I don't write reviews, I don't care that much. I'm making an exception. This place is terrible. The counter server didn't know if he could add things to my bagel, it took 15 minutes for the bagel to arrive in a restaurant with one other customer in it who had already been served and it was wrong. Also whatever it was it is laughable to call it a bagel. Thinner than a piece of cheap wonder bread and flavorless. This place is desperately trying to be an organic, new age health food restaurant and failing dramatically at the restaurant part. Never again. Follow up edit: after failing to put lox on the bagel, they come back to the table and tell me they don't actually have lox they are all plant based and vegetarian, I inquired as to why they have a lox bagel and a bacon burger on their menu when they don't serve either of those things. Don't mislead your customers, very bad business.

If you are a consumer of organic raw food, you know the importance of the energy and the intention of the materials you are consuming.

There's a reason they have brand new employees every six months. The manager Stephanie is deeply delusional and abusive. She just assaulted me minutes ago after a failed attempt to provoke me, as I left peacefully.

Please do not give these criminals one cent of your hard earned money. They steal employee tips & replace staff when suspicions are raised.

Richard, the owner is a coward for allowing what was once a great restaurant with great food to be destroyed by a narcissistic sociopath on a permanent power trip. Don't believe me, read thru all of the old reviews. She has been at this for a very long time.

My heart goes out to the hard workers in the kitchen who have to endure making a living under an unstable tyrant. They deserve better.

I love this spot! Good vibes, healing food. I'm usually more of a fast food vegan than a health food one, but this place makes raw food delicious!

Wow what an amazing restaurant and store. We were visiting LA and saw the name and thought it was related to the restaurant we love in NYC so we walked in

This place amazing. Great customer service. The food was yummy. I had the nachos & must say will definitely be back. I will be coming here again. I’m not vegan or plant base yet, but I’m slowing transition to a more plant base raw food diet. Perfect place to go. 😋

Blown away by the food here. Tried 3 quite different entries & they were each unique, expertly, & deliciously prepared. The flavors and freshness of everything took us to cloud 9. I cannot say enough about how delicious they each were. 10/10 would recommend. I wish there was one of these close to me, but we'll worth the 2hr drive. Something for anyone and everyone. Yes, even your crazy carnivore friends will find something delicious (ALL plant based). Come hungry leave satiated beyond your wildest dreams! ✌️💚😋

💎Wild Living Foods is a vegan gem hidden in DTLA.
The food is super delicious and organic.
You can’t even tell it’s raw.
Nothing overpowering.

💚 They have great customer service and they are open to modify your food based on your needs.
They even have garlic and onion free options.

⚠️The only negative is they use honey which isn’t vegan. Honey is animal abuse. Please change it to agave or date syrup or to a sweetener that isn’t causing animal cruelty and planet destruction.

I loved the pasta & the burger. The nachos are tasty and everything is tantalizing here. I wish they would use maple instead of honey though. I don't buy the dishes that have honey. Often they need more help to give better service. Giving 5 stars for the quality of the food.

I met my old friend here for a dinner. We hadn’t seen each other in decades. He comes here to eat often and I would imagine the folks know him. The food was excellent and the waiter fairly patient with my old friend. But he Acted patient and that was unnecessary. When we got out to get our cars, it was a cash only situation. This is highly unusual these days. It’s usually no cash, right? At any rate, they wouldn’t take his credit card and he refused to go get cash. They’re right down here all the time they know me. Finally somebody who knew him came and took his credit card. By then there was a line and it was kind of stressful.
The thing that makes these kinds of upscale dining places worth the money is is they treat you like they know you. Brentwood is a neighborhood- in spite of what outsiders may think- folks grow up and grow old here. Many people who frequent the places are important people in show business..that’s a given. While I might disagree with not heeding the “no cash” sign, I think first and foremost the customer is right- especially old folks who don’t understand the disconnect between now (who cares?)and Then - when people did whatever it took to make sure they kept the customer happy.
Though my food was delicious, I thought the place aLittle too noisy And bright - not great lighting. There is a nice outdoor area. but I will certainly not refuse an invitation to meet someone there in the future. Maybe try for lunch instead of dinner. maybe not park with the valet.

Great pasta, got the spaghetti with clams. Nice staff and atmosphere too. Accommodating for elderly too.

Three of us had dinner on 6/11 and were so disappointed with the food and outrageous prices. I ordered the halibut special. The waiter didn’t mention price & I didn’t ask assuming it would be reasonably costly but certainly not the $60 I saw after arriving home. I also ordered a ‘small’ green salad, emphasizing small - the water said he’d make one. A ‘large’ salad arrived with strange, not so green ingredients, carrots & tomatoes. The bill said antipasto for $23! Desserts were also outrageously priced, the very plain pasta as well. Service wasn’t great & no drinks in room we were seated in. The experience has been bothering me so decided to express it.

My friend and had an early dinner at Toscana a couple of days ago. First time at this restaurant, and it will not be the last, we will bring our friends to join us for another great experience. The service was supreme, the food delicious and the cocktails amazing too.

It's not an inexpensive restaurant but I'm comparing it with its own kind. I love food and I go to different types of restaurants all the time. We went here for my wife's birthday. We are not rich at all, but we do spend money on quality. The food and service here was beyond anything that we had had in a long time. Their bread is as authentic as it gets and their lamb is just amazing and sucilant. The tagliatelle bolognese that night reminded us of our grandma's cooking when we were kids. Our server was there when we needed him while providing us with appropriate space and privacy. We spent about $350 that night and will be going back for our special occasions.

Went there on Thursday with reservations made, so no wait. There were some parking spots on Darlington avenue next to it, so it’s good.
The pizza and pasta were good as well as seafood and beef. The best items are the desserts, esp the tiramisu and the different pies- they could mix them into one plate and charge a much lower price. The vibe is chilled and the staff are very friendly. A bit chilly to sit outside even in July but heater will be provided. A great option for date night or business dinner.

Amazing 🇮🇹 cuisine with a friendly staff Who are quick with a good wine pairing or recommend a special. With an open kitchen where you can watch them make your pizza flip the dough or check out their homemade pastas you'll enjoy the show.

Seems to be good for small to mid-size parties with easy valet parking.

The service is very good. Food ok. Nothing unforgettable. Atmosphere is too loud. Its a big space. No outdoor sitting. So tables are very close and the noise is too much. Hard to here each other. Not too big place. Great for stopping by but there's better italian food not too far
