Ten copies of Dr. Berger's book were ordered, and they were delivered in a matter of days. I'll admit that placing this book order was somewhat of a test to see what caliber of work MBG produces. I can say that everything, from the editing to the book design and printing, is of a very high caliber. Nicely done.

No agent? No issue. They make submissions simple and cut out the middleman. Just a simple procedure that even a first-time author can readily follow.

The majority of the New York City publishers I sent my book to either immediately rejected it or I never heard from them again. Within a few days with Manhattan Book Group, the publishing director got in touch with me and asked for the manuscript. I signed an agreement within a week or so. They take a no-nonsense attitude, which I appreciate.

The reviews are all pretty clear. Don’t come here unless you want to be yelled at and treated extremely disrespectfully by the staff.

ABG is not only professional and efficient, their company and staff are friendly, talented, and work hard to deliver exceptional quality products. They somehow completed a rush order for me with a few days to spare and the end result was better than I ever expected! This team worked insanely hard to provide my event and organization with stellar signage and I could not be more grateful. I'm looking forward to working with them again in coming years.

$20+tax to print two passport photo from .jpg I provided! They didn't even take the photo!! Better to go to fedex or cvs. Some small businesses are not worth supporting for a reason...

I rarely leave reviews but after my experience I felt it was important to let others know.

I used copy experts for prints for my fathers memorial service. The team was incredibly rude. I asked for prints on posterboard, they charged me over $30 per 18 x 24" and they were just on regular paper. When I asked for proofs, the owner, Sophie told me it was a ridiculous request and refused. Of course the prints came out less than satisfactory and it was an extra $40 PER PRINT to put on poster board - we did it ourself for an extra $15. We also got prayer cards of my father printed and they came out on flimsy paper and were poorly cut. Seriously? For over $200?

I could forgive the quality, but for the price and the incredibly poor customer service (speaking poorly about me while I could clearly hear them on the phone) in the midst of planning a memorial service for my father, this was just not OK.

Look elsewhere, there are plenty of capable print shops in NYC.

Please be careful. I have come here many times over the years for Fed Ex or copying without issue. However on this one occasion, Copy Experts took advantage of me. I went here to scan one document. I could have waited until the next morning to scan it at my office but figured let me scan it tonight. They charged $30 to scan one document! It took them 15 seconds to run the document through their scanner, which is an industrial scanner the same that my office uses. Their justification was the document was 51 pages. It could have been 50 pages or 53 pages or 4 pages and it’s the same resources for them - one push of a button and 15 seconds later the document is scanned. I could understand this if I were asking for copies, using their ink and paper, but to charge $30 to scan a document?? This is outrageous. The fee is astronomically high and is not posted in the store. They directed me to their website to suggest I should have known that scanning one document would amount to $30. The website states they charge $3 per scan and .50 for each additional scan. What constitutes a scan? It’s one document, one button pressed, and 15 seconds later one pdf appears. Their response was “you have to pay, we gave you the service and you have to pay for it”. I will pass on having them do any work for me in the future. I am disheartened to know there is such a store in our community that is looking to take advantage of their patrons.

Talk about saving the day! I had a beyond last minute request (7pm panic). Carlos and his team we're amazing, they got my print needs done last minute for an event and I was able to pick things up by midnight the same day. Cannot recommend this business enough!

These guys are the best. I had a meeting in the city and had forgotten my materials at a hotel in another city. From 10 PM until midnight they worked with me to remake the piece. Then they had it couriered to my hotel at 2AM so when I work up they were waiting for me! And their work was beautiful. I give them my highest recommendation

Look no further. This is now your print shop. I was in a terrible bind with a big / complicated job at the last minute. Carlos from ABG came to the rescue. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! He got back to my request within minutes, walked me through the process, had me come in for a view of the mockups (fast), then confirmed all final details of the order before completing an excellent job - quite honestly, I've never had a better experience with a print service. Usually something goes wrong or excuses are made. Not here. You'll love them!

I've used ABG Print for quite a long time for large and small orders. The last job they printed for us, a saddle-stitch booklet, was perfect, as usual, and a big hit at our theater's soft opening. I truly appreciate how nice and attentive they've always been, and they're unbelievably fast when you're in a time crunch. There are massively popular print companies online whose business model incorporates only speaking with a client through email, not in person. That's not speculation; that's written within those companies' public policies. If you're dealing with a company like that, cut ties with those morons immediately and go to ABG Print.

We weren’t a good fit at the end of the day but J.J. Hebert gave me his time anyway. He talked about alternatives for what I was looking for and he definitely didn‘t have to do that for me. This firm is incredibly knowledgable and kind, a truly valuable member of the literary world. It’s not all about sales to them.

I saw the NY Weekly feature and knew immediately that I’d contact them to publish my book. Upon contacting them, they got back to me right away and offered to review my manuscript. It took about 3 days to get their approval and then I was off to the races as they say. Very thankful.

I appreciate that they don’t approve all manuscripts as a hybrid book publisher. Some of the other book publishers in NYC accept everything and anyone who can pay and I feel like there’s a conflict of interest there. Manhattan Book Group Publishers legitimately cares about the content they put out.

Manny and his crew saved my butt and I am so thankful my law firm found these people! We called on a late Friday night looking to get literally thousands of documents printed, and when Manny picked up we automatically got this feeling that we were in good hands. He is professional, kind patient, and honest. All we had to do was email the documents and explain how we wanted them tabbed and printed, and it was ready the next day! They were even kind enough to bring their crew to meet us at FedEx. Upon arrival at FedEx, we had a total falling out with that office that refused to take our boxes and we had to get them to buffalo ASAP. Manny was such a genius, he hooked us up with her friends who were couriers that also worked 24.7 as he does. If it wasn't for his connections and ideas I would have never got my documents out in time. All the boxes were neatly packaged and labeled by the defendant's name, rates were also fair with 16 cents a page and 50 cents per tab. He also takes any credit card. I also appreciate the frequent status updates into the late night, his team works hard and I would definitely use them again and again.

A rude young man tells a minority woman three times his age, to "relax." I asked him if he had actually said that and he told me yes, that it was neither rude nor offensive. I disagreed. He was still talking loudly as I left some time after. He was supported in his ranting by the usually friendly lady who seems to run the place. Why, she asks me are you making such a big deal about it, this while the young man was still carrying on, still "instructing me" he plainly said. If you go in this place you are supporting dismissive, rude, behavior directed at a minority woman and a man who raised his voice in her defense. Quite literally unbelievable. There are so many other places to go in the neighborhood with less risk of verbal assault.

The team at Manhattan Book Group is second to none! Working with them has been such a pleasure and we have been blown away by the quality of their work and how smooth this process has been. I highly recommend using this team for your publishing needs!

Wow!!!! All the rave reviews are spot on!!! ABG Print is FANTASTIC!!! So thrilled to find them in Manhattan!!! I called at 10:30pm on a Wednesday night, requesting a small job to be ready the next day at noon. Carlos took my call, spoke to me personally (how rare is that!!!), and agreed to take on the job; he stayed in touch with me, sent me the specs and payment form, and VOILA! Carlos and his colleagues had my job ready for me at least two hours early, and did a gorgeous job!!! Great neighborhood copy and shipping option.. They also offer very inexpensive notary services. Keep in mind that the notary services are only offered Minday to Thursday and not on the weekend. Overall a friendly and efficient addition to the Upper West Side.
