Excellent restaurant in Ismaning. We have enjoyed an amazing business dinner for 8 people. Very hospitable hosts and truly outstanding food. Definitely a place to visit when in the area.
The food here is excellent. The staff is very warm and always accommodating. We always have good experiences here. I recommend this place. I always eat fish but the dishes with meat are also good.

Terrible service. 1h wait to eat a bruschetta and a steak + 30 minutes wait for the bill. Furthermore, the bill was wrong as it had a second bottle of water which I asked and never received. The answer was "then I will give it to you so you can take it with you" and comes back with a bottle of water. it's a joke!
Absolutely lovely place, very good atmosphere, kind staff and owner, and the food.. omg. Was really really good. I did not enjoy the pineapple dessert though, as it tasted like a plain pineapple with sugar on top, but otherwise I recommend the place
The best Italian restaurant in the industrial area of Ismaning, near to office buildings.
We reserved for a business lunch due to the good reviews plus the online photos posted of the interior and the dishes served. We were not disappointed! The atmosphere was perfect and the variety of dishes was lovely and ensured everyone found something to their liking. The food was absolutely delicious, I really look forward to the next dining experience here.
Incredible pizza and very friendly staff
Terrific experience from the service to the food to the atmosphere. The food is simply delicious, everyone in our party was highly complimentary of each dish.
The prices were more than reasonable, including a limited but well curated Italian wine list.

Every weekend I go to eat with my friends! I enjoy delicious food too much to the point of feeling at home! the pizza and calzone have a super fluffy consistency!

Very tasty lasagna and pizza! Only one thing is that they do not have an English menu. However, a server went to our table and offered us to translate the menu in English, which is kind of them.

The food is very very tasty. Quick and fresh pizza with a very good Fragrance and Melting Cheese in mouth.. super tasty must visit and try.. Even Delivery also so quick good service..!!
I absolutely recommend Da Francesco!!! Normally I take a Pizza there and I must say that is very good, actually Italian Pizza. But not only: I also had the occasion to try different dishes and I must say that meat and fish are also very good and deserve to be tasted. Once I also made a reservation for a special evening, and the result was expectacular. All my guests were satisfied, and service and food were perfect. Owners, Waiters and Pizzaioli are very friendly and will not let anything be lacking.
The pizza is excellent and great value. They have good beers, and a good selection of drinks. The guys in the pizzaria are really cool as well. I definitely recommend this place for take away pizza!

We´ve been there now 6+ times and though at the beginning, after their opening, they had to find they way in terms of efficiency, they now do a fantastic job and provide great service. Food is absolutely delicious and you get plenty of food what your €€. Great Italian, awesome pizza, great staff!

Salad bar server doesn't use tonngs or gloves. Just hands. Pizza is good though.

This is a tiny but efficiently run little cafe/restaurant. They serve the usual array of Italian food, with a large selection of daily specials. The pizza looked and smelled wonderful with good sized portions of sauce, cheese and other toppings. The carpaccio was good, but a little cold (icey). I didn't see the pricing. Despite it's small size, they fit quite a few people inside, and they do a good job and serving them quickly.

Good food, and a reasonably diverse menu. I've had the salmon, the carpaccio, and the sea bass. The salmon was ok, the carpaccio was mild, and I didn't like the sea bass. It's a good place for a small group lunch, and it's reasonably priced. Only one waiter speaks English, but they are very understanding if you don't know German or Italian. It's not a place for an American style quick sit down lunch, so be prepared for a 60-90min experience.
I've visited Il buongustaio several times over the last year. The pizza was always delicious (have tried different types) and well done. The ingredients tasted fresh and were used in the right quantity - you can see that the pizzaiolo is a true Italian.
The tiramisu, ice-cream and profiterol were all tasty. Including the drinks the final bill was very reasonable, the price/quality ratio is good.
The location is simple and clean.
The owner and the staff paid attention to us and was engaging in conversation with us and also other guests. They seem to be always in a good mood, how pleasant!
I'll come again and recommend Il buongustaio to everyone.
