A total disappointment!! We asked for two types of sushi and didn’t have flavor at all!! We told our server and she called the manager…his attitude was arrogant and he told us “that’s how sushi taste” like (if we haven’t tried other sushi in our lives) also we told him that the soy sauce was TOO salty and again he answered “it’s soy sauce that’s how it is) NO man that’s no how it tastes!!! It’s not the first sushi or soy sauce we had…. He removed the sushi from our check and while we were waiting he was called again by the server cause another table were complaining about the sushi too! I don’t really recommend this place don’t waste your time
Went here to eat yesterday with family. Although the outside was in need of work I give this place 5 stars. The food was good, the service was good and the cook was awesome. Not crowed at all and the inside was the just like any other Hibachi! We enjoyed ourselves !
I sat at a table and ordered my meal. The menu is pretty standard to most other hibachi places as were the prices. The food was subpar at best.

Everything about this restaurant was good. Super fast service, ambiance was pleasant and they had the best tuna tar tar I’ve ever tasted. Highly suggest taking stopping here to eat.
Most of the food was just ok. The Steak Kew, was tough and over cooked. We ordered 2 orders; one medium and one medium rare- both were well and tough. The bbq ribs were dry and not too much meat on them as well as a bit burned. The Thai Basil was ordered “spicy” but was very bland. The beef vegetable and chicken broccoli was ok- not great. We ordered as soon as they opened yet food didn’t taste fresh at all. Their prices are higher than the other local Asian places but the food is not so great. The person who took my phone order was very nice tho. We did take out.
I ordered through GrubHub. I pulled up to a not so attractive building with a sign that only read half of the company's name. I then walked inside and noticed that not many people were inside dining and continued my way to the register. There I was greeted by an extremely rude woman and once I explained to her what I was there for she bagged it up and I was on my way. At this point I pull away and I think to myself let me check this bag because I have a feeling something is not right. I noticed that I was missing something and I went back to the store to let them know and their first reaction was to tell me I was wrong until the man that prepared my order told them that he forgot to make something and I was right. He continued to apologize and I told him it was no big deal. If it were not for him being respectful as he was this place would have received 1 star.
The staff is wonderful and the food is excellent. We didn't do hibachi but have done in the past, plus it's all open so when a hibachi meal is going on it can't be missed. Lots of fun!
Wow so freaking good! The show was super fun and the food was top notch. Loved the sauces with the hibachi meal. Another local hibachi place doesn’t give the yum yum sauce so I was very happy to get it here. Also don’t sleep on the pistachio ice cream, it’s so good! Overall great experience fantastic service and even better food. We will definitely be back!
Ikko could not be BETTER everything is so fresh. What a great starter. You must come to IKKO Japanese steakhouse to have an incredible fresh edible art. The entire team is so friendly and accommodating, the portions are perfect! Try the Toro… yummy you won’t be sorry
Ali was our Hibachi chef. He was absolutely amazing! We went for my daughters birthday and he made her experience so much fun. He was funny, talented and most importantly made delicious food!!!! The manager that was there was also very sweet. He allowed us to wait for a new table so my daughter could have a front row seat. It was really sweet of him since the restaurant was crowded. I recommend the hibachi filet mignon. Also, the raw oysters were amazing
Decent spot in a prime location, I expected a bit more to be honest. Menu was small, I had trouble picking what to eat because there were so few options. Classic roll staples but only a handful of special rolls where other places in the area are offering many more options at lesser prices. Atmosphere is great and the service was fantastic, but for the price I'm headed right down the road to Uminoya prices are much better and you can at least get a side dish of fried rice with your meal (more sushi options too)
Love the spicy salmon roll. Always quick and delicious lunch. Lunch specials and prices are great. Closed Tuesday. Only a pick-up location, no seating at this time.
We wanted to try a new place for Chinese Food, so we tried Kumo. So glad we did. The prices might be a little higher than others in the area, but the food is better. We had 2 beef dishes, Mei Fun and Beef & Broccoli. The quality was good and plenty of beef. The delivery was 20 minutes early, but that’s ok. Looking forward to try other dishes. The thing we noticed with Chinese restaurants is they’re not consistent. Please stay consistent and we recommend this restaurant.
The place was packed! Pick-up orders waiting at the front, a wait to get in for dinner for both tables and Hibachi. I would call in advance for sure! It was totally worth going. the food was amazing. Recommended the bento dinner boxes! Great price you get soup, salad, sushi roll, veggies, a meat and an appetizer with a side of rice. The waiter was almost reading my mind, water was filled without it getting too low, he checked on us and helped answer questions about the different noodles and options when he saw we were struggling with what to pick! The atmosphere was great, art work is beautiful and the place was clean. Will Totally be coming back and ordering more often!!
The food here was pretty okay.. what I really like is that if you have a large group you can have everyone get for their own check. Just call and let them know when you make a reservation.. They have plenty of vegan options. Just let them know. The cool thing is with a large group of vegans and they will just cook vegetables for the group on the grill. I had the vegetable teriyaki from the kitchen and it was really good. Lastly, this is BYOB. Save even more money... This is a nice affordable spot.
Went over expecting to have a sit-down dinner. But when we got there it was take out only. They offered to let us sit there and eat from the takeout containers which was nice. But we decided to go home. The chicken and broccoli was good. As was a shumai. The sesame noodles could have had a little bit more spice to them. And the pork fried rice was also pretty good with big chunks of onion and lots of pork but there could have been a little bit more vegetables.
Overall I enjoyed it and would go back.

I'm not quite sure why this restaurant was so empty because the staff was extremely nice the food was excellently prepared and delicious and was quite an enjoyable Hibachi experience for lunch I'd recommend it to anybody who enjoys a table show and food flung at you

Great sushi! The most beautiful display of sushi I have ever seen. The staff is nice. The restaurant is small and cozy. I cannot believe how many times I passed this place up every single day for years. Good thing I finally went in. Try it.
Great semi-hidden sushi place. The sushi is good, fresh, and they have some creative rolls. It's not the fanciest sushi place around, but for everything else you want for sushi, Yokohama checks all the boxes.
Where Yokohama really stands out is the staff. They are all very friendly, and very courteous. Honestly the friendliest service you are going to get anywhere in the Brick area. I would rate service higher than 5 stars if Google would let me.

My first time and I'll be back! I ordered take out, the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. The menu has the regular options, sushi and interesting different choices such as black pepper sauce. I ordered dim sum, very good. Fried dumplings, the ponzu sauce was fresh and had a nice hint of ginger. Thai basil chicken combo and beef & broccoli combo which comes with pork fried rice and eggroll. Very happy and will definitely go back!

They can certainly compete, their prices are better without sacrificing quality. Their sushi tastes fresh and their beef is very tender, with large portions.
For an Asian fusion place, the atmosphere is still very nice, eating inside has nice seats, relaxing decor and very kind and friendly staff.

Our go to place for sushi, rolls and sashimi! The hibachi tables are always fun and food is fantastic! Stop in have a great meal in a family owned and run business..
