Friendly and fast service! Very convenient location across from old Mazza Gallerie and Lord & Taylor in vacant parking lot. Open every day. If you sign up with your phone number and email you get tax receipt sent to you. Just bring your stuff in bags or boxes (unless it’s furniture). Will use again!!!

They take your stuff, if it is in closed boxes. Staff is angry and rude, though it is not the greatest job in the world. No mattresses or upholstery.

It was located near South Capitol Liquor Store neaxt parking lot. This clothes & shoes donation bin wasn't listed on Google map. It location is 2600 South Capitol Avenue & Bladensburg Road NE, Washington, DC 20018.

Generally helpful but today advised they don’t take furniture (!?!?!) when I tried to drop off changing table. Said all the furniture in back of their truck was from off hour drop offs made without consulting them.

Super disorganized and rude staff. Very confusing process for getting a receipt. I'll drive WAY out of my way next time to donate to an organization that treats me with courtesy.

Very unorganized service. It takes forever just to get someone on the phone. Finally I was told items had to be placed out front by 7am so I woke up at the crack of dawn to leave items directly in front of my building for pick up with a large sign that can’t be missed. No one comes to pick them up and I didn’t receive a call. The rep tells me the drivers notes are unclear? Not getting the sense that they really care or that donations are a priority and now a lot of my time has been wasted.

Super quick and efficient drop off. Amari and Lisa were both great! Had no problems getting a donation receipt.

Staff are always super friendly and it is an easy to access location. Drop off is smooth. I'm in and out in a few minutes or less.

Very convenient locatiin and helpful congenial staff person, but only 3 stars because both times I've dropped things off to donate, I provided the person with my email address to get a receipt and yet, no receipts were received.
