Absolutely delightful experience at Piati Restaurant! My wife and I enjoyed delicious pizza in an authentically Italian atmosphere. The only downside was the cleanliness of the restroom, which could be improved. Nonetheless, we'll definitely be returning for more culinary adventures. Highly recommended !

Friendly staff and amazing location. However the salad and soup buffet wasn’t set up to par. Missing soup bowls and spoons, the kitchen staff brought us some straight from the dishwasher. Nonetheless, table service was awesome. Theresa our server was amazing and kept checking on us. Thank you for doing your best and making us want to come back!

We have tried several dishes at the restaurant ranging from pasta to pizza to chicken main course along with a couple of appetizers. The food is ok but it’s not the best italian food i have tried. They offer a basket of bread ( which is not tasty) and a salad bowl. The decoration was nice and the staff were really nice. The service was quick and the prices are reasonable when they have an offer.

Very good experience for a casual night out dinner. The place is very soothing and gives a good nature vibe. Not to forget our server, Ms. Donna, she did a marvellous job and served us very well. Will visit here agian with friends and family for events too.
Piatto was by far one of the best restaurants I have ever tried in Riyadh so far in terms of food, atmosphere, and service. The lemon chicken, the firewood pizza, and the dynamite shrimp were made not just right but also to perfection. The host was very polite and attentive and listed carefully to our questions while politely suggesting alternatives. The place offers a unique atmosphere, and a lot of work has been put into the tiniest detail. Parking was easy to get right in front of the restaurant. Forgot to mention the super cleanliness it maintained. Food was reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

You should increase the staff, the service is slow because you have 1 waiter! However, we were hospitalized by him and he was respectful but it was so obvious that he was extremely tired of the pressure. Please hire more manpower to have better service.
the place was empty yet the food took forever to get here, and the service overall was bad. there’s no soap in the restrooms and the toilet in the ladies room was broken. the chicken was too salty.

The restaurant’s fancy decoration will fool you that they serve clean and fresh food ! Unfortunately I got the worst food poisoning ever ! I am still recovering after 4 days ! I ordered vegetable Ravioli it was horrible ! While I was eating it I could taste it wasn’t fresh and not only that there was no vegetables! It was filled with cheese and it is definitely wasn’t fresh cheese , the tomato sauce had this bitterness you know it wasn’t fresh, I ordered chicken balls , it was absolutely horrible as well , there was nothing but cheese, I am sure the cheese was expired this is the only reason that explains the horrible food poisoning I got :( and on top of all of that their prices don’t meet the horrible quality of their dishes…
Having lived in the Middle East for 20+ years, I can confirm that this is the best Italian cuisine restaurant .... by far! The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and well aware of their menu. They could make the right recommendations on what we should order.

One of the favorite Italian restaurants in Saudi Arabia. The quality standard is equally high in any city in the country, in any branch. I really liked the restaurant in Riyadh Front: spacious and cozy, with polite and friendly staff. Fast food preparation and good service!
All around 5 stars. Our servers name was Mohammed and the bartender who made my mocktail (he looked filipino, I didn’t get his name) we’re both so wonderful and positive. They made sure we were comfortable, liked our food and frequently asked about our wellbeing. The bartender customized my drink just based off my preference and he accepted the challenge. I got the truffle cappelletti and my husband got the spicy seafood spaghetti alongside their signature Morini salad, oh it was soooo good! I would come again and highly recommend this restaurant.
Where do i start the food, the atmosphere or the service. All three were amazing it felt like you are eating in italy, the delicious pizza or the best lasagna you have tasted which leaves you wanting bite after bite. Or the stretchy cheese bread which each bite has you expieriencing nirvana. Love Love will be back when i want an italian kick. Chris is amazing with helping you pick out something new and tasty to try.
The level of the restaurant and the food served in it decreased, the service was very slow, the cleanliness of the tables was poor, and the chairs were full of stains and unclean. Among the orders was orange juice. The cups were not clean at all. I asked them to change them to paper cups. My experience in general was bad. I will not repeat the experience.

I am a regular customer for Piatto. You can't go wrong with menu selections. Everything they serve is tasty. The pizza is wonderful. The pasta is great. And juice always tastes fresh.

Loved the spaghetti with meatballs. It actually feels like you're sitting in an italian restaurant. Loved their ambiance and food presentation. Hats off to the chef though.
It’s a beautiful cozy Resturant. The seating area is small and limited so I would recommend making a reservation before visiting.

The cuisine is authentic Neapolitan Italian, so don’t expect chicken in pasta or pineapple on pizza here, La Rustica is the real deal!

The Food & Service here is guaranteed since years and always reliable. Ajay provide excellent, knowledgeable and efficient service, nothing was too much trouble with the right amount of interaction and communication a customer needs.

For some reason this place felt significantly more expensive in comparison to the other two older branches. The food is ok, but definitely not worth its value. Staff are lovely and interior is different from its old style. I would rather go to the old branches.

Order from hungerstation driver ows me 5.5 riyals honest review tasted more like a I liked the ranch pizza the chicken was incredible wish they add more ranch sauce 8 out of 10 the Mexican was also good not the best avocado was a little cold needs more spiciness 7 out 10 the india was not much the sauce was delicious im a fan of rains but the kind they used with it messed it the texture was off 5 out of 10 so to some it up I'd rate the experience over all a 7 out 10 I'd prefer domino's pizza next time 👍🏻

For drinks, Living Sand which is mix of mango, passion fruits and mint, was refreshing.

The dessert bombolini was beatitful. Nothing beats a fresh doughnut... gorgeous 😍

The place needs a MAJOR RENOVATION . The food was alright but I dont think I would come back again, it just doesn't look like a place that's clean and well taken care of.

What an amazing experience! this is by far the best Italian restaurant in Riyadh, in all aspects, cleanliness, quality of food (Ravioli stuffed with meat and tiramisu are a must try), in addition to friendliness of staff, especially Mohamed (The Manager) is very professional and took very good care of us.

Wow! Wow! Just Wow! The place was majestic, the balcony area were wonderful. The interior design matches the walls, tables and chairs. The servers were so attentive and mindful and the best thing is that they’re always smiling and for me that’s plus. Although the price is a little bit expensive but damn the pistachio cake was superb.
One thing I’d like to suggest is that, change all the cups for coffee to ceramics. Plastic fiber glass is fine but ceramics can hold the coffee hot for too long. Just saying! 😊 over all experience was lovely 💓

Delicious food and fast service. You reach it by getting into the backyard building and you’ll find it on the second floor. We took some time looking for it, there were no signs on how to reach it. Worth it though🤍

I am a big fan of the original Roma restaurant and I have been wanting to try this one for a little while. It has a very good location but the food was average. I went for my friend’s birthday celebration and the staff were sooooooo nice.

- Tortellini Ai Funghi with pink sauce 7/10
- Spigola Alla Midetrranea (Grilled Seabass with lemon sauce) 8/10

Honestly, i wasn’t impressed at all.
Service is very good and staff are professionals. however, for the food Pastas were very good but all ither orders were below average

Food below average their pasta was tasteless and their pizza has only tomato paste without enough cheese 👎🏼 The area is open and it’s very hot 🥵
This is one of the restaurants that we will surely visit and dine again some other time. The interior is very nice, well lighted and the ambience is very good. The food are also very sumptous especially the "Apple Avocado salad". The service staff are also friendly and attentive to their guests.

The lasagna taste good but a little burned, the pizza is bad unfortunately ❌
The soup and the botato is average, but I would like to mention that the serves is good and the staff is friendly, maybe their is other dishes that are good idk

I ordered flat white, Molten cake and Omm Ali sweet,, it was nice but not so good the sweet was too sweetie,, I may visit it in the future and try their breakfast it sounds good
I tipi di formaggio is a must.
I loved their pastas white , red and green.

Had a dinner here and I Love the food, the vibes and specially the classic music was given a good mood. I’m going to try it again for breakfast.
Thanks a ton to OreganoPizzeria and in particular to Nishad for a special evening. My son celebrated his birthday here with some of his friends. Everything from ambience, pizza, pasta, chicken, potatoeswedges, salad, mojito, etc were excellent. The service was super, especially the support from ever smiling Nishad. They have a large menu to choose from and the quality is good. Highly recommended
The worst place ever. My order came 35 min late. And my ceaser salad looks like only box with salad. I tried contact with them- they said there is no difference between my salad and salad in the photo of website! I didn’t find any cherry and cheese in my salad! I paid 40 riyal for nothing! Not recommend this place to no one! Salad is horrible and service is horrible!
We have been here several times and each time not only is the food excellent ( too many delicious things but our favorite is the saj, full arabic breakfast, French toast and the chocolate soufflé ) but the service is outstanding. This has become my daughter’s favorite place and she wanted to come here for her birthday breakfast this year. Thank you and we look forward to returning many times.

Lovley place. Outdoor seating really comfortable especially if the weather so nice. I order cold drink and toast and I enjoy it. I will come again to to enjoy the time. Recommended for family.
The Good small restaurant with delicious pizza. Not expencive but very tasty. The interior desing nice. If you want something good and not expencive this is for sure good place. The menu is big . 🤍🤍👌

Very delicious Italian cuisine!! I tried this pizza margarita and their signature mushrooms and truffle risotto which was exquisite. Very rich in flavors and freshly made.
I also tried their mushroom ravioli, it was very good. Also had the cream soup and quinoa salad both were up to standard.

Oregano Pizzeria was amazing. The chicken wings were phenomenal, the pizza crust was crispy and the flavor was great. The pasta was delightful. The service was quick and the staff was polite and always smiling.

The choco-carmello was very delicious, the tart pastry is very light and flaky and the sweetness is balanced.

Got an Invite to try out @oreganocompany few days back and was quite impressed. They have branches all around Riyadh and they serve mainly pizzas, pastas and some starters along with salads and desserts. We tried their famous Mexican pizza and loved it. The crust was perfect and the dough for the pizza was freshly prepared. Didn’t like the Avacado though, so I removed it. 🙈
For pastas we tried their Alfredo pasta which is in white sauce and loved it. It was creamy with chicken chunks and served hot, Food coma. 😍

Perfect ambiance. Authentic food. The staff and hospitality is beyond perfection. Tho they do need to have some loyalty or reward system. Exotic food and fresh juices are prepared freshly and the sense of healthy yet tasty is incredible.

Loved the food but the whole family section wasn't great for us especially where we were seated in, very closed & small even though we asked for an open area. The service was kinda good but most of the time they were really slow.
Good view and outdoor tables, Arabic coffee portion was a little barely enough for two i didn’t like that and didn’t like the prices, however the deserts were delicious.
Waiting time for getting what you order was long up to 30 min to get desert! 2 stars for the view and the atmosphere 2 for the delicious dishes that’s all😒
