Got half of 24 slice pizza order wrong yesterday and replaced the whole thing. Had to wait an hour and a half for the new pizza, but that type of customer service still deserves 5 stars. The new pizza was really tasty.

Honestly it's a nice family oriented place that makes nice food, but the wait time is unbearable. You wait so long after you have ordered even though the place isn't full of customers.

Business networking breakfast on a Friday morning. Loved the venue but due to timing factors the food was not the best. Somewhat dry and over cooked. Also find it pricy for what we did get

This is our regular Friday night outing. Excellent food and service. The live entertainment is fantastic, great bands playing great music. The owner is lovely and very hands on. They also have a play area for the kids and secure parking. Definitely worth a visit!

Whoever made our pizzas wore so damn much perfume that we tasted it and funny enough I can actually tell you wich perfume it is.R350 pizza into the bin because someone thought off smelling sexy today and made alot of people feel ill 👎🤢🤮

It was my first time eating at this Restaurant was very excited guess what waitress provided us with a Menu we placed our orders, Few minutes later she came back offered us Sandwich while we waiting for our order to my surprise our order was not placed the Sandwich she offered was the Breakfast she wanted us to eat imagine wrong order why😞🤔

Went for supper tonight, what a pleasure to go and sit with no loud music or waiters screaming to each other, was perfect after a long day and just sat and relax. Ethan is a gem, probably the best waiter we've had in a long time. Your female Managerres excellent. Will recommend you where ever we go. Keep it up 👌👌👌

This is by far my favorite restaurant regardless of the occasion, be it a birthday, lunch with my mom, date night or simply Tuesday pasta nights! The food is exceptional and the portions served match what you pay for, and it would be disappointing if they ever change this. And then the staff.. I have never met a more friendly staff compliment, you're always greeted with a smile and excitement, and this goes on from the minute you walk in, up until you walk out again. Regardless of their occupation within the restaurant, each and every staff member greets you with a warm smile as they pass you.. this is one of the main reasons why we have been going there for the past few years on a regular basis and why we will continue to go back, the staff the food the atmosphere! A humble thank you to all the staff members at DelForno Sunward Park, from management all the way through to the kitchen staff, barista's for always going above and beyond, you truly make it worth every single cent spent! Never change!

We love visiting Del Forna Sunward Park. The staff are always friendly and the service is excellent, not to mention the outstanding food. Thank you for being our date night go to restaurant.

We were there for dinner few days ago and It was top notch👌. Our waiter Nelson was exceptional! We stopped being Patrons before because of the previous management and service but we are back fully now. I recommend delforno Sunward park

We were served a Coca Cola 1,5 litres that’s about to expire.

The taste was off with no gas. See picture 2 served in a wine glass even. We politely called the serving waiter to make her aware of the situation. She called the manager a tall black guy, we explained the situation to him, he said that the coke tastes normal to him. We showed him the expiration date. He then asked us what we would like to have instead since all their coca colas have the same date. He gave us options we requested for a sprite of the same size. As we waited for our promised beverage some guy claiming to be the owner came without even introducing himself, With no name tag in casual clothes told us that he won’t be giving us any new beverage but what he can do is give us another half coke with gas with the same expiration date. We then had a back and forth conversation for quiet sometime. We then opted for a refund. He then went away and left us at the table as if we are not his dear costumers.

Note: when we ordered the drink in the first place we were asked if we want the drink to come already poured for us at the bar or we would like to pour it ourselves at our table. Mhmm shady🤨. If they poured it for us at the bar we wouldn’t know or we pour be surprised with the taste and no justifiable explanation.

Be careful of drink and/or food poisoning in this place.

NB: check the expiration date on your drinks at most.

I ordered a Lasagna, I don't know what THAT THING is, and yet, that thing still cost me R110

Service was friendly and food came quickly. Staff were very attentive. Wine selection for glasses was limited. Food was average. Pasta was ok - the sauce vs pasta ratio seemed unbalanced. There wasn’t enough pasta in the dish. Pizza was very dense and salty. While the crust was thin it did not have that Italian chew that you expect from an authentic Italian restaurant.

To the owner. Just thought you should know your employees are working a scam whereby they put the credit card machine signal off somehow, and it declines card payments. Then they ask for cash payments, and ask a person to go draw money.I said no, then they asked me to EWallet to one of the employees!!! Can you effing believe it!?!? I declined that because I know they're just typical South African employed thieves!!! watch out!!

The first time I ordered they gave me burnt Lasagna, and again today they gave me the wrong order after paying so much money for extras

Best place when you’re looking for a late night treat or snack, Lucky, as the manager, is a super guy to chat to over the phone when you’re placing your order. Accurate orders and friendly staff. An all round great experience. Far better than any other food delivery service I’ve used.

I feel something needs to be done with the services here....otherwise that is a very peaceful environment...less crowdy but honestly I was not pleased with the service I got there ...it's like the lady who was serving our table had no idea of what was on the menu or maybe she's just still new, and my prawns were burned yooh Jehovah 😫😫I couldn't even finish my meal then I decided to get a take away only to get home and just find everything mixed up, the lady just literally mixed everything in one take away she also added the sauce on top not even a smaller container

Coming here when it's football season is the worst thing you can do. The patrons don't pay attention to you as their focus is on the screen. The gentleman at the till messed up my order and then called other people to serve me

We were going just on to eat some small things after work and were surprised how nice it was.

I will never eat there again. The service was okay, but the food was very mediocre. The pork spare ribs were tasty, but the chips were appalling. The mango juice was very nice as was the glass of water. There were
only 3 people in the restaurant which tells a lot about it. Something needs to be done to improve it.

Best Italian restaurant in the North. The food and atmosphere are amazing. The owner is super sweet. I have brought friends here, and they loved it! The pollo marsala is the best. The thin base foccacia with cheese is excellent!
Don't miss out on the date night on a Monday night. What a bargain!

Pizza and pasta is really good. There is less meat in them compared to other places, but their prices are also very fair, and the meal was enjoyable. The chicken strips and chips were disappointing. Dessert was large portions and were good.

Atmosphere is casual and relaxed, service was excellent. Unfortunately you have to pay for the bread for the table.

Overall an enjoyable experience if you stick with just the Italian meals, and we really felt that we got bigger value for what we paid. Will definitely return.

If you’re looking for an amazing pizza, you have to visit this place. I love that they also offer the Banting cauliflower base with their pizza. I really enjoyed my meal. The pastas are also great. Keep up the great service!

Del Forno Sunninghill is conveniently located in the Chilli Lane on Top centre, which overlooks Sunninghill. It is wedged between Spur and Dischem and offers great weekday deals on pizzas and pastas. They are child friendly and have comfortable seating. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff pleasant. Apart from being on Uber eats, they have their own app through which you may place orders and score even better deals on their menu items. If you're in the area, go check them out!

The entire meal was a disaster. We ordered a 1litre sangria and it it tasted watered down and it smelt awful. The pizzas we have were lacking taste, the customer service was. Overall a horrible experience.

This strip mall restaurant seems a bit tired. Perhaps a nighttime visit with lights and music might have improved my rating. But, during the day, it's a bit sad.
The entrance is completely blocked by random tables where even sadder housewives sit and play candy crush and drink wine.
The focaccia was very thin based and just OK.
I don't think I will visit this establishment again.

Irvine, the manager made my quick in and out for a cappuccino an absolute. Thanks for that Irvine. Also, I had just change a battery for a client and my hands were dirty as hell, and what a surprise, there is a basin in the store to clean your hand, what a pleasure. By the way the cappuccino is fantastic

I had the most wonderful experience hosting my son's 2nd birthday at this restaurant! The service was outstanding from start to finish, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They accommodated all our requests with a smile, making the event stress-free.

As for the food, it was simply amazing! The menu offered a great variety of delicious options, catering to both kids and adults. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The chefs truly impressed us with their culinary skills.

The restaurant also went the extra mile to ensure a festive and joyful atmosphere. The kids had a blast, and even the adults were thoroughly entertained.

Overall, I can't praise this restaurant enough for their exceptional service and top-notch food. Hosting my son's 2nd birthday here was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience with great service.

Really enjoyed the food. I had a pasta and I'll be back to try more of them. My husband had the pizza which also had good flavour. The waiter was excellent. Cute setting.

I had dinner at this establishment and I must say the food was too good, I had Mexican pizza and espatada. Their selection of non alcoholic drinks is fair.
Although the bathrooms are not separated to male and female and there was no paper towels to wipe my hands after washing them.

Relaxed atmosphere, great little kids play area and friendly staff. Pizza and Pasta are always winners. The large pizzas are especially good for functions and parties.

The food was really terrible and the service is bad. The waiter charged us for things we didn’t order, if we didn’t check everything one by one we could have paid for things we had no idea about.

I believe mimmos can do better. It is really terrible.

The food is nice, most of time we order the take away, they can delivery as well.
There is special for pasta on Monday, my kid enjoy the pasta.

It's been my second visit this year and I've always had a good experience. Pizzas & Pastas are absolutely delicious! Reasonably Priced meals and friendly staff. Italian food at its best! I orderd the Espania & Orto Pizza at my last visit which I really enjoyed! Bonus! They on the Entertainer App!

Was so looking forward to this experience, the first time trying out this particular del forno .. most of the things we ordered were great however a friend that ordered the steak dish got violently ill from food poisoning which soured the entire experience.. it's a shame cause I definitely would have went back. The waiter was also super friendly.

Super service, great milkshakes, pizza was delightful and Prince was very helpful and friendly.. We will visit again and again - call for your takeaway today

09.09.2018 Firstly let me say why i am giving them such a high rating - their service. From arrival to the time we left, every single staff member was friendly, welcoming and so helpful on a freezing cold morning and our waitress Precious was a super star. As for food i think we were too adventurous or rather the menu is, and our food took quite a while to arrive. In theory the combos sounds fabulous, but taste wise it isnt.

I tried the New and Improved Americano Breakfast. Sadly i think not. Triple decker flapjacks with scrambled eggs, bacon, sauteed mushrooms, cheddar cheese covered with maple syrup. I'm not sure if a fried egg would do it better justice, the mushrooms tasted like canned mushrooms and the cheddar went hard so i literally lifted it off and put aside. I would have rather just had the flapjacks with bacon and maple syrup and maybe feta cheese?

My friend had the Breakfast pizza which looked really good. My mom had the usual breakfast stuff, simple yet effective. Bacon, Eggs, Toast, Tomato and Chips. My sister tried the Salmon Stacker. Again this stacker thing isnt working.

They do however make a mean Cappucino with the Perfect amount of fresh cream. The menu has great variety. It's the first time I've ever ordered breakfast, i usually get lunch from their branches (pizzas or prego rolls) but will try another brekkie option sometime in the near future.
