Wanted to love this place, unfortunately the water was SO cold. We went with our 3 year old and were in the toddler swim area with slides and fountains. Left within 30 minutes because she asked to get out- she was shivering and her fingers and lips were turning blue. Everything else about it was great, including the price, so we will likely try again next season. Hopefully we just caught it on a cold day?
First time here came on a free swim day will definitely be back. Family friendly from the changing rooms to the pool it's worth a visit
Booked in advance and was told waterparks were open for our dates. They called the day before to say the waterpark closed at 4pm on the day we arrived, which was no problem because we were counting on swimming the other two days. Drove 5.5 hours with two toddlers only to be told the waterpark is NOT open the next two days. Stuck in Dubuque now trying to find a pool as we promised swimming. So much for a relaxing and easy family getaway—now overpriced hotel stay in an outdated and dirty hotel. The only saving grace is the river view and warm weather, nether of which have to do with the establishment. Would go somewhere else if we could.
Love this place. Great to bring young kids to play at the water park, good swimming lessons offered here through the city, and the open swim is fun. Nice employees at the front desk and lifeguards.
We enjoyed this water park. Exceeded our expectations. A great zero-entry pool perfect for toddlers to 8 year olds. Two fun waterslides, fun pool for swimming, too. Lifeguards were friendly and kind. One meter spring diving board for fun jumps into the water. I would recommend for anyone wanting to go. The sauna room was enjoyed by my family, too! The locker rooms were clean and showers were warm. Wish it was closer to my house!
I think this pool is very great. No wait at all. There is a Olympic sized pool, slides and areas for toddlers or babies to swim. Not a lot of seating especially when it’s hot out. Going up the very tall slide, sometimes there are wasps. On the opposite side there is two diving boards, and two slides. The last time I was there they took out the diving boards. Rush hours are usually hot days, birthdays, and rarely class field trips. Would recommend.
Always a great place to visit. I wish they would update the big slide. It kind of hurts when you go down. It feels bumpy.
The kids pool is very cold. My toddler couldn't even go in it.
A fun place to go for a swim on a hot day, and for anyone who likes to be a mermaid, they do let you bring a mermaid tail. I asked, and they let me use mine. So even though they let me use it, I would still ask just in case. I do have one complaint. The shower water is way too hot I went to shower off before entering the pool and it's just a button you push no way to control the temperature. So when I tried to shower, it got unbearably hot, and it was burning so be careful showering.
I love this hidden gem! Had no idea it existed! Great place fun for all families. Great staff I lost my wallet and someone turned it into the front desk. I guess their are still good people in the world. This is a great place to take the kiddos swimming. Great family fun!
Haven't been there myself to swim but the kids always enjoy the water slides. I took my son this day to vote for the first time!
This aquatic pool is by far our family's favorite in the Twin Cities area. It's affordable and meets the needs of all our family members. From our 4 yr old to our teens, it's perfect for everyone.

I brought my kids here on a day off from school. Open swim hours were 9-11am that day, so we got there shortly after 9:00. (FYI, the address on the website says 205 Lexington Ave N, but it's inside the Oxford Community Center, which is 270 Lexington Ave N, so use that address instead, otherwise GPS will be a little off.) We paid at the front desk (only $4 each, and I had to pay even though I wasn't swimming), then went to the locker rooms to change. Lockers were plentiful, but to have a lock, you had to rent one from the front desk. We opted to go without one.

There were 3 different areas: 1) a huge lap pool with diving board; 2) a pool for exiting the water slides; and 3) a zero-depth entry wading pool/splash pad. My kids enjoyed them all, but probably their favorite part was the water slides.

After swimming, there are shower spigots and soap dispensers and high automatic dryers for washing off and drying. Outside the community center is a playground, so we played a little more outside too to dry off before piling into the car for the drive home.

FYI, this indoor water park is only open during the off-season. It is closed when outdoor water parks are open for the summer. This is a gem -- affordable, fun and diverse. We will be coming back.

First off the pool was amazing and the deepest pool I have ever been in. The showers in the locker room are nice and warm and it is decently spacious. There's even a play area and slide for younger kids! As far as a "waterpark" goes, the only thing adults can use is the pool (which is a very nice pool). The slide and the sauna were both closed on my visit and as far as I could find there was no hot tub. For the reason I was there though, the very large and deep pool was quite lovely.
My kids and I , we like this place. It's nice and big enough with little section of aquatic swimming 🏊‍♀️ activities. Love the little kids water slide, the bone sprinkler, the bigger side water slide, and a swim lap area.
It's ok. Disappointing that you're not allowed to bring in your own beverages and snacks, forcing you to buy them there. Only one waterslide, but the diving and slide area with the climbing wall are neat. Great area for toddlers! And main pool is large enough that it's not too crowded. Could use more seating. Price is fair, $7 for a day pass.
My kids love this aquatic center. The first time my son saw saw the big water slide when we pulled in the parking lot he was speechless. They didn’t stop climbing or going off the diving boards for hours.
I really thought the staff was very patient with all the kids and their energy.
