is dirty and stinky pee all over the bathroom floor the manager Ernest thinks he’s working from home he was so unprofessional and touchy taking my phone in my hand without asking and touching my fingers so uncomfortably i had to remove my hand real quick he was wearing any gloves when packing my food and he has no idea what he’s talking about or have any sense of urgency when asked about corporate number he refused and stated there’s no HR to talk to.People in the kitchen are on the phone some of them don’t even wear gloves simply disgusting i will never go there again. They need to change this horrible manager 1 star rating for me one of the worst customer service

I ended up waiting almost 2 hours on delivery because apparently my food was given away twice in a row. I learned this only because I talked to the drivers on two separate orders. If that were true, wouldnt it be clear they made a mistake and just make it again?

Also I couldn't cancel because I would be charged for all of it, and then the order would go to the next driver only to be cancelled again. I cycled through about 8 different drivers. Weird resteraunt...No longer trust them with my money or handling my food.

This location is bus accessible and inviting. I visited in the afternoon and it was good. Clean and quiet with prompt friendly service. I ordered on the app for pickup. Some issues there, yet I recommend.

So there is a few issues regarding my visit today!
1) If you are a manager on duty and someone needs help is your responsibility to help the costumer. I know you have a new Kios system to order food! So that means you have more time to help a costumer, since your not running the register.
2)Now what’s with you all! Working the kitchen? I order a quesadilla, and you put more cheese then chicken! You are acting like you are the owner of the restaurant? Also order a Nachos Bell Grande! Paid extra for the chicken and you put more beans and cheese, then chicken? You are just a bad manager in that position.
3) Don’t let your position as a manager think you don’t have to help or care for the costumer.
As a manager you need more training or go to school to have a positive attitude. Wonder why this place is lonely. Upper management should consider hire an older person for that position.
