Obsługa bardzo miła, krótki czas oczekiwania na jedzenie. Zamówiliśmy pizzę ze szparagami (sezonowa), pancetta, i salami. Wszystkie były pyszne dodatkowo Pani położyła na stole świetną oliwę. Atmosfera w lokalu bardzo sympatyczna i muzyka nieinwazyjna. Podsumowując, polecam każdemu i napewno ponownie odwiedzę ten lokal!

If the pizza had been a little juicier, it would have gotten all 5 stars 😉 A bit dry for me. I love it with cheese sides, if you know what I mean 😁
I really liked both the food and the service. All the staff were friendly and despite it being a pizza place, which was great, other dishes were great as well.
Waited 2.5hrs for a pizza with almost no taste. Wasn't cheap though.

I placed an order on Bolt Food to be delivered. I decided to order on vegetarian pizza with buffalo mozzarella and rocket salad and a spicy white pizza with cheese. As the courier arrived and handed over the food to me, I could see that it was leaking out of the two boxes. Unfortunately one pizza was soaked with water and therefore it was soggy and not crispy at all, especially the crust. The white pizza was just greasy and soggy and dripping with oil only. I have no idea what happened, if it was the restaurant’s fault whilst producing or the courier‘s fault whilst transporting the food. Or maybe even a combination of both. And I don’t understand why there‘s oil in a container in the pizza box, but not delivered separately! They taste could have been good, but I could not enjoy the food due to the dripping circumstances.
It’s the easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given to a restaurant. My daughter played the entirely time in their really nice play room for kids.

Bardzo dobra pizza! Ciasto cienkie, ale smaczne, chrupkie ale nie jest spalone. Składniki dobre, świeże. Pizza z gruszka i gorgonzola sztos! Na zdjęciu porównanie dużej i małej.

Bardzo roznie. Jak jest spokoj i popoludnie przyjdzie fajna sporo dodatkow i calkiem smacza a zamow wieczorem to masz surowe rogi, niedoprawione ciasto, cienkie jak kartka papieru. Szkoda.

Pizza niesamowita dosłownie poezja smaków . Już nie wspomnę od dostawie która była bliywskawiczna oraz pan z pięknej Micry niesamowicie miły . Z całego serca polecam

We was looking for restaurant with playground and good food and we couldn't find better. Our son loves this place so much, we had to return another day again. It is one of the best restaurants we have ever been in. Everything was soooo delicious, staff was really nice and there was so much fun in kids room.

A very nice restaurant with delicious food and a stylish interior. Families with children will especially like it - there is a large playground for children and alcohol for parents). What is not least important is that the city of Krakow has its own parking lot.
Probably this place has a good pizza but we hadn't had a chance to try it because on Sunday (April 23rd) the employee said "No pizza today". Excellent! *sarcasm*

Fabryka Pizza is one my best recommended pizza chains in Krakow.
They amazing taste and very helpful staff.

Miła obsługa, stara się dogodzić klientowi. Zamówiona pizza z vege + dodatkowy tuńczyk o średnicy 50 cm kosztowała 57 zł. Ciasto cienkie, nieprzypalone, brzegi pyszne, nie za grube. Proporcje składników odpowiednie. Podsumowując: pizza całkiem dobra. Polecam!
PS. W środku lokalu są co prawda stoliki, ale miejsca jest niewiele, raczej nie jest to miejsce do posiedzenia w środku, tylko do zamawiania z dostawą lub odbiorem osobistym (który jest świetnym rozwiązaniem, bo pizza jest szybko gotowa, a do tego gorąca!)

43 PLN for an 32 cm average taste pizza. You did not manage to make a tasty pizza with premium ingredients like goat cheese and beef. The Biedronka nearby has a better frozen pizza than you for 10 zloti. I left the place hungry and thinking to myself if all the ingredients from the menu were really there. I went to the supermarket nearby to feel that I have a real pizza dinner tonight. And if customers are waiting at the table outside do not expect that everyone will come inside to search your waiters to order smth.

Some of the best pizza in krakow. So delicious and the give you a small container of garlic olive oil which is so tasty and nice. I have ordered here multiple times and it’s always so good
If you want an Italian pizza, made by Italians, with Italians ingredients this is the right place.
However thanks to the quality of the dough, ingredients, and the skills of pizzaioli man, you will eat an amazing pizza, but also the shop it's offering you many quality products that you can buy for a good price.

Not accessible with private car
Don`t recommend this pizzeria. Pizza quality very poor almost equal to Tesco 10zl pizza. When it comes to service - it`s much worse than pizza - helpline refuse to resolve potential conflict.
Simple situation when they didn`t provide correct information about pizza and as a result it cannot be eaten - could not be resolved via help line.

We got there right before a rush and we greeted immediately the food was really good and came out in a decent time. I got risotto and my husband got a calzone both tasted really good. I would go again but it might be worth it to make a reservation!

I really love this Pizza. For Polish standards it's really good. And when I pick it up myself then they have a nice discount and it takes just 20 minutes.
