Tacos were delicious and authentic, aguachile was great! The drink was tasty and had great presentation. Andreina was my server, she was friendly and had great knowledge of the menu.

The food was amazing. We tried the queso fundido with tortillas. The steak burritos were huge. We also tried the chicken breast with cheese and vegetables. There was so much food we had leftovers for the next day. Our waiter Marian was so patient, we were able to enjoyed appetizers and our food. We didn’t feel rushed at all. I really recommend this Mexican restaurant, the decoration was beautiful also.

For starters! The agua fresca is so refreshing!
The elotes were huge, and so juicy.
The 3 steak tacos I ordered were just perfect, and the birria tacos were fire!
It was delivered on time, and the food came nice and hot.

Great service and food! Our server Andreina was super nice and helpful. Get the passion fruit margarita with the Tajin rim, so yummy

Great experience! Would give them a 5 stars but the moment they declined to melt the cheese on my Mofongo rating went downhill fast and to know that the cook would be charged the dish for it, had I noliked the cheese on my mofongo (I mean I asked!!!!) shocked me!! Like what? Otherwise great spot!

This Taco Bell is absolutely the best one ever in the state of Florida first of all second of all Alex. Every time I go to the window I have the pleasure of you taking my order you brighten my day. And honestly, you deserve to be a manager with a positive attitude like that so I wish you nothing but success keep up the good work

I have been an avid Taco Bell customer since I was first able to eat solid food. From the consistent food that always hits the right spot to new food items that I get to look forward to trying I love it. Heck I even went and worked for one for a bit while I was in between jobs and had the time of my life. I will say though customer service is always a hit or miss sometimes you get the good side of the workers while others it’s just mid. Laura (as in Laura Croft) though she is awesome and customer service is on point I don’t know all of the people in the back but them too on freaking point best food I’ve gotten from Taco Bell in a hot minute. This is the second week in a row I have drove 15 minutes out of the way on my way home from a not so good shift and my night completely shifted. I drove in with a rbf and left with a smile on my face, happy, and full of the bell’s delicious food. This store has absolutely killed it with their late night crew and they deserve recognition thank you all for making my not so great night into a good night!

Roger was so inviting and offered amazing customer service. He really changed the experience for me. A great leader. Darius was also very inviting. Great team overall. Food quality and speed of service was on point.

Tried their birria tacos on Uber Eats to go delivery. Very delicious and good portion size. They also had pretty good Agua de horchata. Would eat there again.

Service was the worst in all our Orlando experience 😅 I better smile about it.
Food wasn't good and it took maybe 60mins to get it ready for us. I realized that they don't have clear view of what orders should they take next

Great experience with all around everything we got. The food was correctly made, hot and fresh. The only issue we could say anything about was the quesadilla we're stuck to the bags they were in but it didn't cause a problem for us.

Rude employess and over half the order was wrong. The meat looked like it had been sitting for hours and was all stuck together. Find a different Taco Bell to go to. It will be worth it to get good food and not get ripped off.

My husband and I stopped in after grocery shopping for a quick breakfast. Staff was not present in the store and eventually 2 staff members came from the back to start working on orders. After waiting about 15 minutes, we were given our order without our drinks. It took several minutes for my husband to get anyone's attention to get our drinks. After we sat down and started to eat, I bit into my breakfast crunchwrap. We had ordered one without bacon or creamy jalapeño sauce because I am a vegetarian and didn't feel like the jalapeño sauce today. I bit into my crunchwrap which was completely filled with bacon. My husband spoke to someone at the counter about it and we sat down eating our other food waiting on my remade crunchwrap. We were never notified it was done, so he went back up to the counter and staff argued with him stating we did not click "no bacon" on the kiosk (we did) and eventually after some back and forth they made a new one. Additionally, another man came in directly after us and also ordered a crunchwrap with no meat and was given a ton of bacon, which he stated was against his religion to eat and it took some back and forth before he was given a new one as well. It does not appear that staff here are reading the tickets properly and instead become combative when approached about incorrect food orders. I would not recommend stopping at this location. There are other locations throughout Kissimmee that have better customer service and follow tickets as ordered.

The staff was on top of everything and super nice. The food was so good and so flavorful. They have a ton of different kinds of sauces and hot sauces you can try in the middle.

Who doesn't love Taco Bell. This location is well located at 535 and 192. Great food and friendly service at this location!

You have employees who have no respect for DoorDash employees, we have little time and we work in difficult conditions, it's 12:44am and I wanted to buy myself something with doordash order , they just ordered DoorDash, I couldn't order on my own behalf.

I will say that the service is usually pretty good at this one. I have been coming to this Taco Bell for a little over 5 years and a few years ago I had a couple of rough experiences. But since then it has been pretty good. They are generally pretty friendly and I normally go there late at night.

Taco Tuesday is a great deal and can't be beat. My group was greated immediately, and ordering was quick and easy. We received food quickly. It was fresh, and the order was accurate. Food was delicious. The location was clean and had a great selection of sauces at the sauce bar. There is an outside seating area if that is your thing. A manager visited our table and asked if everything was good, and I admire that.

I live locally and come here at least once a week and usually more. Always delicious food, quality and presentation is always on point. And the employees have always been extra nice. One guy today commented on my Mewtwo shirt and we talked a bit about Pokémon go. Good folks and good food, what more can you ask for?

Amazing food. First time here and it was great. The staff are so nice and the food is out of this world. They have a whole bunch of different hot sauces to try in the middle of the restaurant. I also love the tvs that they have it shows the Oddly satisfying channel on it

Nice friendly atmosphere, tables and seats are pretty cool; they are designed with various animals. The fish was really good and big enough to feed 2 adults. Not a fan of their tea , only because they add lemon to it, not entirely sure if it’s fresh brewed or not. Red salsa is also unique because it’s on the sweet side.

As a veteran in the service industry, this place is in the top 5 worst restaurants at which I've ever dined. Food had absolutely no seasoning whatsoever. NONE! Ordered a burrito and whomever made it lacked integrity with making food. It looked like a 5 year old put it together. It was slopped together as you see in the picture. In addition, the shredded chicken inside the burrito was unseasoned, not even salt or pepper, and it was cold. I'm not talking about cold like it wasn't warm enough, but it was cold like it was scooped out a container in the fridge. I did eat it because I hadn't eaten all day. I was crossing my fingers and praying that I didn't get sick.

Now on a positive note, the staff was very cordial and friendly. Their cheese dip was good and they had several hot sauces to choose from. I would not recommend.

I ordered delivery from this Taco Bell about 5 minutes ago. THEY TAPE THE RECIEPT ON THE BAG. The reciept said a soft taco no lettuce. I had a soft taco with lettuce.

Food was pretty good. Chips and salsa were delicious and tasted fresh. Tacos were very tex-mex. I ordered soft shell which was flour and they came with lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and jalapeños.

The churro bites were okay, expected some more flavor out of them.

This place has some pretty bomb tacos! Had the bangin' chicken burrito with queso and let me say, would get again. Also had the churro bites, not bad but not great. The sweetness fades way before you finish. As far as atmosphere, staff was very friendly and it was very clean. I enjoy the smaller places, so for me, this was amazing!

Food is average, the price is great! The customer service is exceptional. James helped us with our order. He went above and beyond to get our order. He made sure we had boxes, sauces, and bags for our left overs. The bonus is the kids got some early trick or treat M & M's treats.

At Taco Bell, I usually order the cheesy Gordita because it is the best taco. The service was fast and the food was served to perfection. I just don’t remember the sauce on the Gordita being spicy. It kind of caught me off guard because I wasn’t expecting that at all. Other than that, the food was okay.

Came in for a quick bite, more like a sweet treat for the drive home. Wanted to try the Cinnabon bites and cinnamon twist! It was good. The restaurant was clean and service is nice. They have went through a renovation and it looks great! I love the touchscreen order and pay option!
