Top Mobile home parks in Arden, United States

This was nuts. Approved for one part but not the second. App fees being non-refundable should be illegal if denied in every state. And credit shouldn't be ran period bc places like this one and ALL the rest that scam people lower their credit score even more and makes it even harder for anything to open. Do better for the people that have spent over $1000 in JUST APP FEES.

They are saying that we did not get permission to build a porch when I directly asked them and they point blank said it was my problem and I had to deal with it and now they are saying that we have to get permission for my dogs. I WARN YOU DO NOT MOVE HERE OR ANYWHERE THAT RPH REAL-ESTATE OWNS THEY LIE JUST TO EVICT PEOPLE.

It is definitely a clean Mobile home Park it doesn't look like the biggest redneck / majority of times you go into a mobile home / trailer park you tend to get the gut feeling if it sends you as comfortable or uncomfortable this one is definitely the comfortable level. The only downfall with this mobile home park is there is a lot of mobile homes there there is no privacy whatsoever and the yard is no yard it's just a little patch of grass on every mobile home but then again it's a nice clean Mobile home Park.. it is a little pricey compared to most but if you're wanting privacy do not think about this spot...

Felt dangerous noisy too much traffic in and out seemed like over crowded public housing area and is actually very expensive didn't feel safe even visiting a friend

I'm giving this place 4 stars solely based on the conversation I just had with Brian, who works there on Weekends! What a nice, professional, knowledgeable man! He answered all of my questions and was just as pleasant and personable as could be! Thank you Brian! I hope you never lose the fantastic people skills that you seem to have!

Actually a decent park with friendly owners...mr Clark is awesome

New trailer i bought is falling apart. Its only 2 years old. Has electric issues. And they never came to fix a crack in the ceiling. Guess its my problem now. They say they are dog friendly. Not true. They have cameras everywhere and watch you all the time. New rules added every month. I cant even enjoy the little yard i overpay for. Lot rent is too high. Low water pressure. Drainage is just as bad. Lawn guys wreck your underpinning. Im moving asap. Used to be nice here. New owner is greedy. And drives through everyday to watch you. Prices keep going up. Im surprised they dont charge us for walking to check the mail. Maybe next month that'll be on the bill.

A bit grungy. Trailers too close. Went in to see one and it was pretty run down for nearly 700 a month.

I move in Wellington in 2013 , I love where I am at The Staff At Wellington Has Always Been Nice And Helpful To My Family, I have had no problems with anything It is a GREAT place to live

Just called to see if they had anything available for rent ,they didn't. Turned out to be one of the best phone conversations I'd had all week tho. Definitely a fella I'd do business with!

I live here, I have very good neighbors and there are both young families and older people living here. A lot of us walk around the park and you can actually walk to Walmart from here

Nice place ,clean grounds, large park, in-house office & management. Mostly (90℅) new units throughout. Within steps of a super Walmart store & main Blvd with all retail needed services. Also in-house mobile home sales & service with starter turn key financial arrangements from approved finance to rent to own arrangements.
One of the better parks I have experienced.

Only problem is loud music (bass) thumping as they pass. Supposed to be a quiet neighborhood, my neighbor can't turn his music down nor keep his visitors from thumping there music 20 feet from my trailer.
