I felt like I had to beg the manager to assist me with the machine for the pictures she claimed she was on her lunch break what was working when I found her she did assist me at the end but felt uncomfortable
they just did a big order for me, exceptionally fast, at a reasonable price. they even called to clarify something about my online order, really to offer to add something. i've always found the staff to be kind and helpful.

Bad service
Extremely unprofessional!! I called a day ahead the day prior to get business cards printed for an event. The man on the phone was not friendly but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I placed my order for the next day. I arrived for pickup and the man in the shop couldn't locate my email. Then AFTER I waste my time resending it to him, he tells me he can't print it on the day of. Which is why I placed the order the day prior!!! Which left me with no cards for a business event.
This is a revised review. I initially had a bad experience with one employee but won’t hold it against the business. However, the manager reached out to me personally to reconcile the situation. I was pleasantly surprised by the call and he offered to redo the print work. I would definitely recommend Park Slope Copy Center they have been my trusted source for getting materials printed over the past few years, the manager is responsive and truly does care about the business and satisfying the clients.
Way too expensive and hide the prices. Small paper poster print costs >$80 and no way to see standard prices - only to contact their sales and they quote you personally - shady.
I'm glad I found a reliable source for my printing needs! They were able to accommodate me with the same day service for a very reasonable fee. Overall just a pleasant experience.

They tried to charge me for a UPS drop-off (a free UPS service), then said “this is America” when I questioned it. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and lacking in common decency. I will walk 4 more blocks and go to the UPS store.
Would give 0 if I could. I just went to print photos and not only were the two employees (man and women working at 5:50pm) dismissive they were also sarcastic when I asked them to reprint pictures because the quality was so poor. I asked if their printer was messed up because my photos were coming out with green / pink blotches and lines that were not in the original photos and the guy said “yeah probably”. Well fix it! Don’t come here to print photos.
I went into the shop with an unusual request to print an image on thicker paper than what printers usually handle. They were willing to give it a try and produced just what I needed for my project. Excellent service.
What’s up w all these reviews complaining about photos? JFC guys it’s a pharmacy, not a photo lab. There’s literally a million places you can develop your stupid film. For that matter, who even uses film anymore? What are you people taking pictures of that’s so important you need PHYSICAL COPIES of them? 🙄
Excellent quality & very reliable. I’ve been printing with them for over 5 years, fair prices, very dependable, many options, and great at expediting as needed for a rush. Overall I have had decent experiences at Park Slope Copy Shop. The positive ones usually make up for the negative ones. However, this last experience really ruined things.

This week I went back to get the same order and the only difference was the images but size, card stock, and everything else was the same. Different employee, employee B says that my order needed to be put in through the website but they guess they could help me in shop. Then when we’re going through the specifics they said they couldn’t do it and if they did then the size would be different and I’d have to fix it myself. They dismissed me when I tried to say I got this exact order done by the shop earlier this month. I decided to not go through with the order and will take my business elsewhere. I just don’t understand how one employee was able to do my order perfectly and another employee is telling me they don’t do it at all.

I go here often (mostly to print return slips and send away USPS/UPS) and the team is always fast, nice and courteous. Great neighborhood shop

Super friendly and knowledgable and fast. I was a tad nervous with my first ever roll of film in hand looking to get it developed and the person working there was super friendly and non judgmental and took the time to explain the whole process of what they do, how they do it and what to expect. Even got my prints a day earlier than expected. Having a lab experience like this makes it only more exciting to keep getting into this new hobby!
Came here to get photos for a foreign passport and was very impressed - not only was the service quick, but the photographer knew exactly what was required, took the time to make sure I was happy with the photos and double checked the size requirements. Very friendly staff and great location.
Months ago, I’ve had a few photos printed matte so I can frame last year. I called ahead and Jay printed them all within a day. Such great quality!
Last week, I also got passport photos done - 2 copies for $14 - less than 10 mins total. Photos look great; much better and cheaper than cvs and staples nearby in downtown Brooklyn. Recommend to do it earlier in the day because Jay closes equipment at 3PM.

Bad experience, went there at 3pm after work to get passport photos done after speaking to someone online. Was told the passport section was closed even though the shop was still open, then received a really rude series if responses when I tried asked about some details relating to their process.

Poor support. Printer didn’t work when I was there.
Highly recommend Jay for anyone looking for passport photos! He helped us take photos of our newborn (4 week old) son today and we were done in less than 10-15 min! After 2+ hours at CVS to no avail, working with Jay was a real pleasure and a total breeze - he had lots of lighting and a mattress all ready for the baby. So nice and friendly and reasonable pricing too. Thanks again Jay!
THE BEST passport photos. I was in a rush and they delivered within 10 minutes & were also kind enough to help me print my itinerary so I could make it to my appointment in time. 10/10
I’ve been coming to Photoreal for awhile now. I’ve had my partner and sons passport photos done here. They came out great. Personally, I also come here to develop, scan my negatives being as tho I shoot film and will continue to do so. The owner Jay is such a nice man. He has most film stocks. I recommend Photoreal any day!!
Very kind & fashion-forward representatives. I appreciate the safe space mentality and also the wonderful printing services. They did an awesomesauce job for me that was time-sensitive and knocked it out of the park. No other printer was able to do it same day and I called like a million places. Support this business :)
Just do yourself a favor and assume the photo situation hasn't been rectified here because there's a 99% chance that it's out of order.

No photo printing here. Other than that it's just like most cvs although they always seem low on stock on most items.
I’ve been here several times for passport photos, various visa photos, and disposable camera developing and this place is great. They were familiar with all the different visa requirements for the countries I needed, quickly printed the passport photos, and the staff is very helpful. I was in and out in a timely manner every time.

Great to work with. Received the first version and it wasn't printed properly, no problem sent out a replacement and had in a few days. Helpful via email and phone. Will continue to do business with!

I normally have an amazing experience with the pharmacy staff. Today was not one of those days . I spoke with the Lead pharmacist on staff ( i didn’t get his name) . He told me my prescription was out of stock and wouldn’t be available until Tuesday ( so thats 3 days with out my medicine) I immediately knew this wasn’t the normal pharmacist that I deal with and this was someone else. The medicine that I use I need to survive on a daily basis, so for me not to hear a sense of urgency in his voice was alarming. I had to ask him what other options did I have, he huffed and puffed as if I was asking him to do something outside of his job. He then transferred my prescription out. It was the attitude in his voice, and the way he was treating the situation
with a lack of urgency, he came up with no solutions on his own. The normal pharmacist that I deal with would never let this happen, he would already have a solution in the works if they were out of the medicine that I needed. The pharmacist at work today really sucked 1/1/23 .

I am floored. The owner is a 32 year old professional that fully goes above and beyond. Standout professionalism and considerateness. I wish I had more to print. 10/10 would recommend.
Despite website claims, zero photo/passport support at this location. Staff was rude when asking.
It was the worst. I am still waiting to get my daughter prescription filled. My doctor called several times no answer left messages as he was instructed to do no one returned his calls. Getting through too the pharmacy was a nightmare. 😱😡😡
If you want a banner or poster printed well and quickly by people who will review your work, then print here! They are incredibly nice, fast, and wonderful! We use them for our banners and posters at March for Science NYC! Check out how nice our banner looks in the photos! This will make any statement loud!
Want to call out one of the employees for going above and beyond helping get a passport photo for a baby. There were some issues with printing an existing but they managed to take another photo quickly to make sure I had what was needed for the appointment.
The employees are always very nice to me while dealing with an abundance of customers while seemingly being understaffed. Everything about this store is great except I have one issue refraining me from making it a 5 star review. The sodas are locked up, sodas… Every time I want one I have to get an already busy employee to help, which they are always very nice about it I just find the sodas being locked silly.
Needed a rush print on a Sunday for some artwork and Rob was kind enough to head in on a day off. The process was seamless, and the print quality was superb. I was incredibly thankful for their service and will definitely refer them for future prints!
I've been a professional photographer for 25+ years, exhibiting in galleries, publishing 6 monographs of my work and working with the leading magazines and brands. Mega Format beautifully printed (3) 8x8 ft. vinyl adhesive prints for an exhibition of my photographs at a gallery in Dallas. The reproduction quality, color balance and skin tone reproduction were spot on, I couldn't have been any happier with the print quality. The large format prints were the centerpiece of the exhibition.

These guys turned it out for us! We had an event this weekend and needed two shirts printed. They got the job done in less than 3 hours and the colors are exact! We use Neon fluorescent pink in our design and we’re worried the print may not be able to print that. It did and we are thrilled! Very responsive and very grateful for this team.
Amazing. This is actually the only copy place that I use. And not even just for the convenient location. The staff is amazing in assisting me with the sizes and best ways to get the most for my money. Their patience with my son when I come in for lengthier projects has turned into a super cool relationship. He loves it there as much as I do! Social distancing is respected which I appreciate as well. There are times I’m in a rush & I just email them and I’m in and out! Really helpful place. As and event planner & art teacher I’m always in there for something and I truly wouldn’t rather give my business to anyone else !
Brooklyn Archival has done several prints and scans for me now as well as for my family. Their work is beautiful, carefully done, and they are always professional. They will work with you to help you pick the best paper and pricing. I use them now for all my printing both for fine art and family photos.
Brooklyn Archival is amazing. I needed a number of certificates scanned because they were starting to show their age. They were able to do this effortlessly and help to touch up those that had noticeable deterioration from the originals. I was so happy with their work that I also enlisted them to reconfigure an article to fit on one page so that I can frame it. High quality work with fast turnaround and always responsive. I definitely highly recommend them!

Best way to deal with this CVS is to have zero expectations. Do not bother trying to call to speak to a pharmacist. They do not answer the phone. Staff seem frustrated and unhappy and they are comfortable with treating customers the way they feel. Kindness, pleasantries, helpful are experiences you will not have. One star is too much.
Brooklyn Archival was professional, fast, and the quality was amazing. I am so very happy with my art prints! It was my fist time printing my digital work and they were knowledgable- walking me through the process, showing me samples, and flexible- working within my schedule and needs. The Park Slope Copy Center is the go-to place for all your office printing needs and more. There are two well-maintained self-serve black & white / color printers, as well as personal counter service for more elaborate copy jobs. I especially love their customer set-up for printing digital files from one their computers, either via internet cloud-based file access, or via your own thumb-drive. It’s an easy and user-friendly setup. The staff is super-professional and always cheery. Do check out all their services, as they can do quite elaborate print jobs. Highly recommended.
Found out 6 weeks after depositing that they had lost the disposable camera, photos never recovered. Had to call three times to get any info.
I have been printing with Brooklyn Archival for several years and have always been impressed with their service. Rob and his team are super knowledgeable and the quality of prints is always exceptional for very fair and reasonable prices. I prefer them over Adorama or B&H — much better customer service and prints are better too.

In the end of April we were looking for a company that could do various small retractable banners and also two major backdrops (15 and 20 feet long) for our event. We had only 2-3 days to produce everything and we really needed the best quality in the market. We found MegaFormat on Google. I first spoke to David who was amazing explaining how everything would work. He was very good in confirming that all the design material was received - we sent it in batches. He sent us the templates for the design for the size and formats we needed and gave us guidance. We welcomed 150 very high level authorities from various countries in the UN headquarters, and thanks to MegaFormat we had our banners ready on time and with amazing quality. The large format backdrops were ridiculously easy to assemble. It took us about 15 minutes to set it up completely. David also showed to us how to assemble and disassemble the banners and backdrops. MegaFormat thank you very much for your fantastic work and great support!
Mega Format really came through for me for a recent conference. I needed fast printing for a retractable banner and for a hanging sign. Mega Format was able to print and ship in just a couple days to ensure I received the signs in time. Plus the quality of the products was exactly as expected. Would highly recommend!
