Ive lived in quite a few apartments around DFW and this is the best. Cleanest, best up keep inside and out! , Ashley made the acceptance and move in process so easy! Shes always there if I need her!

All staff are so nice and friendly.
Gracie, Ashley, Blake and Hunter are really nice.
Gracie and Ashley were very helpful when I was looking for apartment, they were trying to help me better.
Blake and Hunter are always quick to fix when I have any problem in the unit - my unit was very humid and when need to replace the air filter.
And environment is very comfortable and clean.

I highly recommend this apartment.

I have lived here for almost a year and I liked it a lot. The neighborhood is really nice with a pond close by, for fishing or walking/biking around it. The indoors are well maintained by the staff. Gracie has always been very helpful from the day I moved in and Ashley is a great addition to the staff here. Ashley has helped us in more than one occasion. Since the staff live here on premise all the minor maintenance requests are handled almost on the same day or the next day.

I love the complex overall, everything is always spotless and the entire staff treats you with kindness and class. Marlene is the absolute nicest person I've run into on the premises. Aside from being diligent and doing a great job she is a pleasure to be around and always brightens my day with a positive attitude and smile.

we are new residents at the Crosby and we have had such a great experience with the community and staff here so far! i had the pleasure to work with ashley and gracie & they took such amazing care of us. the community is beautiful and peaceful, it’s always kept clean and that speaks for itself but the quality of care and urgency that the leasing team brings adds the cherry on top. every concern or question that i bring up gets addressed or resolved in a timely manner, i don’t feel like im having to pester for solutions and the team makes me feel safe and empowered to reach out for any concerns that i may have. we feel so blessed to have found the most perfect unit here and we’re excited to see what the Crosby holds for the future! thank you to the lovely ladies at the leasing office, love my girls because they take care of me! reviews don’t lie!

So I recently moved into this stellar apartment. My initial move was a little uneasy but the management and rep that helped me (Gracie) quickly turned that around. They have gone above and beyond, the call of duty. To see that I have everything that I need. My work orders get immediate attention and I just love the respect from the maintenance guys. They are super amazing!!!

This Victorian style on the outside, super modern on the inside apartment is the best!!!! If you are looking for a place to call home, ask me. My outdoor activities have increased lol, I take walks, and jog on occasion because of the beautiful serenity. I can now say this is my safe haven!!!!

Great place to call home. Maintenance orders get done fast. Building managers ensure that you continue to enjoy calling this place home. The building is kept very clean. Outside noise during quiet hours gets handled pretty quickly.

The property exhibits meticulous maintenance, evident in its consistently pristine condition. The building is consistently well-kept, exuding cleanliness and a pleasant fragrance. During my traverses through the hallway, I routinely observe the diligent efforts of the groundskeeper, Marleni, in maintaining the overall upkeep of the premises.

The Crosby apartments is a great place to live! Maintenance and cleaning is top notch. All the personnel are very sweet and understanding! This 100% the best place to live, I highly recommend.

I just moved in. I love the high ceilings & clean halls. The moving process was extremely easy Devonyae is amazingggggg. My son and I are so excited to call this place home❤️

The Crosby delivers again! Dev transferred us to another unit and it was frictionless. We have been here for 2 years and we renewed our lease for another 10 months. Clean, fast and friendly are the words to describe these apartments!

Fantastic! Words can’t describe the excellence of this place. Coming from another state, I was concerned I could end up at a minimum in an unsafe place and have a bad experience. So far so good.
Their small team do wonders, from the cleaning lady, who is already working like a bee around 7 am, to the maintenance guys, and Dev who gave me a warm and accommodating welcome. I don’t know the manager, but it appears like she is a hidden germ making all this possible.
Caveats: 1-) Dev is very sweet and has a very mellow voice. Avoid contact with her during working hours because you will fall asleep.
2-) I’ve been living here for only almost a month. Praying for management to keep doing the good work.

Since my last review, I have seen an incredible improvement, Gracie, Blake and team are making a concerted effort to improve everything. This has changed from a challenging place to live to an enjoyable experience!

I really wish that everyone would pay more attention to a clean, secure environment. The doors at stairwell 6 from the garage on the 3rd and 4th floor have remained unsecured for many months, and the parking garage exit and now the entrance do don’t function properly! This place really needs a Porter to clean up the loose trash daily, and a better way to secure the building. I leased here because of the security systems, and now they are mostly broken. I would expect this in a place a lot less expensive but not here!
The woman that cleans the inside common area is awesome, and it seems that the new maintenance manger is really good, I have noticed significant improvement, just a lot to do for one guy!
I love my apartment, would just like to see improvements on the grounds!

Great News!!! LOOK NO FURTHER, The Crosby at the Brickyard is the place to live. I have lived here since 2021 experienced management and personnel changes through it all the staff is responsive and maintenance quick to help. The surrounding area is great for walking and very pet friendly. Did I say it's a great place to live? Indeed, it is a great place to live. Join me!!

Very nice apartments, good amenities, young crowd. Lots of jogging and walking opportunities. Nice lake. A bit isolated so you'll end up driving to nicer stores and restaurants. Parking can be challenging some evenings.

Ugh I was sooo looking forward to moving in here for the location - quiet but not too far from central dallas (25ish minutes) but unfortunately, this has been anything but a smooth experience. Let me start off saying the front office staff is AMAZING, it’s more so the property manager that’s been the issue.
When we moved in back in August, our AC broke (our unit was brand new and never been lived in), so we filed a maintenance request and had it fixed. A little over a month later, our downstairs neighbor complained that they had water leaking into their apartment. The maintenance staff blamed us for it and were sure we used our washer or dishwasher incorrectly (🙃) until they got into our hot water heater room (which always remains locked so we had no way of knowing) and realized the condenser cap was left off when the ac was fixed and causing the whole thing to flood. The guy who left it off did own up to his mistake. After having weird symptoms for a month (nausea, gastrointestinal issues, coughing (yes we tested negative for covid) and sinus issues, we, and the maintenance staff, realized there was black mold all over our closet behind our clothes due to the guy leaving the cap off causing it to flood (still need to get them dry cleaned to remove the rest of the mold after washing them 3 times) and the black mold had spread to the whole front part of the apt. We had our walls cut open to remove the mold and we’re hoping*** (hoping is a key word) that the maintenance staff did a good job removing all of it. I may have a 3rd party out when I have the money to get it checked over again.
And then a couple weeks after this, my car got broken into. The person who attempted to steal my car/car parts totaled my car by damaging my radiator, battery and condenser and my insurance won’t cover the damage because the apartment complex refuses to put cameras in the parking garage even though we pay extra for “safety”. I have now been left without a car for 3 weeks and can’t afford to get a new one being the holidays are right around the corner and covid has wrecked us financially. When I asked the complex about the camera situation in the garage, they said they’ve sent in a request to management to have them put in 3+ times to no avail :/ again, the front office staff is great, no problems with them because they have no control over these issues. Small side note; The doors never work here with our fobs, as well. They are constantly broken. Then, a few weeks later, our neighbors car got broken into. I then spoke to our other neighbors who moved in last fall and they told me that the car next to theirs in the garage had all the windows busted out and everything stolen.
Anyway, I know it’s a rant but we have had zero compensation for the issues we’ve had here since moving in. No discount on a month of rent, no covering the costs of the damage to my car, no coverage of the medical bills we had to pay when we were sick from the mold, nothing. I’m so frustrated that I didn’t know any of this about the complex before moving in- I definitely should’ve asked some harder questions.
Also- when the police officer came out to file a report when my car got broken into, he filled me in and told me this is a HOT spot for cars to be stolen/car parts/just general break ins. So why the apartment won’t put in cameras to the garage?? No idea. I understand they don’t want to be liable, but again, they should not be making us pay for extra “safety” if they don’t actually offer it. Again, if I had known all of this, I would have saved myself from moving into this place. Maybe down the road the complex will improve, but I must say I regret moving in here and we are only 3 months into our lease. Here’s to hoping nothing else happens because I know absolutely nothing will get done by property management about it 🙃

We are so happy with our apartment! We moved in two weeks ago- the prices are reasonable, the design is outstanding, and the service is great!
