I can’t say enough good things about Acro. I recently went to them for help dividing up my law school textbooks into smaller, rebound pieces. It was the best decision I have made! The final product was better than I could have hoped for.

Amazing place! We were confused if it was a storefront but it’s actually inside the 75 maiden lane building 5th floor. The guy was super sweet and helpful! Got our printing done in minutes! We just moved in and printed our artwork IN TOP QUALITY. I recommend this place to everyone!!!!

I need to print and pick up business card same day. I put in the order on Friday night, so nervous that they won’t be able to do it because Saturday is a short day for them. But on Saturday morning 10am it’s ready for me to pick up. Magic!! Saved my week. Thank you so much
I just wanted to print out 2 shipping labels, black and white, on regular 8x11 paper, so overall it would just take 2 sheets of paper.
They charge $1 per printout, even though the price list in their store says 0.15 cent per black and white copy.
I didn’t even try to fight it because it’s too hot and too early in the morning to start a fight with these people and I have better things to do. But this pricing is a tad ridiculous.

They are so awesome! I used them to print out programs for both of my parents' memorials. They bend over backwards to be helpful. I cannot say enough positive things about them.
I went into the copy center in a very hurried and distracted state of mind. I needed to copy a very complicated document and was worried about getting it right. The man behind the counter smiled and offered to do it for me. He so relaxed and patient as he worked. He completed the job in no time at all. Exceptional service. Undivided attention in a friendly atmosphere. Excellent service!

Extremely satisfied with their work. We had a quick turnaround for a legal binder printing. I reached out and they were able to start printing within the hour. Finished up the work accurately and effectively in way less time than I had previously expected. I was surprised by the customer service and their attention to detail. I would use hundred percent again. Their reliability made a huge difference in my case!
The owner tries all the way to charge you. He charges the tax and using credit card on top of expensive copying fee. It's unbelievable.
They take my passport size photo and accepted by passport service . They did not take it well at first time and they took it again with out extra charge .

Amazing accuracy, helpful, and quick work of any job they are provided. I first called them as I needed to have some resumes printed for a career expo and interviews. Not only were they happy to help me, but they also allowed me to use my own resume paper and were not hesitant at all to grab the file from my usb drive. Printmor is the absolute best! These guys do great work and are always really wonderful to work with. I have had some tight (and some very tight) turnaround requests and they always make it happen and they do it while staying super calm and positive.
Went to walgreens photo for passport photos and the photos were so dark that I could not use them! I found Columbia Copy Center and these gentlemen saved my vacation! Superior customer service and great quality photos. They have everything you can find at a FedEx here too. Great local spot and I highly recommend it. Thank you guys!

Rush order for double sided booklets. Communication and quote was fast and accurate. Emailed to make some last minute changes with binding and format. Changes were executed perfectly and it never felt like it was a burden even when my order was quite small in size and price. I felt my order was handled fast and very professionally. Terrible customer service!! I printed scientific posters there twice. The first time was fine, the second time had a terrible experience.
There were problems with the way some features looked after printing and they didn’t care at all. The lady barely looked at me when I was explaining her the problem. I will go somewhere else next time.

A quick call and we were off and running! Fantastic customer service, excellent quality printing, and delivered to my doorstep a day early. Reasonably priced as well. Too good to be true? No, just too good. Copycats will be my go-to printer from now on. Ask for Bob!

I asked for prints on posterboard, they charged me over $30 per 18 x 24" and they were just on regular paper. When I asked for proofs, the owner, Sophie told me it was a ridiculous request and refused. Of course the prints came out less than satisfactory and it was an extra $40 PER PRINT to put on poster board - we did it ourself for an extra $15. We also got prayer cards of my father printed and they came out on flimsy paper and were poorly cut. Seriously? For over $200?

Please be careful. I have come here many times over the years for Fed Ex or copying without issue. However on this one occasion, Copy Experts took advantage of me. I went here to scan one document. I could have waited until the next morning to scan it at my office but figured let me scan it tonight. They charged $30 to scan one document! It took them 15 seconds to run the document through their scanner, which is an industrial scanner the same that my office uses. Their justification was the document was 51 pages. It could have been 50 pages or 53 pages or 4 pages and it’s the same resources for them - one push of a button and 15 seconds later the document is scanned. I could understand this if I were asking for copies, using their ink and paper, but to charge $30 to scan a document?? This is outrageous. The fee is astronomically high and is not posted in the store. They directed me to their website to suggest I should have known that scanning one document would amount to $30. The website states they charge $3 per scan and .50 for each additional scan. What constitutes a scan? It’s one document, one button pressed, and 15 seconds later one pdf appears. Their response was “you have to pay, we gave you the service and you have to pay for it”. I will pass on having them do any work for me in the future. I am disheartened to know there is such a store in our community that is looking to take advantage of their patrons.

Super quality copy store in upper west side and has the best price value then other copy stores. Provides fast and reliable services. I just used their internet and computer as well as printing service for my job, absolutely perfect. After that I took my passport picture and used their FedEx shipping service and I'm very happy with the Best Copy and Shipping staff members and how they handled my shipping process. I recommend others to use their service and it's a one stop place for all for any copying, printing, and many other things that you might find valuable and important that others won't give you the same type of 5 star quality service.
We used these guys to print up programs for our fundraiser. We were very picky and made lots of changes; they were not at all phased, got the job done according to specifications and we had beautiful programs to hand out at our event.

Absolute scam. I didn't expect that it would be this expensive. Charged me 8 smtng dollars in total for 7 black and white papers. The tax included was like 2 smtng. Excuse me??? 😡😡😡

Amazing same day service for a science poster!! No where else in the area was able to accommodate me so quickly. They reached out within minutes of filling out the form. Excellent quality thick poster paper (offer fabric as well) and sharp resolution!! Highly recommend!
I ordered stickers same day and they gave me stickers that scratch off? Not sure what the point of stickers like these are, the guy tried to claim that it was the design but I've had other shops make this exact design without them scratching off. 0/10 Worst stickers I've ever held in my hands.

Stop scamming your neighbors. You showed me where to print but didn't show me the price until after I printed. $3.25 for 2 pieces of paper. That's like ordering a Philly cheesesteak in deli and then after it's made they tell you that it costs $70. You're charging people 10x the normal cost, which is already several times your actual cost. Thieves.
This place was under construction while open. Smelled like chemicals. On top of that one B&W piece of regular paper is $2.25! The line took forever and they didn’t make it clear that it cost that much.
There is a $10 minimum for credit cards but they let me pay just $3 with card when I was in a hurry.

A rude young man tells a minority woman three times his age, to "relax." I asked him if he had actually said that and he told me yes, that it was neither rude nor offensive. I disagreed. He was still talking loudly as I left some time after. He was supported in his ranting by the usually friendly lady who seems to run the place. Why, she asks me are you making such a big deal about it, this while the young man was still carrying on, still "instructing me" he plainly said. If you go in this place you are supporting dismissive, rude, behavior directed at a minority woman and a man who raised his voice in her defense. Quite literally unbelievable. There are so many other places to go in the neighborhood with less risk of verbal assault.
We've been ordering business cards, calendars and brochures from this print shop for 9 years and all I can say is, I'm satisfied!
Great neighborhood copy and shipping option.. They also offer very inexpensive notary services. Keep in mind that the notary services are only offered Minday to Thursday and not on the weekend. Overall a friendly and efficient addition to the Upper West Side.

I had to make a quick print here because I had to return my Amazon order across the street at UPS. Jeff Bezos did not cover the cost of a shipping label for this Amazon return & USP does not print from e-mail. The person at the desk (Kamal) was very nice, helpful and accommodating. The cost of printing is pricey, but hey, at least I supported a small local business (note to self: go cold-turkey on Amazon). I will return here for my future printing needs.
Came in late, guy helped me fix my file for printing and forgave the proof prints I set up wrong, and stayed after closing to help me cut all of it on his cutter. And the price was great, better than all the other places I called and paper and print quality was super nice. Tip this man!

The business must have changed ownership because the current workers their are nasty, rude, and spread misinformation. Myself and three other customers from the area have experienced disrespect and not so nice language from the current staff their at Global Copy. My niece has a mailbox in global copy and she told me that they raised the price of the rental fee for a mailbox by $25 without informing her of the price increase.
Mike at Printability NY was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the whole process of a difficult order. He worked with me to produce materials in a very short time frame and delivered them even earlier than expected. Will definitely look to use Printability NY again in the future, thanks!

Love this place it's been around for years a staple on the upper west side they are life savers like family. If you need the use a computer or print or fax b/c you equipment at home isn't cooperative or you need passport pics, business cards or stationary copies et.. This is the place. I was in jam. I had printed two large pieces that were a day late in transit and I found printability after talking to several other print companies near Grand Central Terminal. Printability wasn't the cheapest or most expensive but they were competent and easy to talk to. They got my project turned around early with an hour to spare.
I came into NYC for business and had to have some 24’ x 48’ posters and a few hundred of my companies palm cards and tri-folds printed for a business expo. Called Printability and spoke with Michael and his team about the job. They printed these amazing high-gloss posters and pamphlets in just one day before my event. Amazing service and really high quality work printing – I couldn’t be happier.

Their computers are riddled with viruses and spyware and malware. They DO NOT run any virus protection ever. Through a flash drive I used they ruined my laptop with viruses and malware completely ruined my equippment.

The price was good, that's what I thought first. But this turned out such a bad experience. First all, they don't response email right away. I've received a reply 4 days later after I called them. A person who took my order was really rude. I ordered my business card with all my information in my very first email. But this lady (Alison) keep changing, took the old font from my old business card, she was going to print 1 side-my new business card, other side-my old business card. Why???? I simply wanted to order one-sided print new business card. Well, she misunderstood what I wrote about details after many emails exchanged, and then she changed everything as she wanted, sent the another proof with total different one. (She copied everything from my email signature. Again, WHY????) She ended up screaming over the phone, "I don't have a time to do this!!! You didn't ask you that!!! Just see emails!!!" Is this normal salesperson's attitude? She didn't care the customer. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!
Basic robbery. Worst place I've ever seen ! They charge 3$ each printing process in addition to the actual price. 9$ for 20 printed pages.
We had a complex print job for an exhibition--we had lots of back and forth and short deadlines--and VC totally came through, and gave us beautiful materials and great service. We would definitely use this place again for anything similar, and I like very much the non-chain atmosphere. Very helpful front desk people, too.
I had my most recent passport photograph taken at Best Copy & Shipping on the corner of Broadway and West 101st Street in Manhattan, and it cost substantially less than other nearby places that would have charged $15+ tax.
In addition to reasonably-priced photocopy services, either color or black and white, there is a shipping service for FedEx and DHL, and an area of flat-screen computers for Internet services for tourists or those without a computer at home.
Best Copy & Shipping provides good services at reasonable prices, and the place is clean and quiet.

After sending via email a print job that I gave them two hours to accomplish they still had not done it. When he told me to resend it from his computer he pushed me when I couldn't bring it up.
Yes, they get the job done. But so do hundreds of other copy places in NYC. Overpriced is an understatement. I came to them with a very specific amount of copies to be done, so they gave me the total price. When when I came back to get the copies, I was surprised to find they were charging me $8 more from the initial price I was given. The guy with the long hair who works there is extremely rude. I will certainly never go back there, even though I'm a Columbia student and it's convenient location-wise. TERRIBLE PLACE.
I think it is professional, offering the kind of binding I wanted. The staff there is kind and efficient. Others say it's expensive, I think the price is acceptable. The binding was $2.75 and the cover was $4 before tax.
