Top Burrito restaurants in Scarborough, Canada

Restaurant was clean, music was a quiet level. Person preparing food was polite, offered options, attentive, mixed ingredients before wrapping burrito beautifully. Offered additional toppings and when requested to grill burrito all the way around, he did this with a smile and it was perfectly grilled. Food that was meant to be hot was steaming hot and fresh food added to containers when low. By far best customer service received here at the location.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at one of your locations.

On 16/07/2024, I placed an online order for a regular white burrito. Upon arriving at the store to pick up my order, I was given a whole wheat burrito instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the store employee insisted that I take the whole wheat burrito, despite my clear explanation that I am allergic to whole wheat. This was not only unprofessional but also potentially dangerous to my health.

The employee further stated that they do not wait for customers or call them if they run out of any food items ordered online. She also mentioned that they don't inform customers if they run out of something if it is within a day. This lack of communication and disregard for customer preferences is extremely disappointing.

Additionally, the employee repeatedly asked if the order was for myself or someone else's delivery, which I found intrusive and irrelevant to the situation. The behaviour and attitude displayed were far from what I would expect from a reputable establishment like Mucho Burrito.

I am very upset about this entire situation. As a customer, I expect at least a standard level of service and consideration for my dietary restrictions. I urge you to address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.

Note: later she did make a white large burrito upon asking if she had other sizes of white bread available.

Very clean and good service. Employee greet us with a smiling face and the burrito is too good.

Staff is outstanding. Food is delicious and healthy. Enjoyed meal alot.

A big shout out to Kashish and Kamlesh for giving me the best experience at Mucho Burrito thank you I highly recommend this location it’s my first time ever trying mucho burrito and I highly recommend this experience is bomb good no lie if you ever stop by here you won’t be disappointed don’t even hesitate you’ll thank me later-

Had their recently launched Tango burrito that has chicken tenders and is fried from one side. I have never tried such an amazing burrito before. The taste was out of the world. Highly recommend.

They have alot of options and good prices .

Worst tacos I ever had waste of money so costly. They should change their name. No fresh veggies no sauce nothing. Just waste of money overpriced on the other hand. Dont buy the quantity is very less as compare to price and taste was too bad.

Absolutely lousy. Their bacon cheese quesadilla was really good, but everything else was horrible. The Brisk was so watered down it was practically iced tea flavoured water. The nachos were soggy, they gave me a crunchy taco despite ordering a soft one, and they left hot sauce in my cinnamon twists. Not only did I not order their (hardly) hot sauce, but now it's gross. Miserable.

I ordered 7 layers burrito which they represent like this photo.
When I was served it, it looked like they remove 75% of portion. It had no match with what they show. Not recommended at all.

Decided to try their new cheesy chicken burrito which was on the value menu for $2.99. I wasn't expecting much, but I just laughed when I opened it. "Cheesy", has 3 specs of cheese. I'll never understand why taco bell went so downhill. Won't go back to this location.

We decided to drop by Taco Bell in STC today as we were craving something quick and cheap. We have had Taco Bell at other locations before and received service that was way better than what we experience at this location.

There was no line, so clearly they weren't busy. We ordered a Mexican pizza taco combo with supreme fries made with beans and drink.
They guy take the order was doing 3 other things at the same time while rushing us. Once they had taken the order we saw them make the order , it was very rushed, almost felt like they were throwing our food around. They didn't give us any napkins in the bag.

We sat down to enjoy our food , there was many things missing on both the pizza and fries. Beans were old, cheese wasn't melted, fries aren't cooked properly. A Ve egg disgusting taste left in our mouth. We had to throw everything away after eating half of it as we were really hungry .

If I could I would give this place zero stars, do better Taco Bell

this is our go to place at midnight for tacos! very friendly customer service. The guy likes to talk a lot but then he is quick in this service!! been a regular here on weekly basis - close to the badminton court so its easy! chicken taste good, nachos and tacos are fresh ! veggies are fresh too !! good seating available.

We actually ordered two soft tacos but they gave us one soft one hard... And was a bit lazy to walk back 🙈

I order from here a lot over the years and I’ve only had them once goof up an order. Normally they are extremely quick and the line moves faster than anything else in the food court.
