The place is a total scam! It was already suspicious that they ask for password when leaving the phone to repair.
I had a simple broken screen. They charged me for the price of an original, but it was something very bad quality, it broke after one week. And I took really good care of it. Pancerglas and everything.
They supposed to give 1 year guaranty, but of course they will always find an excuse.
NEVER GO THERE!

Scammer. Do not go here. Wanted to charge €49 to clean charging port after saying he would put in a new part. No new parts. He continued to verbally abuse me when leaving the store.

Wanted to charge me 49€ to clean the charging port… went to another shop close by and they did it for 10€.
Absolute scammers.

Never buy a phone here. Bought an iphone 12 and four days later the display wasn’t working and had fallen out of the frame. They wanted to charge me then to replace the display even though the phone had a “guarantee” and was obviously defective when they sold it to me. Total scam. Don’t shop here

Selling stuff for 3x to 4x the normal price.
Then offering a special discount and not giving out a receipt.
And if you want to return the item, they don't take it back,
saying their system doesn't allow that.

fast, cheap, friendly! replacement screen for iPhone XR was just 60€ and done within half an hour.

I have changed the phone display recently and before the display change the phone worked smoothly without any lag but after i gave them my phone they installed some low class display and charged me 100 euros,the phone is now laggy and has the clarity of a 2015 model phone THANKS TO X PHONE 😌🤙🏽

Thank you Mohaned for being kind and professional and for fixing my destroyed screen in less than 15 minutes on 31.12, half an hour before the shop closes! My phone has been run over by a loaded 4x4 vehicle and no screen repair, before Mohaned’s, was as solid and functional. Plus, thanks for NOT just telling me that i have to buy a new phone, instead, like most of the other shops! It works wonders! Im grateful. Sharing good vibes for 2023!

Went to repair my broken iPhone XR screen. The new one worked semi-well for a week, then dropped it from 10 cm, and the screen stopped working at all. They didn't want to repair it back.

At lest in case of XR screens, they change it for not original screens - be mindful of that. The colors look a bit different and the durability or the screens (as outlined above) is not even close to the original ones.

The prices are substantially lower because:
- they don't give you a receipt (at least I didn't get one)
- they don't use original parts (at least in case of my iPhone XR)

In my opinion, better spend EUR 30-40 more but do it legitimately, with original parts.

I am SO impressed with the service at this shop!

I entered the shop upon recommendation with a "smartphone emergency" (my display had all of the sudden stopped working, and my microphone already had an issue before). I got a quote over the price for the repair, and then was told I could come back in two hours already to pick up my phone! I was also sent a personal reminder by email when the phone was fixed.

When I returned to the shop, only the display got exchanged. The shop assistant was honest enough to tell me that the issue with the mic had been easy to fix, and he insisted on only charging for the display repair, but not the mic repair!

He was patient enough to answer all my questions, and was kind enough to even offer me a new case on top as a gift (I instead chose something else :-) ).

I am very glad for the recommendation I got, and can only second it. Needless to say my phone is fully operational again. Top service both on a technical as well as a personal level!

Went there to fix my broken iPhone XS display. Was done in one hour at a very fair price, much lower than all the places I've checked before.
Will go there again, but hopefully not for a broken display!

They are amazing! Not only have they the best prices in town, but also are always trying to help and to find the best solution for you. My phone was really damaged, even though it was pretty sure it is not repairable, they tried it anyway. Thank van truly recommend this place. Great service, great customer service and best prices! Muhannad is the man for the job. Had a broken Galaxy Note 8 Display, and even though I was aware of the expensive replacement fee, he somehow managed to offer that same expensive display at a much cheaper price. Now I am in possession of a brand new device.
