Top Vitamin & supplements stores in New Plymouth, New Zealand

I would give no stars if I could. The staff were not helpful and uninterested . It seemed like they didn't want to be at work. The store was a mess and they were low on a lot of products I wanted. I now go to chemist warehouse for all my health needs

Great pharmacy, excellent range of products, free prescriptions, i love earrings and the customer service from the pharmacy and the girls at the front counter, they are helpful, kind and informative, a great shopping experience has made this one of my favourite stores

Item I was after was only available in New Plymouth store to click and collect however I am from South Island and I was looking at sending the item to an Auckland address. The retail manager was very nice to help me order it and ship it instead of doing click and collect. Even checked if I received the item after sending it. Thank you so much, Brogan!!

Location is not key here... if u actually manage to get into the driveway or carpark ur doing well. The deals aren't too bad. Unfriendly staff tho, they look bored and vacant stares...

Unfriendly staff, watched me like I was going to steal something. This was my 2nd time in there, won’t return. Left without buying anything as felt so uncomfortable.

Incorrectly ticketed/priced items, original price wasn’t honoured nor did they apologise or offer any customer service worthy of alleviating or easing the situation. Staff were all oblivious to customers and sat slumped behind the till bent over gossiping, not a single smile was seen. Do better.

Great pharmacy that is NZ owned, centrally located & offers free prescriptions for certain medications & has very competitive prices on other products. The only gripe I have is the poor customer service at the dispensary - the male staff members come across as quite rude & abrupt at times, & are argumentative with each other. This is definitely not a good look, as their bickering can be heard all around the store! It'd be great to see improvements in this area asap.
