Sedona was another stopover in this Incredible western fable. This place also has that beautiful redstone landscape look and an amazing church like no other i've seen. I did not have anything like enough time in this stopover haven but managed to get a good few pics that will hopefully allow you to appreciate the feel of its beautiful landscapes .🤗

Stayed 4 days before Thanksgiving and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved how friendly the staff was, and everybody we encountered was pleasant. The park is small but accommodated us perfectly. Located very close to downtown sedona. Beautiful river setting where enjoyed our morning coffee!
The space we had was nice. A little cumbersome to maneuver through park. The little beach area by the creek was perfect. Dogs played and played. Friendly staff. Not so friendly residents. Would definitely stay here again.

This park is a little eclectic as it serves as a community for the locals using older rvs that are permanently in place, in addition to providing Rv space. Residents are nice and don’t pose any issues. The trees provide great shade. Had one water valve that couldn’t get open but was able to resolve that issue. New laundry machines are in place and the room is kept clean. The driveway getting in and out is steep. The location is central to the area.

You get what you pay for…

Pros:
1. Lower price than others.

2. Quiet.

3. Nice access to the creek.

4. Laundry facility on premises.

5. Full services (electrical hook-up, water and waste).

6. The creek pictures on the website are accurate.

Cons:
1. STEEP entry/exit

2. More of a flop house with maybe a half a dozen RV’s Slots and the rest is a run down trailer park/apartments. The 5-wheel trailer across from us was abandoned, had the locks changed and just sitting there rotting.

3. ONE toilet and shower for the entire complex.

4. No picnic table for our door eating.

5. Water connection was at ground level. I list this as a “con” because we use our trailer basically as a place to sleep and the propane burners and we don’t carry a fresh water hose with us. Luckily, there was a water spout about 5’ off the ground where we could get water.

Odd:
1. NEVER SAW THE “PARK” HOSTS! Didn’t come to greet us. The “Office” had a sign on it “Do Not Enter”. When I called the number to tell them we arrived, I simply got instructions and referred to the confirmation email I got when I booked. The previous night at another park, the host handed us a welcome package, showed us on the map where we were and her husband helped me back the trailer into the spot.

Overall, in the beginning, I was disappointed but as our stay went on, I realized it was ok because we were here to explore Sedona and sleep in the trailer. Not spend all day at the trailer.

We loved this place. The shower situation is a bit rough but if your RV has a shower then that’s not an issue. If not for that I would have left a 5 star review. The park is quiet, safe, and the creek access is wonderful. We left all of our belongings unsecured all week and never had any issues. The permanent residents were quiet and kind, and the location is unbeatable especially for the price. We plan on coming back every year! It may not have the fancy amenities of the bigger RV parks but it had everything we needed. The mixed reviews had us very nervous but we were very pleasantly surprised. We will be back!
We decided to stay somewhere with hookups on a Saturday night, with no reservation! It proved to be a bit more difficult than we wanted, especi with covid. They were having issues with their phones but replied to my request on their website within minutes! They were super kind and caring. Hooked us up with a great site, we had a 21' Kodiak cub trailer, a nice cement pad and our yukon side by side. It made for the perfect night with multiple trips to the creek! If you stay, be sure to make a trip to the patio at night to watch and listen to the creek! Will definitely be back when we are in the area :)

Not bad for Sedona, AZ. The only RV park in the area, hence the price was very reasonable. Most importantly it is by Oak Creek! We saw travelers using the site for only one night, but there are some semi permanent occupants. The facilities are functional but limited to age worn. The only draw back was the semi permanent residents do not keep their pets leashed. Again, not bad for a high price lodging area.
