I always forget the waiters real name but they call him Jovi's because hes super tall been going to the gold reef one since he was a waiting and now a supervisor !! always spending time and food and drinks good and quick !! 10/10

Food is a disaster. Pizza bland. Pasta grossly overcooked and sold as gluten free when it's normal pasta. Pasta had no flavor either. Requested extra avo. Had to remind the waiter when the food came.

We waited 45min before the starters and mains arrived simultaneously! Instead of separate. Waiter didn't come around after serving first drinks.
Manager was condescending and arrogant when we complained. He was right and we were wrong.

Kids were constantly screaming the whole time.

We'll never support panarottis again

Yoh they did me dirty shem.. I couldn't even eat my Pizza I ordered two pizza for take away my mistake was not checking If the orders are okay...burnt and both raw I. Am heart broken I don't wanna lie I simply can't eat this. Who do I even call?

Superb service needs to be mentioned. Martin you are amazing. Your type of infectious service will bring people back. Well done.

First of all, we love that there is a huge play area for the children. They also had a special where children eat a free meal when you order a main meal. All the portions are nice and big, so definitely worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a decent vegetarian meal here. Lots of options available. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The Creamy Spinach and Feta Pasta was delicious. Two of us had this and both thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Another member of my party had the Crumbed Veg stack. She enjoyed it. Meal took longer than ours to arrive though. However portion size was really big. She couldn't finish the meal. The salad was so big we had to help her finish it. Salad was great, with Danish Feta. My wife's Vegan chicken and Mushroom sub was not so thoroughly enjoyed.

The service was nice. It's not really a sit down restuarant because it's small but the food was tasty and filling. The staff is nice but I didn't like the part of not getting the chillie/mayo and parmesan on the side like what we normally get at the normal panarottis but other than that it was nice
