Fantastic restaurant. Excellent varied menu. Between 3 of we had the lasagna, penne boulogese, and a raclette pizza. All excellent, with filling, but not so big as to leave any behind. Desserts were superb as well! Courteous, friendly staff, quick service, even when near capacity. Very much worth looking for, if you are in Gerardmer. I highly recommend La Roma.
Nice food, 1 waitress was extremely rude, the other was fine, I know we are English people in France but was really not acceptable, shame.
Food and service very good, but quite a long wait at the beginning to the point we thought they had forgotten us completely.
The service was very good, we did not call beforehand and got our pizzas within 8 minutes. We had a royale and a 4 fromagi. And both were very good. The olives on the royale however, were not very tasty. There wasn't really place to sit inside though. So for take away a very good pizzaria with nice people. Would definitely recommend!
Ik hou enorm veel van pizza. Ik heb er al veel gegeten, maar dit is absoluut de beste. Lekker deeg, goede grootte en HEEL goed belegd. Dat laatste zie je niet meer vaak. Chapeau! Zeker een aanrader.
Absolutely amazing restaurant, but make a reservation ahead or come as soon as they open, very long lines. Live music, great food (especially the pizza, best I've had in a long time!!!) and atmosphere, quickest service we received in France. Little bit of a language barrier with our waiter but this is common in this area of France. We could really feel we we're on vacation. Thank you!
I ordered the andouillette. Maybe some people enjoy this, but having naively thought this was a regular 'sausage' and failed to Google properly to understand what I was contemplating eating for my evening meal, I went ahead and ordered this. The waitress happily took my order, without any pause to ask the simple foreigner if he was sure this was what he wanted, rather than a nice pizza. If only she might have asked if I liked stinking offal, I might well have chosen something else. To be fair, the three others in my party enjoyed their meals. My andouillette however, was, to be frank, the worst thing I have eaten - ever. It smelled bad and tasted worse. It should be banned and anyone who thinks this is food for humans, needs to try their dog's tinned meat, which can only be better than what I was presented with as food. My ice cream was fine and the wine was nice.

I'm giving this a 5 star review off the food alone, which is very good. The spaghetti carbonara were fantastic and the pizza was great. The service was a bit lackluster as we had to ask 4 times for another wine glass till they finally paid attention. Atmosphere is nice, but it gets increasingly crowded and there's always a line starting off at 7pm.

The Pizza we ate here was really good! We were early when they opened and there already was a line waiting, but it was well worth the wait.

A lovely little place where we enjoyed very good pizza with a nice bottle of wine
Très bonnes pizzas, copieuses. Accueil sympathique.
We had the goat cheese salad, la raclette pizza and the tartiflette, then ended our meal with tiramisu and moelleux. Every single thing was delicious. Service was fast and easygoing. Perfect evening, thank you!

Kleines, gemütliches Restaurant, öffnet im Gegensatz zu vielen Restaurants auch schon um 18 Uhr, was für Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern angenehm ist, damit nicht alles so spät wird.
Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr leckere Pizza und Nudeln, hat groß und klein sehr gut geschmeckt (einzig die Bolognese für die Kinder war leider sehr salzlastig, aber sonst geschmacklich auch gut).
Schneller und aufmerksamer Service, nette Bedienungen. Essen kam schnell und die Kinder bekamen als erstes serviert, sodass sie nur kurz warten mussten.
Kindermenü für 11€ bestehend aus entweder Pizza oder Nudeln und einem Dessert (von der Portionsgröße aber auch eine ordentliche Portion und tolle, selbstgemachte Mousse au chocolat!). Am Ende noch eine kleine Süßigkeit für die Kleinen beim Rausgehen 😊

Great pizza. We enjoyed dining here and also the take away menu. Do make sure to check the pizza before driving back home to avoid confusion due to english/french translation :)
Pizzas were good. No pizza with chicken. Wash room were clean. People were kind and good service provided.
Delicious pizzas for take-away and very friendly personnel. Called up front to arrange a time for pick-up and the pizzas were fresh out of the oven.
2x Pizza Reine 20 Euro (gut und ok) und 2 grosse Bier und eine Dose Cola fürs Kind nochmals 22.50 Euro für die 3 Getränke = 42.50 Euro = viel zu teuer / keine Rechnung erhalten... Auf Nachfrage bei der Kassiererin wäre der Preis so korrekt... Nie wieder...
Wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) waren in unserem Urlaub zweimal in dieser Pizzeria. Das Essen war phantastisch, sowohl die Salate, wie die Pasta, als auch die Pizzen sind einfach nur lecker.
Zum Abschluss gab es Dessert wie Mousse Chocolate und Creme Brulee.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir können La Roma uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Really good food, most of the staff speaks English
I liked the atmosphere and the service was very good. We came early (19:00) and the place quickly became full, so it's very popular it seems. Food was good and not high prices, so I'll probably come again!!
One of the best pizzas I have tried, burrata could however have been a little warm instead of just being cold on top
We were satisfied with all our orders. Spaghetti San Remo is a must try for seafood lovers. We went on a Saturday night and had called to make a reservation but we were advised to arrive early because they really get packed quickly. And indeed, the restaurant was still closed but there were people already queueing when we arrived. The wait was not long, but it’s a really busy restaurant, so better to arrive 10-15 mins before they open.

Iconic restaurant in Gérardmer! Perfectly located near the lake, and with a very nice terrace (unfortunately we visited during the winter in a rainy day, so we couldn’t enjoy it). We were here in December, so I also attached the menu from today 29.12.2021.
We went for the Russian Rigatoni (pasta) with shrimps and vodka sauce, soup du jour (daily soup) and the blueberries tarte (that comes with a coup of ice-cream - Miam!).

The host was very nice and helpful, and it’s easy to order and get around even if you don’t speak French.
The interior is very cozy and it’s perfect to relax after skiing.

Fantastic Italian restaurant. Been here twice and was great each time! The pizzas are incredible! The service was pleasant and kind. Would definitely visit again! Definitely book a table in advance!

The food was quite good, my pizza was really tasty, my dad's pork meat with tofaille was good, but my mum had the Salade Vosgienne and was not really satisfied, we could expect better for a Vosges specialty in the Vosges. The staff was not that friendly, not unfriendly, but, well, we had better experiences. The service wasn't great either, although it was not crowded, it was sometimes long, we had to ask 3 times to get some more water and had to wait forever to get the bill. Not sure we would go back.
Incredibly rude manager! As bikepackers we would like to drink something as a quick stop. The owner however did not even let us finish our question and sent us immediately away. Even if the place is 'only eating' the arrogance of the guy was unacceptable.
The best pizza I have tasted outside of Italy. There is a lot of choice for Pizza in Gérardmer, but these guys use authentic Italian ingredients and methods for a really great result.
One of the best pizzeria’s I have ever been to. I ordered the pizza Vesuvio and all the ingredients were fresh! I really loved it. Also the tiramisu was amazing. The ambiance was good, the only thing I missed was the Italian music.
Amazing amount of topping! And delicious as well. Best pizzas we've had in a long time. Highly recommended!
