Very good experience. They are quick, well priced, transparent (with their prices and services, you cannot see through them). They are also flexible with the services they offer, and don’t try to scam or screw your over.

Just make sure you’re looking inside the Unique’s Bazaar for them and not outside.

I replaced the screen and paid over $400. Within a month, the replacement screen has the same issue. I have a 3 month warranty but they will not replace it. They initially stated that they would replace it. Now, they do not even respond to my text. Unfortunately, my only option now is to move forward legally.

Finding someone who can actually repair cell phone equipment is not as easy as it should be. I found iTouch through Google and at first was taken aback by the fact that it’s in a flea market kind of mall. But the reviews that I had read said that they were good so I thought I would take a chance. I am so glad that I did. The customer service tech was helpful and quickly got back to me with further information that I needed. The technician in their little shop in the flea market was very clear in telling me what he planned to do to fix the problem with the phone. The end of the story is: the phone works, the charger works, and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg to make that happen. My phone that they worked on was not an Apple product but an old style flip phone that is used by a disabled customer. They did a great job. I highly recommend iTouch repair.

My iphone 6 needed a new battery. Brought it into Wireless Vision White Oak and it was replaced within 15 minutes. Excellent work and an excellent price for the replacement. I highly recommend this shop for all your cell phone + needs.
