This place was just amazing! The food, the amazing service, and the atmosphere was just a total package. Whatever type of food you want is here in buffet style, and they also have made to order items as well. The place is clean and mess free which I can’t say about most buffet style restaurants I’ve been too. We were a party of 6 and with everything that we ordered and ate came under 6000 rupees. I recommend this place whole heartedly!

Visited Cassava for lunch and it was a wonderful experience. We had Mappila Mutton Curry, Ghee rice with Fish Mango curry and Vegetarian Sadya. All of them were really nice and well prepared. For dessert we opted for Vattalappam and it was superb and well presented. All the items in the menu were mostly authentic Kerala dishes and worth a try.
Service was really attentive especially by Abin at the front desk who guided us to the seat and introduced us to the menu. The person who took care of the service was also very professional.
Restaurant was mostly empty when we visited and it helped in having a pleasant atmosphere for us. The place is also really well furnished with Kerala architecture.

A nice place with a nice spread of buffet. Overall a pleasant experience.

Visited on a Wednesday @ 2.00 PM. Only a handful of tables were occupied, finding a table was a breeze. Apart from the aglio olio pasta (part of the live menu) nothing was particularly exciting. The chicken was dry in most of the dishes, i had to douse the oven roasted fish in sauce to help me swallow it. The malabari chicken biriyani was a humongous let down thanks to the freehanded use of whole spices. The chinese cauliflower was dry and chewy.
The live menu had chicken 65, squid roast and fish (sardine/mathi if my memory serves me right) fry. Tried the first two which was good to say the most.
The saving grace was their arabic dips and platter & their butter roti which was light, fluffy & truly the best I've had ever. The dessert spread was huge, but nothing really stood out from the crowd apart from a circular coconut-based pastry with pink frosting (can't remember the name). Service was efficient, chef was kind enough to check on us.
Would I recommend you to try the buffet? No, not at full price. If you have a Swiggy One membership, then you can pre-book a table for 35% discount on the total bill, then Maybe Yes. This is what I did & recommend you do the same. Tbh, I'd rather suggest you skip the buffet and visit their stellar restaurant on the 1st floor "Cassava".

Awesome ambience, amazing hospitality and great food! Mr Harikrishnan suggested the food items which we loved. His service was impecabale.😊
A must visit for top-grade authentic local kerala food. All of the dishes exceeded expectations - Tapioca Stuffed Chicken, Green Chilli Neymeen, Koonthal Ularthiyath & Prawns Vennayil Porichathu. The neymeen tasted fresh off the boat & turned out to be our fav dish paired with black rice. Sambharam alongwith a kappa based canapé in the beginning & Lemon tea to end were complimentary. The kappa stuffing in the chicken breast, with a drool-worthy gravy was an innovative showstopper & perfectly executed.
Populace was sparse, they seem to be more of a dinner-busy restaurant, allowing us to almost have the whole restaurant to ourselves for lunch. Hospitality was excellent, supremely attentive service by Sreejith & Harikrishnan, alongwith the manager. Even the chef found time to check in on us personally. TBH even the people manning the gates at the entrance and exit were extremely pleasant.
Prices indeed meet five star expectations as well, but is completely worth the occasional splurge. Had gone in afternoon time for lunch with family.
Located in l1 Marriott kochi, it had an amazing interiors with nice ambience.
We ordered one thali with king fish fry and few Ala carte items like prawns and chicken roast and kerala parantha.
Each item was amazing.
We were also served amazing butter milk on the sides as complimentary drink.
We were attended by Mr.ab or Abish,sorry couldn't recall name and was amazed by his hospitality.
Ordered tender coconut panacotta which was slightly disappointing. Everything else was amazing.

Opted to have lunch buffet ..the food was average and not much variety to deem multi cuisine. We were the only guests and hence very quiet.
We had a get together of our school friends yesterday at Periyar restaurant. The food was good and the service was excellent. They allotted a private area for our group of 10 and the ambiance was nice. Ananya was really helpful in organising and assisting with our dinner meeting. She deserves an applause for her never ending support and kind attention . Would recommend this restaurant 👍👍👍
One of the best breakfast buffets I have tried. Located afjacent to LULU . Amble parking seperate from Lulu parking available. Heart warming welcome from staffs right from beginning to end. They give very mich importance to customer satisfaction.
Food was yummy, wide variety of dishes. All the items were professional and delicious. Enjoyed a long 2 hour dining experience with a happy smile along with some finger lickin deserts.

Very nice lunch buffet. But for the price they could have add some more dishes and get rid of some others which people are not at all eating. Very nice,clean and hygienic place. Staffs were really good. Dessert were really good.
A super busy buffet restaurant. The restaurant is in Marriott hotel near lulumall. The breakfast spread is realy good and appeals to all kind of people be it international food or local kerala food. The food is good and they have live counters for egg,dosa and other items.
They aim for something different with their buffet, which usually is standardized elsewhere, and this may not be to everybody's liking. Some of the stuff was good while others were OK. They had live music on the night we were there.
I was there on the Sunday brunch. It was a nice experience. Huge variety of dessert and food, and live counter and their delicious food in the buffet 😋 lots of choices . I really enjoyed the brunch of mosaic. I will recommend you to reserve the table early, it will be good for you.
Tried their lunch buffet. The starters were pretty good. The main course were mainly Chinese,north indian and kerala cuisines. Most of them were excellent except for their beef dishes which were average. They only have 2 drink options and the mixed fruit juice was good. The dessert counter was amazing. It had many types of pastries, north india sweets and ice cream section. They let in a lot of guests (more than 50) at one of point of time which slightly ruined the dine-in experience. They could have limited the buffet guest number as it is a 5 star hotel and ambience is all that matters.

During our staycation at Kochi Marriott Hotel, we had breakfast buffet and dinner from Kochi Kitchen for 3 days. The food is really delicious and the service is truly world-class!
Breakfast is buffet, but for dinner you could order a-la-carte or opt for the buffet. We went with the buffet option for dinner as well.
In addition to the self-service items from the buffet, there are several dishes available from the live kitchen, such as freshly prepared chaat, dosa, poori, pizzas, pastas, breads (naan/parathas), grilled vegetables/meat, etc. Be sure to try those too.

I recently had a wonderful dining experience at this place, and I must say that the starters and dessert were truly exceptional. The flavors and presentation were out of this world and left me wanting more. The courteous staff also added to the overall dining experience, and I would like to give a special mention to Abhishek (not sure, if that is his name), who was particularly nice and helpful throughout the meal.
While the starters and dessert were outstanding, the main course did not quite live up to my expectations. I would give it a 3 out of 5 rating, as it was good but not as memorable as the rest of the meal.
Overall, I had a nice dine-in experience, and I would recommend this place.

Excellent restaurant.. lovely atmosphere, professional staff. the breakfast spread was awesome and tasty. very clean, hygienic and well maintained. got good South Indian filter coffee. the manager of the restaurant was highly courteous and helpful
Went there to have Sadya (feast) on the occasion of Vishu festival. It was very tasty and service was also good.
We had so much expectations before booking for a dinner, but the food was not upto the mark, there were not so much options for fish and chicken, also the seafood dishes were not good. For cut fruits, I was able to find only watermelon and pappaya, nothing else was there. Overall not satisfied.
We went for celebrating our dad’s 80th birthday lunch. Beautiful ambience, polite and patient staff, excellent buffet choice. Achu and his team did a great job welcoming us and catering to our needs. Our 18 month old made a mess but they were so kind and made us not feel guilty.

They have maintained very good facilities and are very neat and clean.

Visited here for a Dinner Buffet. Its located adjacent to Lulu mall.All the food items were really mouthwatering and authentic in flavours and taste. Restaurant has a great ambience and live music, you can get almost everything from starters to dessert. Some items are prepared on demand and other items are readily available at buffet. They charge around ₹5200 for two people. Also i should mention their dessert offerings as its one of the best in city.

a multi cuisine restaurant placed inside Hotel Gokulam Park, kaloor… we went for a buffet dinner for our baby’s b’day…. Average buffet… not much options… overall not satisfied with the menu…calm ambience… best part to say is that the service is awesome 👏
Perfect place for a buffet and hanging out with friends who wanna share a long dinner. Friendly and hospitable service. The lighting is terrible and so are the arrangements.

Royal and full of class. Had a special Thali lunch and it was bit of a romantic ambience. The atmosphere is absolutely chill and the service is admirable. Easily the best meal in the town and the hosts are very hospitable too. Wonderful experience overall

This is a review being written right after returning back home after lunch buffet at Kadaloram today at 2pm.
Without any iota of doubt I am straight away giving one star for the restaurant situated at the heart of kochi . I will explain the reasons why below .
We were a family of 5 + a toddler( including two senior citizens). We had come here with food lunch buffet vouchers in hand given to us by Bandhan Bank as a gift. We mention to them well entering the restaurant regarding the vouchers. They acknowledged them and latest to a 5 member sitting area. Before I speak about the bad experience that we had let me talk about the food and the reason for the one star rating for the food.
The meal is a pure Kerala buffet, and not any other cuisine. While this is not a bad thing but please ensure whatever you provide is good and upto the mark. The food is not at all hot or neither being heated during the lunch in spite of having a provision of heating. On asking feedback form this snapped back at me saying they don't provide any forms and neither take any feedbacks.
We had a lunch we provided the feedback of heating and were about to leave at the lift entrance, when one of the staff members (new guy and not the guy we informed at the beginning) approached our dad and asked him for payments. Our dad gladly handed over the voucher letters to the staff member. The moment the staff member looked at it he taunted back at a dad saying "why didn't you tell me earlier". The reason I am using the word taunting his because the weird face expression that he made. When he continude the same attitude I intervened as well, and explained to him nicely that we did mention to the person in the restaurant while entering.
I later complained to the manager Mr.Rajmohan at the reception as well. He immediately apologized for the behaviour on behalf of the staff.
The reason I'm writing a 1star review here is that no matter what the circumstances are, what the background of customers are, whatever accepted ways of payment they are doing, there should be zero discrimination by anyone on customers.
I do understand that the staff member probably did a mistake by printing a bill which was probably not needed, but again that IS NOT a customers fault. I do also empathize with him if you would have told us nicely about his mistake. But at the heat of the moment he try to put that blame on the senior citizen customer and said there are no Feedback forms available .
Hence considered this more as a feedback and improvise. I will never return back to this restaurant even if you provide free meals for my entire lifetime , but kindly empathize with me and treat customers equally.

A buffet dinner from a 5 star restaurant….to start with the infrastructure, ambience and their service is something that stays above everything 🌟🌟, the restaurant is neat and clean even for people with OCD, they have varieties of cuisine on offer..u can choose anything for your taste, I personally liked all their salads and rice items…something that also deserves an attention is the nutritional information that they have displayed along with each item. The chefs there are interactive and asks opinion abt the food they have served us. Its a bit on the costlier side but once in a while its a got to go place. Actually we will be confused..where to start from…but enjoy each food you will have more than enough time.
Springs @Avenue Regent Hotel on MG Road has been our family’s restaurant of choice for many decades. We love the location and ambience. The Food is the best you can get in Kerala. The Buffet is so wonderful and the Chef is amongst the best. Mr. Anson Philip the Manager at the restaurant is such a warm and friendly Gentleman who makes your experience even better. Also Master Chef Joshua is the best in town. Must try their Tenderloin Steak Sizzler and Home Style Kerala Roast Beef. It’s the best.
My go to place for buffet with family. The menu keeps improving each time I visit the place. Its very tasty and have a variety of items at the price range. The service is also great. There is table service for starters, rotis, ice creams, rice, noodle etc. Wide options of desserts too. Spacious and neat washroom. Adequate parking available. Valet parking available. Easily accessible too. Waiting to try the new menu.

Came here for lunch buffet. This was always on cards since mrinal always have good words for crowne plaza. I must say the buffet was a huge disappointment. Mostly because of the choice of nonveg dishes they had. Can u imagine there was no suitable curry for the live appam. The options were liver curry some idiotic.beef curry. And some bengali fish curry. I think the liver no one even touched. There was not single decent chicken curry or fry. Even the fish fry was below par. The highlight was sambhar. In fact most veg curries were good. The desserts were just ok. Staff were courteous.

Visited Mosaic to celebrate birthday of me and spouse which falls on same day fortunately. Booked a table in advance for the dinner buffet. Buffet menu will change on a daily basis. Ambience was very good with a wide variety of starters, main course and deserts available. For grilled items such as chicken and fish a live counter is available near pool side which seems fantastic than the pre cooked items. A pool side candle dinner will also be provided based on requests which will be little bit costly than the normal buffet. For experiencing one time visit can be recommended and nothing that much extra ordinary is there for multiple visits.
I had a dinner here on 03/02/2020, it was disgracing. Firstly the food served is not what I have ordered when I highlighted the wrong serve of food, instead of accepting the mistake they were trying to sell the wrong food . Cut long story short they replaced curry by then main dish got cold, I end up order main dish again bu the time it reaches my table the curry got cold.
Kerala food in all its splendor at value for money rates. Love their tapioca, coconut chutney, fish curry n everything else. Coming here for more tjan ten yrs.

This review is for the restaurant only, a Mixed experience for sure!The wait staff, service and food quality was as expected and good. The ambiance is clean and functional with a direct view of MG road and the metro trains whizzing by, make it an interesting experience. We had ordered wheat parrotas, ginger chicken and prawns.However I have to point out that ordering wheat parottas and getting served half order as regular and half as wheat, was downright not ok. Hope this is rectified and such mess up of orders is not overlooked. I did check again on the parrotas only to be insisted upon that it was wheat! Some room for improvement.

A good option for sea food cuisines near MG road Cochin. Average time for any order is 20-30 minutes. Slightly crowded during lunch time.

Its a place for pure keral food buffet. It was the first place I chose to eat lunch on my Kochi trip. Its not a very huge buffet but the variety is good. Curd rice, banana chips were really yummy. One should visit to try authentic keral food.
The open flame kitchen is a barbeque based restaurant in the second floor of the BCG hotel Atlantis junction Kochi. The theme of this restaurant is based on live barbecue set up on the table itself. The Ambience of the hotel is good. The staff are cooperative. The Menu consist of unlimited live bbq coupled with a la carte buffet dinner from 7 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. everyday. The price ranges from 600 plus per head.
It's one of the best places for amazing grilled item buffet. The food serving time is kinda long but the disappointment will only be there until the food arrives. The taste is absolutely amazing the quality and quantity is also good. The price is also not bad moreover they have a very good ambience.

I was planning to go for ala carte but looking at the options decided to opt for buffet .My oh my!what a taste ,the best buffet ever .
Definitely worth it .
Suggestion :
1.If only they could reduce the buffet price from Rs 629 to Rs 300-400 ,it could become their 5 Star rating .

We tried their buffet lunch with barbeque.. Buffet was lavish with good variety dishes, including nadan fish curry and shell fish(kakka) thoran.. But the barbeque items were not upto the mark.. The desserts tastes different, but we enjoyed it. The ambience was also good. We felt it's worth a try for a special weekend.
Open Flame is an interesting take on the 'All you can eat Grill + Buffet' concept. The most significant improvement is that the favoring on the starters and grill are unique. The Buffet however needs to improve a lot. Many items look good but tastes bland. Service is decent. However the waiters are often confused themselves. Besides service is slow and it takes a long time for the bill to be made up. I recommend the restaurant to as a 'one time' try as long as they don't improve the quality of their food. On a personal note I often found their strong room freshener to be nauseating.
