This was by far the most amazing and luxurious hotel we have ever stayed at. My fiancee and I stayed here in August 2023 and were upgraded to the penthouse. The rooms were immaculate and were stocked with more than enough towels and toiletries. The kitchen was also stocked with plates, utensils, pans, coffee pot, etc.

The entire staff was exceptional as well and made our stay unforgettable! We were able to get in contact with them via WhatsApp for housekeeping, laundry, and restaurant and bar recommendations.

Let’s not forget the views. They. Are. Amazing. Whether on the balcony or in the living room, we had some of the best views in Athens. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Athens and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing hotel with an exceptional view. Truly satisfied with my stay. It was hard going to sleep with the view of the Parthenon in my sight. Amenities were top shelf. Panos went above and beyond with us and took care of us. From food recommendations to what to do in the city he was truly an exceptional host.

Feels like home! This is our second time in two weeks to stay at this gorgeous apartment and as I walked in the second time I said out loud “This feels like home!” It’s such a comfortable and well furnished apartment from the bottle of wine, beer, & coffee to the hot tub and cute seating area outside! The beds and bedding were super comfortable!

Location! Location! Location! This great apartment is just a couple blocks from the base of the Acropolis and just a few blocks from dozens of restaurants and stores. Andreas has suggested many wonderful places for breakfast, coffee, and dinner. Sadly, we only had 4 nights in Athens which wasn’t enough time to try them all. Andreas was also always available with suggestions, recommendations, ideas, etc any time we asked.

Bottom line: We would definitely stay here again when visiting Athens the next time!

Our stay at The One Acropolis in Athens was nothing short of extraordinary! We started our honeymoon off here and it was the most incredible room with the most jaw-dropping view of the Acropolis. The rooftop with the pool was pretty cool as well. But the best is George, the host, was an absolute gem, offering fantastic recommendations for exploring the city. What truly blew me away was his incredible kindness when he went the extra mile to ship a dress I'd forgotten in the closet back to me. Highly recommend The One Acropolis!

This place is incredible. 10/10!! The rooms are clean, fully equipped with anything you may need, in an amazing location and last not least, the host George went above and beyond to make our trip one to never forget. He was reachable at all hours, had great recommendations, and provided just an overall top tier experience at The One!!

Our stay at SV Acropolis Residence, hosted by Andreas, was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home.

The apartment itself was nothing short of stunning. Its design and impeccable cleanliness left a lasting impression. The spacious layout provided more than enough room for our family of four, allowing us to unwind comfortably after long days of exploring the city.

The location of the residence was ideal, situated close to major landmarks the Acropolis and Monestiraki (Plaka). This convenience allowed us to effortlessly explore the historical wonders and vibrant culture of Athens.

Furthermore, the apartment's amenities were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, airconditioning in all bedrooms and living toom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a hot tub, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

I stayed here in summer 2023 with my partner and had the hands-down best service experience of our lives. We've stayed at some great places, but no one beats George, who treated us like family. He was so attentive over WhatsApp and helped us with recommendations, reservations, and more. We even got a free room upgrade on our last night, and the staff helped us with laundry which they ironed and folded better than I've ever seen done in my whole life.

As for the rooms themselves, they're modern (newly renovvated I believe), clean, and equipped with good AC (important in the summer!). Location is pretty close to the Partnenon town, and taxi pickup/dropoff was easy. We couldn't recommend more highly!!

We enjoyed our stay from the very begining! The combination of the atmosphere residence breaths, location and of course the hosts Lucy and Andreas! Thank you for your hospitality and service! We will come back some other time for sure.

Beautifully renovated and decorated building. Room was spacious with exceptional design and amenities. The staff was very helpful, friendly and always available. Last but not least, the view, Breathtaking!

The design, and the views of this hotel were amazing! Our contact person was George, who was always ready to help us with great suggestions for where to dine , and places to see. I give it five stars and recommend it highly!

We loved staying there so much we stayed there twice! Once at the beginning and then again at the end of our trip to Greece. So close to the Acropolis but quiet and peaceful in the middle of a bustling city. The hot tub was so easy to use and much needed after a day of walking around the Placa and acropolis. And the apartment was just perfect. Andreas and his wife are so very helpful. I had requested wine and cream and milk for coffee and they had it there when we arrived. I couldn’t of hoped for a better place to stay while in Athens. And they even arranged our ride to and from the airport with the nicest driver ever!

This accommodation really deserves a 7 out of 5 rating. It is beyond perfect. Large comfortable, private 2 bedroom apartment was supplied with everything you might need. The hosts were so welcoming and informative. They maintained great communication before and during the stay. Its location is perfect, steps away from the acropolis and several great restaurants. If I'm ever back in Athens I would stay there again, without a doubt. I can't recommend highly enough

Α truly unique experience. A piece of heaven in the heart of Athens. Extra clean, exquisite location, with the most discreet and helpful host. The backyard hot tub is beyond expectations. Amazing kitchen fully equipped. Would definitely recommend it for a short or long stay. It has everything!

This was maybe the best stay we as a family (2 adults 2 kids) had so far. We had to postpone because of Covid 3 times - finally it worked out great. Andreas is such a nice and interesting host. The location is for sure the best you can find in Athens - you will never need a car nor any other transport except you choose to go outside Athens. The appartment is just beautiful and very, very spacious and includes a nice hot tub, after walking the streets of Athens - just a very nice relaxation. The furniture is very tasteful as the whole interiors. We stayed mostly with the recommendations of Andreas (food, museums, pickup) and this was really, really great advice. If you can book - go for it, you will surely not regret.
