Had their beignets at a wedding for the first time. It was so delicious I went to their location for more! Friendly & fast service. 5 stars!

This was my first time having a beignet ever and it was delightful! Will definitely be back for more. Perfectly light, non-greasy (which I really appreciated) not too sweet, and the caramel dipping sauce was a great complement 👌🏽.

The "Byte" food truck is stealing your credit card and bank card numbers!
They serve a few lousy meals , take your card and take their cell phone pictures of the number, cvc and expiration!
The next week they start charging on your card as much as they can!
Byte is a pair of criminals stabbing you the customer in your back!.
They were just caught red handed by ex police officers!.do not buy from BYTE garbage food trucks, they are serving disgusting food also;

Yum! I had the kalua pork rice bowl tonight. Very tasty. I wish I could have had the ginger slaw but they used soy sauce instead of Tamari. Maybe in the future I can have it all. The photo is the Chicken

I just happened by their West Seattle ghost kitchen on my way to a track meet. The 4 pack of beignets with chocolate sauce was the best decision ever! So so good!

Seen this when I pulled up to the bus stop. No sign so I just went to order my food b upon completion of my order the lady before going to grab my order ask if I'm with the clinic. No sign says individual people can order. I said nope I'm not with no clinic. She pulls back deep breath and rants this is private and we don't serve in public. Now after this again I see no sign. I said cause you didn't post sign to let people you can't serve public. She says because she is in they're parking lot that that's enough reasoning to make it private. No lady in actuality it is letting the public know you are not! There is no signs up. Learn how to be a better business like person and quit making people feel bad. That was not only embarrasing but you also allowed me to wait 10 minutes before even asking. How RUDE.

We’ve ordered a couple times and they’re Fantastic! The dipping sauces are delicious Today for fall we had Pumpkin- Apple- Cream Cheese- Salted Caramel- and Chocolate everyone was delicious. Hopefully you guys get a indoor place before winter. Thanks for a wonderful brunch!

Best beignets I’ve ever had! So light, airy, and the sauces! Caramel, chocolate, lemon curd, berries...yum! The powdered sugar covered couple that own and run this amazing stand are always super friendly and love to put smiles on our faces with these delicious treats. We’ve indulged almost every weekend! This business is going places. You’ll be hooked!

Ordering was easy on their website, the price is right, and the beignets were delicious even after sitting in our car for an hour.

I'm not much for super-sweet desserts (I don't like doughnuts--I know I'm the worst), and these were the perfect mix of flaky breadiness, dusted powdered sugar, and rich, semi-sweet chocolate dipping sauce.

Our trio of Sunday sauces appeared to be: berry goo, tiramusu goo, and pb&j goo. All goos were delicious.

Get these! We had 12 for 4 people with 3 left for future eating (an embarrassingly short amount of time later).

Best beignets I've ever had. I loved how light the beignets were and the sauces were so delicious especially the banana and strawberry sauces. You gotta get the cold brew coffee to complete the package.

This food truck is near my work every week and I've wasted many-a-lunch-breaks walking by and getting nothing. finally decided to stop by AND HOLY COW-SO AMAZING! Got the combo: Hawaiian Chipotle Mochiko Chicken Rice bowl, spring rolls and mint pineapple limeade-all delicious. the Hawaiian sauce is to die for-chicken is tender and perfectly crisp. coleslaw is really tasty too.

combo comes out to $16 with card but it's so much that i ate it for dinner too. can't recommend enough. you won't be disappointed. quick and friendly service too!
