Awesome Food , Selections, Fairly priced, Best Service & Guacamole Ever!!! Our Favorite Mexican Restaurant in our area. Such a Great find , Very Festive in and out, Service that makes you feel welcomed, valued and like family by Miguel who has served us our last couple of visits and our previous servers the same awesome service!

We had a lovely weeknight meal. The $6 happy hour margarita was good and the arroz con pollo was spectacular. I especially enjoyed the unexpected addition of pineapple to the dish.

Food was excellent and the workers were very friendly. Highly recommend!!

I think that the Tex-Mex fajitas were reasonably priced but did not contain as much meat as I thought it would. Look at the picture attached, it’s mostly vegetables. The booth situation was complicated. The host served us a table for 4, and we were 5. We were all squished together. We had to ask for a chair to sit at the end of the table. Service was sub-par, definitely room for improvement. Drinks are definitely creative at this establishment, just look at the colors pop!

Really taste food, Margaritas, good price and nice Attention.
Ely is really sweet and have a amazing costumer services, she gave us good recommendations about the menu.

I see a lot of bad reviews here, but my only experience here was good. Tried the new cheezit Crunchwrap and $7 luxe box. Everything was hot and tasted great!

I've been coming to this taco bell for a long time, and when it's good it's great, but as of the last 2 or so months it's been going downhill. my order has been messed up the last 5 times I've been in. I work in the food industry as well, so I try to give grace where I can, but I likely won't be returning for a while 😔

We gave the man at the window a $5 tip because he said he was having a bad night. They gave a chicken quesadilla instead of our steak and they forgot 3 soft tacos. Called 10x and no one is answering..

Tried to order quesadilla combo and was informed there would be a 25 min wait for beef. When asked to substitute taco with a potato wrap (which is cheaper than a soft taco) they said they couldn't do it. So my option was to order the combo (mainly because I wanted the drink) and wait 25 min for a taco, OR order drink separately and total cost be about the same.

We ordered 2 soft chicken tacos with sour cream. Even paid a 1.20 extra for the sour cream. One had sour cream and the other one didn't. I wish I had gotten a photo of them as well. My husband ordered the hard shelled tacos and you can see from the picture how much was in it. One of his other ones was even worse than this one. Just look how much cheese is on it.

The location is a bit odd, but other than that, it was your average taco bell. The staff was friendly and very quick, so that was definitely nice. The chalupa supreme shells tasted a bit stale, but they wasn't a huge deal.

Great Mexican food at an amazing price. Their Mango margaritas are among the best I have ever had. Try both the frozen and on the rocks versions. The spicy jambalaya and burritos are a must get.

Went on a weekday with the family, and one of them is vegetarian, but it was a non-issue. Got seated right away. Friendly, courteous staff. The food is really good. We ordered enchiladas verde, enchiladas suizas, and veggie fajitas. Everything came out as good as expected. We had a great time.

The food was so good here. I had their burrito jambalaya, and it did not disappoint. Best burrito I have ever had. Came with friends, and the waiter was pretty good he dropped the ball in the end a little but not bad enough to be mad. Great service amazing food. Being from Texas I am usually a bit more harsh in judging mexican restaurants but this one was amazing. Great experience.

Great food and service. It was nice of the manager to come out and tell a group of people that were extremely loud to hold it down. They were ridiculous with their shouting. Thanks to the manager!

My chips tasted like 20yr old oil. Everything else was good. It's clean and people were nice. They have outdoor seating and booze.

Food was fine, but customer service was appalling. Manager at counter singled out certain groups and had no problem trying to publicly humiliate them by yelling at them for trivial matters. I get that these are minimum wage workers, and it's a Taco bell, but I have never seen such blatant and embarrassing attacks on customers before. Just awful.

I’ve been here twice and had the exact same experience both times. These employees will *literally* pretend you don’t exist until you raise your voice to get their attention. Standing there for minutes without a word. They make it abundantly clear how little they care about this job.

I know Taco Bell isn't the most consistent restaurant, but this one certainly is. Consistently bad, I mean. Every time I think "maybe one more chance", I regret it. Whether it be a lack of substance in my food, the food is old/dry, or the flavor just somehow sucks, it's always a bad time. Don't eat here.

I really wanted to like this place. I went here with my family five of us total. Our order had several errors. All the burritos were wrapped in the same wrapper and not labeled. No way to know what was in each until we opened each one. They didn't give us our cups at the pickup window. Instead we had to go back to the cashier line to explain that we needed cups this kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online. We tried a margarita. But when it accidentally spilled the employees just looked at us. No offer to help. Just watched as we wiped up the mess. Oh well it's Taco Bell.

The crunch wrap had early nothing inside of it. The Doritos locos tacos has meet and tomatoes and we’re crushed. I ordered chips and cheese and there was no cheese in the cup…

COMBO MEAL: GRILLED CHEESE STEAK BURRITO COMBO MEAL WITH CRUNCHY TACO SUPREME AND LARGE DRINK (CUSTOMIZED)
I ordered the grilled cheese steak burrito WITHOUT seasoned rice and had them ADD black beans, potatoes, onions and tomatoes. They prepared a ground beef burrito (not grilled) and a soggy taco supreme without sour cream. This is the worst Taco Bell ever. There is always an issue with an order. These are the most incompetent people that work at this Taco Bell. It needs to be shut down. Additionally, their items are priced higher than all other Taco Bell locations. This is my last resort Taco Hell. I only ordered from here because my husband did not feel like driving to the location on Richmond highway (preferred location).

Again, slow service, incompetent workers. This taco bell needs new management. Such a disappointment. Will never ever order from here again.

Update:

Here is the kicker. My husband took the order back for them to prepare it correctly. The manager apologized and said he would make the entire order himself to ensure accuracy. Guess what?? Wrong!!! The manager didn't prepare the order correctly either. Again, the entire Taco Bell needs to be shut down and all the workers retrained. I only ask for the seasoned rice to be removed and to add potatoes, onions, and tomatoes. The manager removed all the ingredients! It's apparent that customized orders throw them for loop!!! Incompetency starts from the top and trickles down to the bottom. Shut Taco Hell down for an entire week and retrain the entire staff!!!

I ordered 2 of the new double steak grilled cheese burritos at the drive thru. Got home and found they were mostly rice with very little steak inside. I cut open the second one so I could take pictures. About 10 tiny bits of steak, lots of rice, and the large burrito wrap doubled over to make it look big. Not worth the money. The girl at the window said they were great and she gets them all the time. Guess the employees are eating all the steak and shortchanging the customer.

Newly opened Taco Bell that has the newer, modern decor which is welcoming. Seating and decor seem less fast-food and a little more upscale.

The good: Food is received promptly when they aren't very busy. Received food within 2 minutes at late lunch hour. The employees were extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure the experience was great - surprising for any fast food restaurant. Inside of restaurant and bathrooms were very clean.

The bad: Food wasn't served hot enough - surprising since it was served somewhat quickly. The menu here is too busy with too many pictures and not enough text, making it hard to pick things out - I liked the old-school menu a lot better. Specials are not displayed on main menu or elsewhere inside restaurant. And chili-cheese burritos are like half the size they used to be (all Taco Bells I guess..)

I was between a 3 and 4 rating, but I just really wasn't impressed with the temperature or quality of food I received. Service and decor are great, but better quality food would be nice.
