Great experience with the staff and service here at 11:25pm just a few hours before this comment. Food was great.. finally a good Taco Bell experience!

Would have been simpler to have a self service register than interact with the staff here. Talked so fast at the register that you couldn’t understand them. Then got attitude when I asked to repeat. Barely acknowledged my existence as a customer

They would be great if they didn’t give you cold old food….

The employees are very hospitable and friendly… but the just grab whats available and go thing I can deal with… The only time I have had fresh food is when it’s special ordered… :(

I had ordered veggie Mexican pizza and they gave a beef pizza despite the fact I confirmed at the drive thru window and they still made the mistake. I drove back from the hotel and they didn’t have the courtesy to apologize! They think they are in tourist district and will get away with their sloppy service.

Ordered the veggie bowl , salad was not fresh and quantity was very less as compared to other Taco Bell’s places.

Its basically self service all around. Surprisingly they still make the food themselves. The floors are very sticky.
The staff was friendly what little interaction you have with them but they don't care enough to ensure the cleanliness of the building.

Very less crowded and clean. Food is as usual great in Taco bell. The only issue I have is that they have decreased number of cashiers and you mostly have to order from mobile screen. Sometimes you have a question on something and then you have to wait a lot to actually talk to real person.

Stopped on our way home from SeaWorld. Food was special ordered and they for it correct. It was good. Easy in and out with fast service.

Each place has its own vibe and Taco Bell is on its own and great. Food is wholesome and delicious, not expensive. Not many places you can say Burrito me. Fab.

It's Taco Bell, so you know the kind of food. That said, the girl running the drive thru the night we were there was very fishy. While paying, we handed her our credit card and then she asked us to back up about 20 feet and then pull back forward. Pretty sure she was taking pictures of credit cards. Beware!!

They took over an hour to make our food. We used the app and already paid or wouldn't have waited. They had us park, after 15 minutes we went and sat in the lobby. Their whole team knew we were waiting for an order. An hour later they finally gave us our food. Had I known we would have went next door to longhorn and waited the same amount of time.

I paid for one cravings box, and this people give my another thing, this place is really bad

I work in the plaza. Employees are rude. Order was wrong again as usual. Given small drink when ordered a large. Employee gave me wrong flavored freeze twice before giving me correct one. How hard is it to read the order and push a button. Avoid this location at all cost...guess I'll go to McDonald's or the Brazilian or pho spot in the plaza. If I'm going to have to wait might as well spend my money with a local small business that can get my order correct and be polite.

Forever short staffed and lack of any customer service. Waited 26 mins for 2 items. They are having all customers wait in parking spots while the one kitchen staff prepares food. Do better. Hire management that cares and will run one of your stores up to standards.

Food is cold and uneditable

We always rate every venue, office, restaurant, hotel 5 star and we based our reviews on honest and detailed orientation of many things. But our 5 star reviews sometimes has negative comment based on the outcome.
With that being said the drive through service was really nice but the chicken quesadilla from Taco Bell made gave one of our group diarrhea and he had to go 4-5 times in the bathroom during a concert night in Orlando.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The employees were absolutely so rude. We waited 40 minutes for our food and the employees were snappy at us about it. There were several other customers in there and they were also complaining. Our food was wrong & they wouldn’t give us our drinks. We tried to ask the employee a question and they walked away and ignored us. Absolutely terrible.
