Got myself a nice passport picture!
they just did a big order for me, exceptionally fast, at a reasonable price. they even called to clarify something about my online order, really to offer to add something. i've always found the staff to be kind and helpful.

Best place for passport photos. It took less than 5 minutes to get mine and they turned out so pretty. They’re also quite affordable ($15 for 4 pics).Very polite and friendly staff. Definitely coming back!
Extremely unprofessional!! I called a day ahead the day prior to get business cards printed for an event. The man on the phone was not friendly but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I placed my order for the next day. I arrived for pickup and the man in the shop couldn't locate my email. Then AFTER I waste my time resending it to him, he tells me he can't print it on the day of. Which is why I placed the order the day prior!!! Which left me with no cards for a business event.
This is a revised review. I initially had a bad experience with one employee but won’t hold it against the business. However, the manager reached out to me personally to reconcile the situation. I was pleasantly surprised by the call and he offered to redo the print work. I would definitely recommend Park Slope Copy Center they have been my trusted source for getting materials printed over the past few years, the manager is responsive and truly does care about the business and satisfying the clients.
Way too expensive and hide the prices. Small paper poster print costs >$80 and no way to see standard prices - only to contact their sales and they quote you personally - shady.

We've been printing by them A LOT for a while. Recently, they made mistakes, refused to take responsibility and charged us for it. We tried contacting them regarding the issue but there was no one to talk to. We're now printing with their competition. Not a smart way to grow/hold on to your customers.
This is the place to go whenever you need some printing on anything. Good service. Quick service, pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend it

They tried to charge me for a UPS drop-off (a free UPS service), then said “this is America” when I questioned it. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and lacking in common decency. I will walk 4 more blocks and go to the UPS store.
I went into the shop with an unusual request to print an image on thicker paper than what printers usually handle. They were willing to give it a try and produced just what I needed for my project. Excellent service.

Overall I have had decent experiences at Park Slope Copy Shop. The positive ones usually make up for the negative ones. However, this last experience really ruined things.
Three - four weeks ago I got a small print order done, they were able to do it same day and was less than $9 before tax. Super great and easy experience and the employee was kind and nice.
This week I went back to get the same order and the only difference was the images but size, card stock, and everything else was the same. Different employee, employee B says that my order needed to be put in through the website but they guess they could help me in shop. Then when we’re going through the specifics they said they couldn’t do it and if they did then the size would be different and I’d have to fix it myself. They dismissed me when I tried to say I got this exact order done by the shop earlier this month. I decided to not go through with the order and will take my business elsewhere. I just don’t understand how one employee was able to do my order perfectly and another employee is telling me they don’t do it at all.

I go here often (mostly to print return slips and send away USPS/UPS) and the team is always fast, nice and courteous. Great neighborhood shop

I went here to fax out a few pages. The price on the wall said $2. The woman charged me $5. Does it really cost that much to fax a few sheets of paperwork ? I know inflation but that's just ridiculous.
They said they’ll have it for me a certain time and they did great work. I appreciate it.

HIGHLY recommend, I was able to email them my files and 20+ page script before walking over to their shop, they quickly printed it all very affordably, and I was in and out within minutes. The whole thing took maybe 15-20 minutes from sending the email to picking up the prints? I couldn't believe the speed. Will def be back, so so kind and helpful too!

I’d like to thank Milton and his team for an amazing help and service throughout the years I’ve lived in the area. The returns they provide, the printing and the quality of paper is excellent! It’s been a pleasure coming in there, where you are always welcomed with the smile and simple “how are you?”. You know, sometimes it’s just makes your day, seeing how sincere and kind people are.

After years as a happy customer for my business printing, I no longer will print here due to their bait and switch/ ripoff pricing. I put in an order as usual and the price they quoted was 3x more than it ever was .

Old manager was amazing . The new young kids that run the place are dishonest , will paid your bill and pretend it is normal prices . I have invoices from here for years - these kids are fleecing you . Frauds . Can no longer recommend .

They are helpful, understanding, patient, and produce quality work. They make excellent photos, copies, and makes accurate key duplicates. I left important certificates I had them copy but do to rushing to get to the next place I had to go, unknowingly left them. They secured the certificates and emailed me. They are the best!
Excellent customer service! I am glad I decide to take my passport photo here after I have looked through several places. The price is very reasonable (4 pictures for $15). The photographer advises me exactly what to do, so I get great pictures.

I went to the place at 8:45 am and waited until 9:30 am. No body showed up. I had to wait 45mins out in cold wishing that they’d show up and open the place and finally I gave up and am going back home.
These guys turned it out for us! We had an event this weekend and needed two shirts printed. They got the job done in less than 3 hours and the colors are exact! We use Neon fluorescent pink in our design and we’re worried the print may not be able to print that. It did and we are thrilled! Very responsive and very grateful for this team.
Amazing. This is actually the only copy place that I use. And not even just for the convenient location. The staff is amazing in assisting me with the sizes and best ways to get the most for my money. Their patience with my son when I come in for lengthier projects has turned into a super cool relationship. He loves it there as much as I do! Social distancing is respected which I appreciate as well. There are times I’m in a rush & I just email them and I’m in and out! Really helpful place. As and event planner & art teacher I’m always in there for something and I truly wouldn’t rather give my business to anyone else !
All around meh. Yes, it is conveniently located, and no, it isn't a ripoff, but it is also annoyingly slow to print double sided documents, and the system of submitting and paying via email is slow and clunky. Also, you have to buy "credit" in fixed amounts instead of just paying for the sheets you print, so you almost always end up overpaying.
I’m very happy with my experience at NYC Fast Print. They have good customer service, they help with your image quality and the fliers are very good quality as well.I will definitely be coming back as they also had them ready on the same day.

The Park Slope Copy Center is the go-to place for all your office printing needs and more. There are two well-maintained self-serve black & white / color printers, as well as personal counter service for more elaborate copy jobs. I especially love their customer set-up for printing digital files from one their computers, either via internet cloud-based file access, or via your own thumb-drive. It’s an easy and user-friendly setup. The staff is super-professional and always cheery. Do check out all their services, as they can do quite elaborate print jobs. Highly recommended.

I can't believe that you actually made it happen. I called you, I told you what recordings, you were able to locate them online with the information I provided, and you literally completed the job in less than 10 minutes efficiently. The second time I used them it didn’t work, my document didn’t print and the service knew it but they still charged me $4 for “credits”. When I emailed and said it didn’t print and asked them to refund the charge they didn’t seem to think there was anything wrong with charging me for credits even though I didn’t get my printout. So weird, makes this a less attractive service in my opinion.
**2022 Edit: Even through COVID Graphic Color continued to provided excellent, timely service! Owner is super friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Always go here for all my business printing needs, and to support the small businesses in the neighborhood.

Remarkable how easy it was! I was nervous it would just print the front email page and not the attachments. However, it new to print the attachments only. Was really impressed by how seamless it was. Email to web address, enter credit card info and your documents print.
Super easy to print. You just have to email a pdf to the provided email address and then you pay from your phone and your pages print right there. I looked for a different option to print because I hate that the UPS store charges $3 plus 17 cents for every page! that adds up when you just need to print a couple things. I will definitely use PrintWithMe again I am really glad I discovered it!
Pretty good experience. I realized I needed to print something while visiting a friend in Brooklyn, so it was convenient that this was in the area, and the price was reasonable. My only issue was that somebody else printed something right before me, and the printer took a very long time to print the other person's document (it was only about 20 pages), so I had to wait about 10 minutes before my document printed.
Very convenient place to have a print kiosk as The Bean is open all days of the week, most other places aren't as accessible. I went for a visit on Saturday afternoon, and the cafe was super busy, but as the kiosk is all the way in the back I could actually stand there for a bit without being bothered by all the other customers. It was my first experience with printwithme, and it worked really well and fast. I do think that the print costs are pretty expensive, as I paid 1,08 dollar for just 1 page B&W, but maybe that's ridiculous NY prices..
The staff at the bean were so helpful. Even with technical difficulties on the system side the print with me manager worked to help me get my printed and scanned items done quickly.
